One of the things I loved most was their perfume refill station. They offer refills that are significantly cheaper than buying a full bottle, which is perfect if you already have a favorite scent and want to save money. I did notice that a few of the perfumes and colognes I was looking for weren't available for refill, but there were still plenty of great options to choose from. The customer service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They offered great recommendations and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do, which made the whole experience even better. Another cool thing about this location is that they host events right in the store....from product launches to beauty demos and special promotions. It gives the store such a lively, community feel, and I love that they engage with customers beyond normal shopping. This is my go-to Sephora location because it's not attached to a mall and there's a convenient parking lot. I really like that I can be in and out with their in-store pick up option. They can get pretty busy and checkout can be delayed because of it but it never takes me more than 10 minutes to be in and out for a pick up order. Staff is always nice and easy to ask questions to. Feith helped me Match my shade for concealer and tinted moisturizer (perfect shade matches might i add) she was also very knowledgeable about skincare and how it can affect your makeup application. feith was also able to recommend a specific serum for my combination skin type which i ended up purchasing and im super excited to try it. reonna recommended a moisturizer that would also help with my compromised skin barrier (which i also purchased), she also was able to show me how to enhance my natural brows. I was so very pleased with how each associate was able to listen and accurately find products that would fit my needs and not just try and sell me a product . so shout out to Feith and Reonna they are absolutely awesome :) read more

This review is for eyebrow and lip waxing services provided by Shaye. This was the best eyebrow and lip. Waxing experience I have ever had, and I have been to a few places here in town, even another Sephora. First of all, Shaye was the only person who ever washed their hands prior to the start of the service and wore gloves during. She was very thorough and at the same time made sure that I was not in too much pain. Actually, I don't know how she does it, but when she was plucking my eyebrows and even my lip hair, I experienced no pain versus when I do it myself. I will be coming to this location specifically to have Shaye do my eyebrow and lip wax from here on out. read more

Clean and friendly associates. I came in to pickup hard to find items I already purchased online and to browse around a bit. The website said they had limited stock, so I'm so glad that I didn't get a notification after checking out online that they too were out of stock of the new Urban decay Vice Lip bond Glossy Lipstick. Ulta was out of the colors I wanted and the Sephora shop inside kohls, only had one color that I liked. This location Had the other :) So glad! It's been a couple of weeks since I visited - so this review is well overdue - but I wanted to wait to review because I wanted to see how my skin did with the skin care items I was recommended and purchased - and as you can see from my five stars - its going great! I visited with a mission of skin care. I am nearing 40, have two little demon children and am now just starting to pay attention to my skin. Not really knowing much about makeup or skin care in general - I went into this Sephora to talk to someone and try some products. I was immediately greeted and asked what brought me in. Upon telling the lady what I was looking for, she brought in another associate named Vanya who listened to my needs and helped me find all of the individual items to help me get a great skin care routine. Vanya was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her more enough to anyone who wants to learn more about skin care. For months I waited impatiently as my beloved Centennial neighborhood Sephora was constructed. My anticipation grew as I drove over to shop during the opening weekend. My bubble was burst as I walked through the aisles of this brand new location. Sadly, this location did not live up to my expectations with service or products. Between the staff/ security following my daughter and I around as if we were suspicious, to a rude worker nearly trampling us to leave because her shift was over, to having scarce supplies of products, the magic was gone. I got literal last minute tickets to see Taylor Swift and had only one week to relearn how to do makeup after I stopped wearing it during and after 2020. After an unpleasant experience at a different store brand where I was completely ignored, I decided to try Sephora and the experience was night and day. I didn't catch her name, but I think she's the manager of the store; she wears her hair in a high bun and is super nice. She helped find me products, answered all of my questions and continuously checked in on me. I never felt like I was being judged or like I wasn't good enough to shop there. I went back for more products and another incredibly kind and helpful associate assisted me! She was a shorter gal and I want to say her name was Priscilla. She was so nice and even booked me a Feature Focus at 6:20 when the store closed at 7:00. I wanted to know how to do a specific look for my eye makeup and Erica was AMAZING! She was so friendly, sweet, funny and helpful! I recorded the lesson and it was so easy to recreate it the day of the concert. She does gorgeous work and is incredibly talented. Finally, I had false lashes put on the day of the concert and Shaye did such a good job. The lashes didn't budge at all the entire 13 hours I had them on! Erica was at the store that day and both her and Shaye were so excited for me! I literally can't thank the women at this location enough for all of their assistance and kindness. Good customer service goes such a long way and even the tiniest acts of helping someone can make their entire experience and day. Person greeting you at the door is the only nice little feeling you will get while being there. Everytime i go, there's always employees in the middle isle leaning against a cart always gossiping. Even saying 'excuse me' while trying to get pass then will made then roll their eyes at you. You could be looking at some item and they will stare at you while you finish up looking. They don't offer to help. Just stare. It's just very uncomfortable. If you even bother to come here, just know what you're going for, get it, and leave. I am never in there for more than 5 minutes due to how uncomfortable the environment is. read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews.. but I was very bothered by this interaction and will not be coming back to this location to avoid this specific employee named Jan. I was coming in to buy a couple items I knew I wanted but was also interested in looking around since the variety of brands is so large. I was helped by a nice woman to get a specific shade of concealer and she kindly let me know her name in case I needed more help, and let me browse after that. As I was looking for the makeup brushes an employee named Jan asked if I needed help. Before I could find the lady that helped me before, she led me to the brushes after asking her where they were located. She immediately picked up a set of brushes and told me this was the best deal they had since a store discount was running. I told her I only needed a foundation brush and not a full set and she told me that I would get a better value if I bought the set, then she put it in my basket I was holding without even asking. I asked her where the rest of the brushes were since I still wanted to look and she led me over but kept insisting that I had a better deal with the set. Then she asked me if I had any men to shop for, I told her no, she asked me again and said I should pick up something if I had someone in mind since the store discount was so good ( 20% off ). After still looking into the brushes she asked me what moisturizer I use, if I need a new one. I told her again that I was good. She then asked me if I needed brush cleaner and I said yes, she put the biggest size in my basket without asking again. She asked if I needed anything else and I said no, so she said "Okay I'll go check you out then!" And tried to lead me to the register. I told her I'm still debating the brushes and she seemed impatient since she really wanted me to buy the set. She was standing so incredibly close to me the whole time I had to take a step back, and I felt extremely cornered, uncomfortable, and preyed on basically. I understand all of what she did was a sales tactic ( I have worked in Neiman Marcus & BlueMercury beauty retail so I am very familiar with beauty sales), but she still allowed me no space or time. Luckily someone asked her to help match foundation so she left but told me before to use her name at the register. I felt bad because the credit should've all gone to the initial employee but of course she wiggled her way in to get commission. I understand it's the holiday time and all employees are told to try hard for sales, but Jan needs to give customers space, kindness, and room to breathe!! I do not appreciate things being put in my basket for me, being told what I NEED to buy and what I'm going to buy, being pushed for more in other areas (mens/skincare), and when I'm given zero space. Michael, the store director, made an excellent recommendation for a moisturizer that has changed my standard of skincare.
