Have I not reviewed this? We've been here several times over the years. In the mall, not far from the theater. We were headed somewhere else but Kid K wanted to "see what they have." Which became $40 worth of cherry stuff. It is good stuff. It is expensive. There are almost always sales, which help, but it still ain't cheap. Service was great, and it turned out we have family ties to one of the staff, which was fun. Not busy after the snowstorm. Worth a visit if you're in the mall. read more

One of my favorite locations. There are two here rather close at Easton but love the selection here inside the Easton Town Center. This trip was to score some candles for the candle sale. Service was friendly (always is, sometimes annoying if they are not busy), and was able to find the scents I was looking for. Checkout was quick and I love that they bring cashiers up if the lines get backed up. Also a fan of the rewards program. read more

Bath & Body Works has maintained a known account system defect for over a year, repeatedly assured us the issue would be fixed, and instructed us to take ineffective steps that did not resolve the problem. As a result, we have been denied access to rewards and benefits that other customers receive. The repeated failures, lack of accountability, and absence of any meaningful resolution from the company have been extremely disappointing. read more

There were lots of people in this store during a busy Labor Day. Wasn't excited about the fact everyone was touching product and putting stuff back in the shelves. They had hand sanitizers out front and if course, their hand washing stations inside the store. Lots of great sales and I especially like the expanded mens section. Friendly associates as usual and I liked the disposable egg cartons in lieu of the bags. read more

This location of BBW is located inside of Easton Town Center. It's pretty hard to miss as it's directly under the AMC and the smells definitely linger outside of their shop doors. You'll also almost always see a greeter at the entrance trying to entice you to walk inside. The moment you do you're likely going to buy something. So just know... you've been warned. This particular location can get rather busy depending on when you visit. I tend to go to the other ones in the area instead but sometimes I make it in here. Likely when I'm at Easton for something else but those smells and greeters do their thing. My favorite items of theirs are from the aromatherapy line. Also, their heavy hand creams and lotions. I just recently have gotten into their wall flowers and they definitely make my entire apartment smell amazing. While I generally prefer to shop local for my bath and body items, a few things for BBW never hurt anyone. read more

The setup is always nice I guess it applies to pretty much all of them since they are pretty standard. The staff is super helpful basic deals nothing crazy but their aromatherapy line which seems to never be on sale but the smell is amazing so I'm here for it. Of course I'll definitely go back it's local and it's a go to for me in regards to Bath & Body Works. LOL read more

I came into this store for the Semi-Annual sale. I bought everything with the help of two lovely employees and then I came to checkout. I plopped my products onto the table and the she rudely looked at me with only her eyes and said "No honey this lane ain't open go find someone else to check you out." I was very surprised because I've never been treated like that before. I eventually moved away and said nothing and waited until someone came over and checked me out. I just really felt like it was unprofessional how she talked to me and that was it. read more

Pretty much what you'd expect from any standardization of the BBW's. Nice people, well-stocked, good sales. They don't seem quite so "stalker" trying to help you as you walk through the store here. I like that. I've also called in advance and they've held product for me till I could get it later that day. read more

On Saturday June 15 2019 I entered the store with a few friends and my younger brother mind you we are all African American individuals there was 6 of us. Once we had entered the store we decided to take a look around not knowing for sure if we were going to make any purchases. While we were in one section of the store we were approached by a white employee named Jennifer. During the time she first approached us I was smelling a lotion, my friend was showing me a perfume card that she had she had sprayed once with a scent called vanilla brown sugar. My younger brother was standing next to me doing nothing and my other friends were also standing around chatting. Jennifer approached us saying "I heard someone say shut up so I came to see if you guys need any help." No one had said shut up and we declined her help. After declining help she went on to ask if we had a parent, we then replied with no. "Then you guys need to get out." She said with an attitude and a fake smile on her face. Mind you it is before curfew , exactly two hours before. We then exited the store without argument or saying anything at all to her. We told my mother and returned with her , my uncle and aunt a few hours later . We talked to I believe the manager, Kristie because we could not find Jennifer. She had told us a complete different story Jennifer had told her that took place at a complete different time and different setting. We were supposedly "loud and caused more of a problem to an already busy day." We believe this not to be true. We were not disrupting any other customers in the store and the section we were there was no one else for us to disrupt. After a while Kristie apologized and said she would talk with her employees about the situation. As we were exiting the store we happened to see Jennifer. My mother walked over to her and we all had a conversation. Jennifer tried to give us reasons to be kicked out in her story, but none of them happened to be true. One of the things she repeated was that we were "spraying things around". As I said before my friend sprayed one scent on to a card. This was the only thing that had been sprayed by any of us, so this was a lie. She also said we were "yelling" or "shouting". This is also a lie. I assume one person had something loud accidentally and that could be what she was referring to but there was no actual yelling. She also said she came over and asked for help because she heard someone say shut up even though no one did. She kept repeating these things even though they were false claims. I feel we were kicked out because the color of our skin and even though we were not causing any problems and had not planned to, she assumed we would. If she absolutely felt we were being disruptive then she could have at least given us a warning before rudely telling us to leave the store. We all had money to make purchases so there was no need for us to steal. If there was no adult around then we wouldn't have needed to cause extra attention so there was no need for us to be disruptive. She eventually apologized but only to get the conversation over with and not because she had realized that what she did was unreasonable. I feel someone should take more action and she should own up to her wrong doing. This was a very disappointing visit and I gave no idea if I'll be taking another one because of my poor experience. read more
