As a fragrance nerd that only ever smelled samples of Le Labo at department stores, the workers here truly made my experience more exciting than I could've dreamed of! I went on 8/29, and Carlos, Jasmine and Matthew A. were on shift during my visit. They were all absolutely amazing! They were extremely informative on the process of creating Le Labo's fragrances and gave me all of the information on the City Exclusive specials going on in store and online for September. I purchased a city-exclusive sample set (with Carlos' signature as 2 of the scents- Gaiac and Vanille) Carlos, Matthew and Jasmine all were extremely kind and patient while I excitedly went through all of the scents. They answered all of my questions, gave recommendations and still took care of others in the store and were just as kind and interactive with them! They were extremely friendly, charismatic, fun but professional and very knowledgeable of all things Le Labo. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had (i think this might be one of my first yelp reviews!) I have recommended some friends to look at Le Labo because of how fabulous they all were and encouraged my friends who enjoy to visit NYC to visit this store specifically!! Wishing them the best! But it's also a little smaller (and even moreso now that VS Pink has a separate store of its own). The employees are -- less approachable? -- than most of the other VS stores in the area. You're not going to get welcomed, or asked if you need help, or really much of anything out of the way of basic customer service. But the untouched stock alone is enough of a reason to make the trip ... once you visit the other locations, that is. ______________ Bonus: it's been remodeled. I didn't explore it too much, but the organization has improved & it's a lot darker, sexier, & definitely more "grown woman" now that VS Pink is next door. There's some kind of bra boutique in the back, and it's very pink. VERY PINK. Bring sunglasses.

The store is conveniently located inside the mall, surrounded by plenty of other shopping options. Prices are pretty reasonable--not too expensive--and they had some decent deals when we visited. We liked the quality of their regular shirts and t-shirts and ended up picking up a few. The color range and shades were really nice. However, we weren't too impressed with their gym or walking t-shirts--didn't feel as comfortable or stylish. Customer service could be improved, and like much of the mall, parking can be a bit hectic. Still, a good shopping experience overall for basic wardrobe essentials.

There are some accessories too such as perfume There's a wonderful fitting room area in the back, with sitting area. We went to the store to look for sleeveless shirts for my daughter. We found several sections in the back that had sale between 30%-50%. We found two shirts on 50% discount. Fitting was quick and easy to use. Checkout lane was little busy on weekend but our turn came within few minutes of waiting. The staff member was super friendly and quickly processes our transaction. Overall we had a wonderful experience and were glad to find out our daughter was finally old enough to fit in A&F kids products.

Went to Coach to get a gift for the most important person in my life- me (haha). Scoped things out…read moreonline ahead of my visit so I was clear about what I wanted. It's a week before Christmas so they store was rather packed but there were several sales associates who were visibly present and checking in on customers. I was greeted by a rather tall lady who saw me looking at a back and felt overly obliged to share the price and before I could respond she fired off " there are some others over there on sale". Oh, ok! That's what we're doing? Hmm Luckily for both of us, a beautiful brown angel in the form of an associate named Laurie came to my rescue. I shared with Laurie what I habitually pick out- bags in basic colors (black, tan, brown) instead of bags that are a fun accent and not so matchy- matchy. I looked at the Luna in red but decided against it as it can only be worn as a shoulder bag and while it's cute- that's not ideal for my lifestyle. I love to dance and frequent museums and I prefer to be hands free in those environments. Next, we looked at the Tabby Chain in Brass/ Blue. I love that purse itself but wasn't sure if I was going to get as much use out of that particular shade of blue ( more turquoise). I was still looking around when Laurie disappeared and came back with the Tabby Chain in brick red. I was immediately in love. It's perfect. I won't be over the little bag trend anytime soon and so for me I just need something for a few cards, a lipstick, phone and my car fob. I tested it out with all the above to ensure it would work and we were good to go. Laurie offered me a bottle of water while she checked me out and got the bag wrapped. To the tall Caucasian lady, I'm not saying you're racist but we have to be considerate of the micro aggressions that minorities deal with. Instead of announcing the price of goods or pointing folks to the sale section they didn't ask you for - what might be more effective is to ask " did you have something specific in mind or what budget did you have in mind"? That's more cultural responsible. I have always been a Coach girl and I'm not deterred by my experience with her. I've never made a Coach purchase I regretted. I only wish they allowed bags from the Outlets to be up cycled as well since I buy from both the higher and lower end of the brand and every now and then I'd like to refresh a bag and give it new life.
