You have a cashier there by the name of tyneisha ( if I spelled that correctly) . She worked at…read morethis location a long time. Everyone seems to like her. I've witnessed her go above and beyond for customers. Shes even been helpful to me. I just have to bring this to someone attention. Ar least 4 times I've witnessed her asking customers for gifts. Now even if she's just kidding which from what I saw it didn't look like she was, she needs to stop begging customers for gifts. She work's there she gets paid abd that should be the end of it. Even if she's friendly with regular customers that come there all the time it doesn't give her the right. When I saw it this last time last week ( I just didn't have the time to post about it) It rubbed me the wrong way, enough is nought. I don't want her to get in trouble but she needs to be reprimanded about begging customers for gifts. Just ring people up and keep it moving. She is very good at that and she needs to stick with just that.

They arrived early and set up an exquisite, sparkly display. Cheryl and Denise worked with each of our guests to make scents and were professional and kind to everyone. What really stood out for me was after the shower so many commented on how sweet they were and how different they thought the scent making was to do at the shower. Overall working with Scentimentally Yours was an absolute pleasure and I would recommend for any event but something so different for a shower!

I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.
