I usually like this Bath & Body, however today I had the displeasure of meeting Grace at the register. Everything was fine until I was short 2¢. I'm scrounging around for 2¢ and sometimes they say oh it's ƙ there's 2¢ here or don't worry about it. But she never did so I'm looking all over cuz I didn't want to pay with a credit card like I usually do & maybe I should've. She then proceeds to say you can put the 2¢ on a credit card. I looked at her and said are you for real? She said yes, then I said are u for real again and she said yes. "I believe u can put the 2¢ on a credit card" & to me she was tryna be funny & I wasn't laughing. Luckily I found a quarter but that was so uncalled for, I was so annoyed. I am a recent convert to Bath and Body Works. I used to be a Yankee Candle girl but I happened upon a sale at B&BE and bought a ton of candles. I was so pleasantly surprised when I didn't go "nose blind" to the various candles I bought. I had honestly thought that would happen with any candle, but no! It's true of Yankee Candles, but not of B&BW's candles. So glad I'm a convert. read more

Haven't been to the mall in a while and I was surprised to see that the store had moved upstairs across from the new food court. This store space has a nice new look to the old look. It appears that the store is now divided into three sections. The mid section highlights their candles and room scents. The front has some of their signature items, aromatherapy, true blue spa and new items. The back of the store has the rest of the signature items and travel needs. Customer service was top notch. I couldn't find the larger size of the true blue spa shea cashmere and silk hand lotion and the associate quickly found some for me in the drawer. Most of the time I wait for getting coupons or for their semi-annual sales to get a good bang of the buck. The only items I do splurge is the spa line, but again usually try to at least get a coupon. read more

This location was pretty good. I went for the candle sale event and the store was not only well stocked but very organized. There were people to assist with boxes to hold the candles and someone to direct you onto the line. It makes it easy to get in and out of the store which I appreciated. The line took some time but once we arrived to the front they were organized. I requested bags and ties for the candles and that request was accommodated. I would definitely return again. read more

These stores always smell good , haha. Thats the main reason I come in here. The staff here were very friendly. Upon arriving, I was greeted with a smile . (I love that) I knew what I was coming in the store , so I went directly to the aromatherapy section and picked up my oh so favorite , Stress Relief products. They work like a charm. The lines are unfortunately always long and I have no idea why. But eventually when you do get to the register, the staff are always friendly and apologize for the wait . After finding these delicious bath bombs, i went to check out and the woman asked if i had any coupons. I am signed up for coupons, but explained to her that i hadn't gotten anything in the mail or via email in ages. The girl was so nice and looked up a free 20% off coupon for me, and honored the free gift coupon. So sweet and helpful! i wasn't going to stop in here but those heavenly scents got the best of me. I really love B&BW's car scents - those little gel packs you put in a case that hangs off your visor, and with me all fresh out, it seemed the appropriate time to stock up on some fall varieties. Unfamiliar with the new layout of the store, I walked around for just a few moments before one of the sales associates, I think her name was Zarina, came up to me and asked if I needed help. She was incredibly polite and walked me over to the shelves featuring the packs. I grabbed what I needed and headed to the register. There was a new sales associate working the register, must have been her first time on the register as another sales associate coached her through each step. It was a bit slow, but both women were incredibly sweet, made sure to ask how you are, if you found everything okay and if you needed anything. Really well done in the training area. read more

This store is always packed with some type of sale, although still on the expensive side I come in here for selected things. The customer service is always great, there's always someone around for help, even if you're in the line and need to get something. The workers will get it for you. It gets super busy during the holidays, the cashiers are still super friendly. Although the lines can be slow, it's understandable. Customers get so much when they shop here. I usually just come here during the holidays for their champagne toast candle. OMG the effing BEST. I always stock up because this scent isn't year round. I even go on eBay to search for em. I also love their hand sanitizer. 5 for $6, I'll take that. The store is very organized, smells great. Although it's stocked with a lot of products, i don't feel like I'm going to knock over things. Spent half hour selecting gifts for friends and family- I really enjoyed creating small gift sets of body wash, lotion and sprays....each one carefully selected. And while at it, I grabbed some extras for unexpected guests and of course a ton for myself. I grabbed the cute little hand sanitizers and holders too. I went to the register with my selections and asked the cashier to please give me 5 ( FIVE ) extra little bags so that I could just give the gifts in the cute little Bath & Body Works bags. I was going to use tissue paper and ribbon to dress up the bags..... hang the little sanitizers from the ribbon and there you have it a perfect little gift not to mention free advertising! THE CASHIER SAID NO! " We dont give out extra bags" and proceeded to stuff $156 dollars worth of merchandise into 2 little bags. I again explained that I intended to give gifts to 5 people in one little bag each and could I please have 5 bags, even if she charged me for them. Again, "No, we dont give out extra bags". This cashier was so unreasonable- the lady on line behind me couldn't believe what she was hearing. I walked out DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED without the merchandise!!!!! I can't believe Bath & Body Works was willing to lose a $156 sale over 5 little bags that probably come packaged 1000 per case at .33 cents each!!!! SHAME!!! Oh Yes, I'm one of those people who only come in here when there is a huge sale; and it seems like they always have some kind of sale going on. On my most recent visit it was buy three get three free, as well as some 70% off or 50% off signs. This is my prime time to stock up for a few months on hand soap and body wash. On this trip the only problem I had was their sink was broken so you couldn't test the hand soaps. I always like to test a good amount out before I decide which ones I like; this time I was flying blind. By the time I got to the checkout my bag was pretty heavy since I picked up a few more items while waiting on line. I always love a great deal and I knew with everything in my bag I was saving a ton but to my surprise while I was checking out the young lady told me I can give you an additional discount. I was like great I love a discount she proceeded to tell me I can give you an additional $20 off. Needless to say I left a super happy camper. read more

I never imagined that after last Christmas, when my mom bought me Japanese Cherry Blossom-scented body wash and lotion, that I would become so addicted to Bath and Body Works products. My mom and I now joke that we have an "illness," spending way too much money each year on soaps, lotions, and candles. Honestly, there isn't one product from the brand that I'd say I genuinely dislike--everything smells absolutely amazing. Bath and Body Works has become incredibly popular not only in my household, but also across the country. I see it everywhere--their deals are so enticing that I just want to keep buying more and more. Most websites don't have 50% off sales on products every day. The company clearly succeeds in getting customers to buy more for less but end up spending much more money than they expected to. It happens to me all the time--I add a $12.50 lotion to my cart and end up charging $60 worth of candles and other nonsense (that I really don't need) to my mother's credit card. In the end, I am left with a Bath and Body Works stockpile in my bathroom vanity. It's not only the multitude of deals that are so appealing--the products themselves are so worth it. I wake up every morning, wash my hands with Bath and Body Works soap, take a shower with Bath and Body Works shower gel, moisturize with Bath and Body Works lotion, light a Bath and Body Works candle, and so on. Everything I do involves this silly little brand that I love so much. For anyone who's looking to add a little flavor to their every-day, I strongly suggest taking a look at the Bath and Body Works website--you won't be disappointed. From the Christmas collection to the summer scents, every single aroma will rock your senses. I use my personal favorite, called Moonlight Path, in shower gel, body lotion, hand soap, and so on, and its lavender-must aroma makes me feel relaxed and clean. Every product from Bath and Body Works is absolutely amazing, but be aware of how much you put into your shopping cart--you might end up like me, buying way more than you bargained for.
