The friendly center is always so busy. I found a great spot in front of the store, but getting out was terrible. I walked in and was immediately greeted by two employees. They asked if I needed help with anything. I was just looking around. I needed to buy a new bottle of my Butterfly mist. They had a deal where you can get the large body mist sprays for $5.95. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. Today I came in for some seasonal autumn soaps and candles. I needed some assistance because Christmas themed items were already set up in front of the store (it's not even Halloween!) but someone helped me navigate over to the fall themed items and I was able to pick out everything I wanted very easily after that. The employees have always been kind and helpful in the Friendly Center location. Only recently did I have a bad experience with one. I wish I would have gotten her name. She's shorter, long black hair, long false eyelashes (young black girl). I asked for her help on something, and she talked to me like she thought I was ignorant for not knowing. She was condescending and rude. In the same visit, all the other employees I encountered were kind, so I like the store as a whole. But I don't feel the one girl should be allowed to talk to customers that way. I'm a pretty good judge of character, and my guess is that she has probably talked to others that way, as well. It would be different had I treated her in a negative manner, but I did not. read more

I had the worst experience ever at this store. Management was rude, unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of store policy. Management said one thing and customer relations said another. I merely wanted to exchange a gift card that said bath and body for one that said thank you. I waited more than 20 minutes while Management and customer relations went back and forth. Before it was over I was told by Management that her name was none of my business and asked to leave the store. I will never patronize this business again and I will suggest others shop elsewhere. read more

We've been to Bath & Body Works twice and we find that the collection of fragrances, colognes, body washes are extensive. The store is well laid out, and maintained. If there aren't a lot of customers when you visit, the store staff is more than happy to help you finding what you are looking for. They have specials and discounts many times, so you can mix and match your purchase to maximize the value for money. read more

Incredibly rude staff. We were trying to find something specific that a family member had requested for Christmas, but had to leave due to staff's refusal to provide access to restrooms. That would be understandable if we weren't obviously customers, and maybe forgivable if the clerk we spoke to wasn't so incredibly unpleasant about it. read more
