The three wick candles are the best. They last and there is a huge variety of scents. Excellent quality and they last. The candle sales are tremendous. That is the time to stock up! With stores in malls beginning to open for in person shopping I was excited to get in to Bath & Body Works to smell some new scents and stock up on sale candles. As we are still in a pandemic the store is practicing safety measures such as social distancing, requiring masks, and limiting the number of shoppers in the store. When you approach the store employees are waiting at the entrance to explain the system- shoppers are asked to line up outside the store on socially distanced markers and are offered hand sanitizer. An employee is there to direct shoppers to move up as needed. For every shopper that leaves the store another is permitted in to shop. Paper bags were offered to shop with and we were asked to keep our masks on throughout our time in the store. The store was well staffed on a Friday afternoon and all employees had masks on and seemed eager to help the shoppers. At check out extra room was made so even while waiting you still remained socially distanced. The cashiers were behind plexiglass and hand sanitizer was on the counter. Overall it was a great shopping experience and the staff seemed well trained in the new safety practices. You should feel safe shopping here and they had so much in stock! read more

Bath products. I've been to this place countless times, mostly around the holidays when I need some small gifts for the females in my life. The place sells a variety of bath products: bubble baths, body sprays moisturizers etc but to me it seems that they have tons of the same thing over and over. I think that the place would be better off if it was organized better. As I was in there, the girl working there asked if I needed help - but she was clueless as to what and where everything was. I'll chalk it up to temporary holiday help, but the place was not too user friendly either. I think for the costliness of the place, they could offer something a bit more in the way of help. read more

Called one evening last week . Had a question and was put on hold almost immediately. Promised by Latonia or Catonia she would get back to me. Not true as I was on hold over 20 minutes. When I called back manager said that L or C did go back to phone but it was disconnected. Not true. I was on a live hold line as the music was on and the call was not disconnected until I hung up after 20 minutes. Also, when I did go back to the store a few days later to correct previous transaction, I was met by a snarky cashier. Won't be going back there. read more

Oh great, another place with a luring scent which makes me go inside and buy things I don't need. I have a zillion different bottles of lotion and frankly it pisses my husband off that most of them are half full haha. I end up buying the body sprays too and never use them because I always reach for my high end perfumes instead and end up giving those away. The scent of the body sprays don't last long and you end up having to bring them with you and re-apply all day so they get used pretty quickly. I wish it didn't smell so damn good as I was walking by. That might make me strong enough to avoid coming into the store. The one thing I do purchase and use here on the regular is their plug in air freshners. They smell great and they come in the same scents are their other products. They last a long time too but the only downside is there is no option of scent strenght control. It's pretty much plugged in or not, no way to turn it up or down. The pre-created baskets are overpriced. If you calculate the prices of the items inside you end up paying more. You could easily get some cellophane, a ribbon, and a basket at a dollar store and put your own together with extra products of your choosing. When they are buy one get one half off it's worth it to save time. Instead of coming to the store most times I just wait for their bogo sales online and stock up on a bunch, then use a coupon code on top of it because I am on their mailing list, and then buy enough to get the free shipping too. It works out much cheaper and I dont have to be in the store tempted to buy more items. In addition when there's a sale they don't limit the amount you can buy so if you purchase more than the required 3 or 4 items the sale price also applies to each additional like item afterwards without additional minumums after the initial purchases. When I do come into the store they almost always give you some type of coupon or promotional offer to return. The cashiers also encourage you to buy more and save when they have a special and kind of look at you like you are crazy if you turn it down. "Oh really, you don't want 5 of these for the price or 4? Are you sure? hmmm okay". Aside from that they are super friendly. read more

I have never run into a staff member unwilling to help. The woman always come right up to me and ask if I need help finding something or if I need help choosing a gift or even If I just need a basket. They always know how to explain the confusing sales and what can be mixed and matched and what will get you the best price. I always am able to split my orders if need be to use multiple coupons which is exciting because if I don't do that than they expire. I also never have a hard time using internet coupons either! Huge plus! The girls at the registers always know what to do to ensure you get the best bang for your buck- sale and coupon wise. The store is so clean and I never feel grossed out when I go in there. I just get irritated by the priciness of the items! read more

Place was a mess. I stopped by to grab a few items since they are having a really great sale. Kids running around grabbing shit and throwing it all over since of course the parents pay them no mind typical long island idiots and their crotch fruit. So i find a few things in the sales bins and get to the register only to find out that a few of the items i picked weren't actually on sale. The cashier said yeah well all those bins are always messed up and not really on sale. SO fuck this and i left. This is annoying and shitty. Ill stick to the one in Tanger outlets. What can one say about Bath & Body Works? The lotions are packaged in an aesthetically appealing way & there is always some type of "deal" going on-buy 3 get 2 free etc. However, I find the lotions to not be that great...just perfumy, if you will. I do love the hand soaps & hand sanitizers & go a few times a year & stock up. At the bottom of the receipt there is usually a survey & I took it yesterday & it only took 2 minutes & I will now get $10 off a purchase of $30 next time. I can dig it! read more

Staff - especially the Manager was particularly rude and unhelpful; I was prepared to write a more descriptive evaluation of my visit of last week; but I think it would be best not to. Very disappointing. All over some silly coupons . . . . . Somewhat of a limited selection of items. Sign of the times - as the importance of retail outlets tend to take a back seat; You are much better off going online and making your purchases. When we find a way to be able to smell and taste things from the comfort of our homes - via the internet; than their will be no need for retail outlets. I'm not crazy - maybe that day is not so far off. Anyways - last weeks visit to this location in the Broadway Mall was not enjoyable. I sort of was made to feel cheap and that I was annoying. Manager is extremely rude Nicole. More like the Grinch of bath and body works. They no longer accept coupons on RetailMeNot or SnipSnap. They refused to honor there coupon when I had it home as well on the app. What is the difference? "It's policy" well you know what Nicole policies are meant to be broken to keep customers happy. You wouldn't know that since it's not your business and you get paid regardless if I buy it or not! How you became a manager is beyond me. read more

The staff is so wonderful and pleasant. Particularly Jillian and Maria, who are outstanding. They go above and beyond to help their customers, but are not pushy or aggressive. Very sweet and kind girls, love walking in to see them! Would visit again. read more
