They also had a build your own old fashioned menu which we obviously had to try and ended up being a highlight. For the candle making itself, you start by going to a wall full of different scents. The staff tell you the proper way to smell it and what you should be looking for in a candle. I honestly learned so much. Once we picked our scents, our server then walked us through the candle making process. She was very attentive and explained everything, making it really easy to follow. After the candles were made, we had to wait about 30 minutes to let them settle, which gave us time to chat and try another cocktail. In total it took about 2 hours. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to cost. It was pretty pricey to make a single candle, which you are paying for the experience as well. However, something to keep in mind when planning your next date night.
