I've ordered from Bath & Body Works for as long as I can remember. I recently made my regular order to reload wall plug ins and soap. My default address is set to my address which I've used since 2019. They for some reason they sent my order to an address I haven't lived at since Sept 2019. I called and the customer service representative wanted to talk in circles about it being my fault it was sent to the wrong address even though that old address doesn't not show on my account from what I can see. I had to stop her and say regardless who's fault let's move toward resolution. She said she would send a replacement to my current address. We confirmed the address and I was okay. I got an email saying it was delivered and I had received nothing. I called again and the new rep said the replacement package was sent to that same old address!!! He said he could not send another replacement and could offer a refund. I advised that wasn't good enough. He said he could give me 20% off my order. I advised I would like at least 50% off. He said he couldn't do that. I asked for a supervisor and he said no one was available. I asked for a call center in America. He said they had one but couldn't give me the number or transfer me to it. It all seemed so strange to me. I never received the discount email, I never received my package and I didn't get a call from a supervisor. I'm definitely not ordering from them again and maybe this is just my sign to look for healthier products. read more

Thank you Anthony for your help today when I came into your store. I was tired, just getting off work but remembered I needed to pick up a few things from Bath and body works. Anthony greeted me at the door and helped me find everything I needed plus more in a hurry. He probably could tell I really wasn't in the mood for shopping so he assisted in helping me get those items. When I couldn't find a certain item he was right there to get it for me. I appreciate his assistance today. Keep up the great job and for that reason I will return to that location. There's plenty of stores closer to my resident but because of his great service I will return to this one. I write this review because there is this ONE CAUCASIAN employee with dirty blonde curly hair and glasses that is BEYOND BAD at customer service and seem to use recovery statements and follow me around the last two times I came here to shop. Being a former L Brands employee I know her angle when she approaches me. Any other time I shop here the other employees help me and are use to seeing me and my wife shopping here OFTEN. Someone needs to teach her that every African American that shops here isn't stealing. If I am doing a return you do not need to hold me bag at the register while I shop. Or insist several times to place my PURCHASED product at the cash wrap. FYI: That is a recovery statement when you believe someone is going to "steal". Yes I was LP trained with L Brands. read more

Since this mall is closeby this is the easiest one to go to- not so busy, and it's located in the lonely wing- a ghost town in the Boulevard Mall (kinda sad, really). Been here many times. The helpful and nice sales people are always changing- fast turnover. The store is well-stocked, organized, clean, and smells really good (you will smell it from a ways away, but it's not sneeze-inducing). The promotions (e-mail list, mailed coupons, specials like Buy 2 get 1 free, etc.) are inviting. But the star here is the twice-yearly sales- when prices are really low. I really like the True Blue spa products with catchy names like "Be More Pacific" (manoi balm- smells like paradise- we love anything that conjures up memories of Hawaii). I also really like the pump antibacterial soaps with scents to match their lotions (Moonlight Path, Japanese Cherry Blossom, etc.) and others like Kitchen Lemon. For years, I stocked up on their products for gifts year-round (& the holidays for that matter) for my friends and family. Be sure to stop there after the hoidays. I went to this store since it is very close to my job to use my coupon I get on shopular where you spend 10$ and receive a item up to 14$ in value, and when I showed it to the lady at the register she didn't say anything to me but showed it to her coworker who then told me I was not allowed to use that and was extremely rude. I tried telling both of them I have used coupons from shopular for bath and body works for a few years including that coupon and the lady's ignored me and basically called me lier telling me I was wrong they have never excepted it.Then another employee jumped in as I was talking to the other 2 girls, cut me off and told me that NO bath and body works has ever used those coupons it didn't matter what I said. Now not only was I in shock they were giving me such a problem with something I not only have used tons of times but have given my mother and coworkers to use who never had any issues but was also extremely irritated and offended that I was being called a lier in front of a store full of people! I can sadly say I will never go back to this store and if I didn't love bbw so much I probably wouldn't shop there either!! The only reason why I gave them 1star is because of the product they sell is great! read more
