They had some curated kitchen items that would be perfect for gift giving, other odds and ends, and some really wonderful perfumes from Oliver Fragrance Co. They had their bougie sticks and the full size bottles! I bought one of the bougie sticks (Sunset 57) which smells divine and the scent actually lasts throughout the day. Best of all, I purchased the bougie stick for $24 and the manufacturer's website have them for $22 which isn't a ridiculous price difference and I didn't have to wait or pay for shipping. They also carry B**chstix which is a brand that supports survivors of domestic abuse and is a cruelty-free product. I bought one for the friend I was meeting for dinner. The store carries many other items such as some fashion jewelry, curated baby items (clothes, books, etc), hair ties, scented candles and so much more! I am definitely going to stop by here another time since it's on my way home from work and it seems like the perfect place to find some wonderful gifts. The lady at the counter was friendly and super nice. She greeted me when I first came in and left me alone to browse. They had some sales as well. If you haven't checked this place out, you should! This boutique has so many different amazing pieces of jewelry, blankets, water bottles...honestly name it and they probably have it! I have been wanting a barefoot dreams blanket for awhile, but wanted to the style that has the leopard print. Although Cohesion has only been open since September 2018, it is a compelling addition to this shopping strip. Immediately upon entering the store, I was struck by how good everything smelled, as well as the chic yet relaxed style of decor. Heather, the owner, mentioned that the candles are available in store, and shared her plans to branch out into more home accents and decorating items, in addition to the women's clothing and accessories currently offered. As far as the clothing selections, the items are unique and run the gamut from more dress-up dresses to everyday wear and athleisure, with a smattering of-the-moment sweaters and scarves in the mix. On my visit there were a number of cute jackets, including a white parka with an adjustable drawcord collar, and a crushed-raspberry colored velvet blazer. I ended up with a not-so-basic LBD with a lace panel and exposed back zip, and a tie-front striped button down shirt that can be transitioned with the seasons. Inventory changes on a weekly basis, and there are only a few selections of each style available in every size--all the more reason to snap up that favorite piece right when you are eyeing it, because it might not be there the next time.

She did not turn her nose down at us for our more *modest* floral budget (I had no idea how much flowers were going to cost!). And she helped us find ways to reduce the cost and make our wedding something beautiful that we could afford. We had two consultation appointments with her in her Webster Groves studio. When you walk into her shop, you can smell the fragrance of all of her fresh flowers. On our first visit, we were mainly discussing ideas and trying to price out our contract. She has tubs of silk florals so that you can visualize what she is seeing when she is discussing all kinds of flowers you've never heard of. She also uses her laptop as a tool and even sometimes brought out some of her fresh flowers to show us. She has a lot of vases and things to rent to help create your vision and she seems to respect all different styles and tastes. On our second consultation, closer to the date of our wedding, we finalized our plans. I even changed up a few of our ideas for the bouquets, and Melinda was very helpful. When it came to the wedding day, we were worry free! Melinda herself was at the church helping to pin all of the men's flowers on and get the bouquets/corsages to the ladies. When we arrived at our reception, everything was perfectly in place! We also had Les Bouquets add flowers to our cake. Every detail was exact! At the end of the night, Melinda's husband and business partner came to help clean up and collect the vases we had rented. He was great and even brought out floral paper to wrap the centerpieces in so our guests could take some home! My bouquet lasted beautifully for weeks, and now I've dried it hoping to find something cool to do with it. When I got back all of our wedding photos, I have to say that the flowers were my favorite part. They are so vivid and bright--they are exactly what we wanted, and I could not be happier with our choice of going with Les Bouquets!
