I think it's been at least 20 years since I've been to a Bath & Body Works, mostly because I don't generally feel the need to buy expensive soaps when what's at Target will do. Since it was next door to the Buy Buy Baby I was visiting, I stopped in to see if they still sold the soap leaves/slivers/whatever they're called. They used to sell these little plastic cases with individual sheets of soap in them, which you could use wherever but especially traveling or whatever. It seems like the midst and aftermath of a pandemic would be literally the best time to reintroduce this product, rather than just sell hand sanitizer, but apparently B&BW isn't into it. So there was nothing for me to pick up here, but they've expanded quite a bit from their original bread and butter in that they sell lots of things like candles and whatnot now. The staff was friendly enough, happy to help even when they were totally confused by what I was looking for. If you're looking for bougie soaps and scents though, they've been holding on for years and looks like they're still going strong. read more

Amazing how crowded this place is at any day or time! If you order in advance there's a separate window to pick up at so you don't have to wait in the regular line. All the candles, soaps, and hand sanitizer that you could want, including seasonally themed items. read more

Location is very convenient for the times when you want to go to B&BW but don't wanna go all the way into the mall. It's a national chain store so your interactions with other customers and employees will be different everytime. Employees I've never had an issue with. My most recent visit, Abby was very helpful and genuine. She helped multiple customers and was a happy face the whole time. read more

I'm giving 5 stars to my salesperson Tanisha for her professionalism and knowledge of products and promotions. I'm giving the stores variety of products a 3. The 12 scents that were on family Christmas lists were not at the store at all. Wayyyy too many holiday scents. Also - all registers should be set up to take cash. My salesperson had to re- ring everything up bc I was paying with cash. She handled it like a pro and with a smile but the line got very very long for only one person to handle. read more

So upset rushed to bad and body works to buy a birthday gift I drove to this location knowing they closed at 9:00pm I showed up at 8:09 and the doors were locked! There were a few customers inside and the employees just looked at us and shook their head. I would understand if I got there 15 minutes before but almost and hour before and the doors were locked! I stopped in this store on 3/17/23 at approx 5pm. I was not greeted when I walked in. I actually had to walk around the store to look for help. There were 2 African American ladies on the floor. One was very rude and do not know the first thing abt customer service...the 2nd younger lady was somewhat helpful aafter I sought her out. Also a couple at tge register was in the process of making a purchase...being that I had already made up my mind not to make a purchase there, I was going to give them my coupon. I asked the cashier if it was too late for the couple to use my coupon and she RUDELY said YES! normally for the most part, at OTHER locations I receive good customer service for the most part. I have been to this Bath and Body Works store many times. The staff has always been nice and helpful. They have even helped me figure out how to navigate my Bath and Body Works app. The store is always clean and tidy and they have been extremely careful during Covid. This store is conveniently located and there is a big parking lot so you never have to walk far. read more

This doesn't appear to be an "outlet" location, but rather a regular outpost of B&BW. I found that the staff member that helped me was great, asking me the sort of questions which guided me toward what I was seeking rather than just maximizing sales. I appreciated that approach, which I found very respectful. The store itself is well-organized and colorful. I could see how impulse shoppers could fall on hard times quickly by hanging out here (though they would be well-moisturized and smell amazing). This rating is based solely on the experience I had with the employees at this location. I went here Friday because they had a bunch of holiday deals going on like 50% off three-wick candles, $3 hand soaps, and buy three signature collection items, get three free. Bath & Body Works is awesome for their deals, no doubt. No one greeted me as I walked in and asked if I wanted to be spritzed with some fruity perfume, like every other Bath & Body Works I've ever been to. Sure it can be annoying, but at least someone is there to let me know about the specials and help me out if I need it. In fact, I didn't see any employees until I was checking out. I walked up to the register and saw two women in their mid-to-late forties chatting in the back storage area. They looked right at me, then continued their conversation. Are you f@#$ing kidding me? Finally, they both walk out of the storage room. Continuing their conversation, one of the women approached the register and began ringing me up. She didn't stop her conversation to ask me if I found everything OK, or how I was doing. Not even a hello. Now, I'm super pissed. The entire time she kept talking with her friend. The only words she said to me were, "thanks", as she handed me my receipt and then kept talking to the other employee. I will never, ever return to this Bath & Body Works. I have never seen grown women so impolite and unprofessional as these women were. read more

If you were to buy anything here full price, you're getting fooled. They run sales and coupons constantly, make sure you get them in e-mail. I love their candles when they are on sale for half price. Those things last FOREVER. Their soap is great, I can't even tell you my favorite because there are so many. It's common to find those for $4. The foaming is my favorite and they small delightful! This location is ok. It's usually well-stocked but the staff is just ehh. read more

I've been in this store maybe 3 or 4 times in the last year. It's never crowded, maybe 2-3 customers aside from myself, and I'm able to get in and out in a few minutes. It's still the same speech from the employees. You're approached, they ask how you're doing, and they tell you about the sales. If you linger too long, they check up on you, which isn't necessary since this is a smaller location than the Fox Valley mall shop. The employees seem a little happier and not as over-worked here. If you're just going to browse, head to the mall. If you just want to soap, go here. read more

Although the Fox Valley shopping center location is closest to me, I prefer to take an extra couple of minutes and go to this location. The staff are always incredibly helpful and in a great mood--whether the shop is busy or having a slow day. They always have a great assortment of the products I'm looking for, and even a small section towards the right rear where some items are on sale or whenever brand new items come in. read more

This is easily the worst bath and body works I've ever been too. Walked in with my boyfriend and absolutely no one greeted us. A decent amount of people on the floor trying to shop and employees were opening boxes right on the counter and doing shipment. Tried shopping for the aromatherapy sale but couldn't because an employee was opening boxes in front of where 3 other people including myself were trying to shop. Cashiers were rude and didn't ask me if I had a phone number didn't ask if I was shopping with the app and automatically printed the receipt without asking me if I wanted it emailed. Terrible costumer service attitudes. Won't ever return back to this location. A cart full of boxes and trash right when you walk in just absolutely terrible, didn't even see one person smile. I just started visiting this store from time to time when I don't want to bother with the mall. The store itself seems a little narrow,maybe a bit cramped. But the selection is on point. The staff is friendly but not bothersome, easy to find and knowledgable. I really like the fact that you can combine the billions of coupons that they give out with the promos they have.
