This was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it. We took a class where we learned how to create a glass pyramid from a mold, and it was fascinating from start to finish. The demonstration was easy to follow and really fun to watch, and then we got to make our own with hands-on guidance throughout the process. The class lasted about an hour and a half, which felt like the perfect amount of time, and we were able to pick up our finished piece within three days. The store is brightly lit and smaller if different fragrances. It was not over bearing and smelled nice. Our candle expert introduced herself to us and let us know the process. She was very nice and explained everything clearly. Through the process she was helpful with answering our questions or checked in on us. After mixing our scents into the melted wax, we selected our decorations. We left and were asked to return in 1 hour so the candles can harden. When we returned we decorated the candles. Overall, what a great experience. Candles ranged from $55 to $40 dollars to start and can go higher depending on options. You can also BYOB and or Food if you wanted to have a party! We both were amazed this was not just painting a picture of a house, it was an art class taught by Tom Perkowitz. It was truly a memorable experience & who knew ? A Saturday afternoon date for this married couple who are polar opposites in many ways, accidentally discovering they had found a hobby that appealed to both of them & should pursue future events of this type. I bought paint by number sets for us & am hoping that more of this classes will be offered at the studio or may just create a paint party of my own with friends if there are no events coming up. Recently I needed a large number of custom invitations so naturally I came here. We sat down with the owner Sheryl and explained what type of invitations we were looking for. She showed us several catalogs of designs and then we talked about the numbers, timing, etc. Sheryl told us that she has been in this business for many years and it showed. She helped us with suggestions on the wording for the invitations and we exchanged several emails tweaking the text details and proper grammar. We also had the envelopes printed with the addresses. The entire experience was pleasant and the communication was prompt. Everything was done well on time and looked wonderful.
