**Shout out to Christana** One of the worst locations I've visited in years. Went in this past Monday about 10:30am, and upon entering no greeting. Remind you there was a young lady standing there, she was just too busy on her phone to care(didn't bother to look up). I was there for some hand soap and to my surprise they were on sale for the 5/$27. Since the autumn/halloween collection is out I decided to take my time and sniff all the new scents. The workers were looking at me like I've lost my mind except Christiana who actually acknowledged me. I avoided letting their rudeness bother me and proceeded to grab my handsoaps. However it did bother me that a couple of the employees thought it was the perfect time to talk about how they were f*cked up on some Cutwaters. Like really? I guess because there were only black customers in the store at the time they thought we would chime in and relate. Uh no, tacky asl. Okay so I eventually get my soaps and head to checkout. I was told I had a reward for a free gift and decided to get a candle since the reward expired a few days later. Again, B&BW has 15+ scents, I didn't know I had 30 seconds to choose though. While I was deciding on a scent, the other cashier comes over to the area I was occupying. Want to guess what she was doing? Well, I'm still unsure myself because she stood there for less than a minute and walked back over to the register. I know she didn't call herself watching me. Guess I took too long because when I got back to the register the cashier who was ringing me out had an attitude(tried to hide it). You walk in, try to do the "don't get the employees to say hi to you/help you out when you first walk in for 2 minutes" challenge, and you utterly fail. It's not a bad thing to be friendly nor helpful, but sometimes I can't tell if they're genuinely friendly or not. Speaking on being helpful, they're willing to help you find a specific candle if you're completely overwhelmed from the large amounts of candles/colors and lazy to look carefully for a scent. read more

Everything you need is in this one spot. Candles soap etc. Lines move pretty fast also. And there is always someone to help you.

I love Bath and Body Works, I will not be ordering from them anymore due to the cost of shipping, also whenever I go to the store they never have in stock what I love. It seems to me that if you are a good customer and order from them on a regular basis they could give you free shipping at least once a month or once a year, I am done, in the near future I will be buying from other companies that offer better promotions or incentives for there customers. read more

Just went to Bath and Body Works today with my mother. The store was beautiful and nicely organized. The customer service, however, was straight up trash. No one bothered to ask me or my mother for help or recommend any products. There was even a lady working at the front and didn't even bother to say hello and she wasn't helping any customers. She looked right at my mother and didn't say a word. It was just rude. And when we were checking out, the lady seemed to have some attitude. Went today to get a price adjustment.... one of the workers had a nasty attitude so I called the manager over to take care of everything...he was nice... she act like it was coming outta her pockets...the store has nice prices... the security guard is annoying watching me as I shop read more

B&BW inside North riverside mall is the WORST location I've been too. I just waited in line for 20mins as another line formed next to me and was then told that I had to go wait behind all the others even though i was there first. Not to mention as i was walking in one of the employees broke something causing glass to go all over a little girls feet. You're employees SUCK! read more

Today I walked into this bath and body works to look for a new scent and to explore their new shipment however I found myself very disappointed with the lack of customer attention and service. It was not busy during the time I went in, and I still didn't even receive a nice welcome as I was entering. I love bath and body works however not in this way. read more

I am not a fan of this mall, however I do love this store and the deals they offer. All the staff here were very knowledgable and friendly. This mall has certainly seen some changes with store selections, however this place is still a good one to check out. read more
