This item was $30+ so we brought it back to Ulta for a replacement. The girl at the counter was very condescending and said that since it was purchased more than 60 days ago they won't exchange it. I asked for the manager who was just as rude and refused to exchange the item. I would totally understand if the item was half used, but this was a FULL bottle of expensive hair product. The manager even opened the bottle and tried to pump it and said "yep, it's broken". He could see that it was full but wouldn't do anything. CVS has no issues taking product back, Rite Aid, Sephora, but Ulta won't EXCHANGE an item that was sold to us broken? Because of this I will not give them my business.

The girls had a great time picking out their scents from a wall with at least a hundred of different options. Then they were taught how to mix the scents together and created a sugar scrub and personal fragrance spray (essentially perfume). They weren't rushed, it was just plain fun. They also had about 2 dozen selfie sticks that the girls used to take pictures while waiting for each other to finish up. I plan to go back just for myself. I can't recommend this place enough!

Oh, when I asked about them doing something to compensate for their mistake they sent me a 25% off coupon that can't be used on 90% of stuff in the store. Customer service for these clowns must be run by Mrs. Lippy's 3rd Grade History class. Why do we have to do so much legwork to get you to fix something you totally screwed up?? My friend and I had an awesome time browsing the shelves, picking out gifts for other friends. For the amount of product you get, it's pretty pricey, but that's the cost of the all natural ingredients LUSH has built its brand on. I also tend to stick to old favorites. Sleepy body lotion is what I keep coming back for when I'm all out at home. I'm glad to see they've expanded that lavender scented line, so maybe I'll try a different Sleepy product another time. It's not among the biggest warehouse stores, and there's nothing flashy about it, but every time I've gone I've been able to get in, find a wide range of products I wanted at a good price, and get out without anything raising my blood pressure. The store always has more than a few people in it, but you don't feel overcrowded as you shop. The ratio of people in the aisles to width of the aisles works out so that you can comfortably move around. The staff are helpful and also pretty relaxed, where you're not going to get barked at when you enter or check out. I wish they had a proper food court/counter. It's not the store to get a bite to eat at the end of the shopping trip. But, if you just want to buy normal products cheaper in bulk, it offers an unusually pleasant warehouse store experience.
