Yes, Simon Properties did just "put it in a chapter" and let the creditors sell it off to a new mall company. And, yes, it's not what it once was during its glory days. But from news reports and comments from friends, I was under the impression that when I stopped by the mall, it would be a ghost town: a veritable trip through the ruins of capitalism past. Instead, I found that it's still a pretty decent mall, and that while it's not in its long-ago glory days, there's at least as much in it now as there's been for quite some time. The mall has all the mall staples, a decent food court, several other attached restaurants. It's getting less traffic than some of the other malls in the area, but if you're looking to do some basic mall shopping and avoid crowds, I think it's just fine.

The manager even opened the bottle and tried to pump it and said "yep, it's broken". He could see that it was full but wouldn't do anything. CVS has no issues taking product back, Rite Aid, Sephora, but Ulta won't EXCHANGE an item that was sold to us broken? Because of this I will not give them my business.
