There's a lot of different kind of items and you can definitely find a few treasures. They have a huge book area which was one of the biggest reasons I came. Store manager Jes!!! very unprofessional rude and ignorant towards me.. should not be in the retail business very unprofessional,and should not be a store manager. Being I have been in retail for over 30 years. Items on shelf were marked down on clearance. Whole rack of items she says she should not have been there, but clearly under the sign that she abruptly ripped down and told me was not the price. Then asked her her name and walked away from me. Went to the Storage room never came back out? Very unprofessional should not be running the store if she cannot speak to her customers and honor them the price that was marked. read more

Employee told us off very rudely before we could go in and ask if we could park our bikes inside so they wouldn't get stolen. How have I never been to an Ollie's?! I have been sleeping on this for way too long! The book section when we walked in was amazing. The prices were great. Books that are best sellers ect. Cathy at the regress so full of life and kind. She went as far as putting our bags in our cart. She was so bubbly. There was a male employee stocking books and he was also very kind and helpful to a customer. This store has a lot of deals. It's like Big Lots, but so much better! Cleaner too! read more

Store was disorganized. It was hard to find things that match, that are supposed to have a match. Worst part was, the check out. Never enough people and those that are there are miserable and unfriendly. I get that its a cheaper priced store and they have some of the best deals around, but I'm still spending hard-earned money and I'm always friendly and polite to check-out people anywhere. Thanks to Jen H for her review of the new Ollie's in Eagleville. The place is clean as a whistle and the store is packed with bargains. I love their book section. Every time I stop in I always pick up a couple of cookbooks, history books and books for the grandkids. The prices for these books are considerably lower than Amazon prices. I alway find some food items and today I picked up a box of hot chocolate with marshmallows for 89 cents and boxes of ginger and lemon snaps for $1.29 each. I also made use of a 15% off coupon for the entire purchase which I received in the mail. Picked up some Christmas toys for the Grands at very nice prices and some cookware that my daughter wanted at 50% off the Amazon price. Happy that they opened a store here. Still a drive from my home but it is now the closest. Many more visits to come. read more

I had never heard of Ollie's until I moved to my townhouse a little over a year ago. It's a discount store, so prices are great. I love getting my k-cups here, super cheap. I love their book section, I've scored a couple great cookbooks and some non-fiction and haven't paid more than $4 a book. I always find this location clean and organized. There's one worker there who is so friendly. I was looking for a book for my daughter and she helped me select one that was perfect. She certainly went above and beyond. It's a great place to pop in if you run out of things like toothpaste or shampoo. I live within walking distance so it's convenient for me to run in versus driving to Target/Walmart. I enjoy just wandering around and looking at things I certainly don't need! read more

Just started shopping here recently, but after my last experience I don't think I'll be back. The place it's self is a bargain hunters dream; however, it's a little disorganized and junky. Kind of like dollar store meets big Lots. The staff is friendly. I won't be back because during my last visit I walked in and the ceiling literally almost fell on my head. A whole panel just fell- I was so rattled and shaken. The employees made sure I was okay, but the manager didn't even ask or acknowledge me. He was more concerned with removing the panel out of the way then anything. All he did was mutter that now he has to put a maintenance order in. I was shocked. I have mixed feelings about this store the manager there was kind to me, but I can't exactly say that about some of the employees I called there today to report rancid chocolate covered macadamia nuts that I just bought not only are the nuts inside the chocolate coating rancid the outer coating is too sweet and doesn't even seem like real chocolate they're from imperial nuts brand and they made me quite sick last night. I had to take medicine for Gerd and acid reflux so I called this morning. I woman that answered the phone hung up on me twice and the third time I called she put me on a long hold and spoke to the manager who said they can't do anything about it simply because I don't like them. The fact that they're bad and rancid had no bearing on her decision. She said unless they're expired there's nothing I can do , I often find things there that are expired or near expiration date coupled with a lot of brands. I've never heard of low quality and virtually unknown brands in the marketing world so if you're going to shop there be very careful and be very leery of the merchandise most of the nut products that I bought there are either old or inherently rancid are going bad , regardless of the expiration date nuts go rancid because of storage and light factors in a lot of mitigating circumstances especially the way they stored so I don't know that I'll shop there there anymore. It just puts me out with rude and ignorant employees that work for you that doesn't fly with me , they could be nice things the manager sure is thank you read more

Not gonna lie- as it was my first time to Ollie's and the area, at night- we thought the shop looked a little shady. But after curiously exploring the depths of the warehouse-esque outlet, we found the prices incredible. Maybe better described as , a Dollar Tree Costco vibe. Ollie's carries Real brandnames, too. May 20, 2023 Ollies 3200 Ridge Pike Eagleville, Pa. 19403 Tonight, May 20, 2023 my husband and I shopped at Ollies's. We were in line having our purchases scanned. I gave the cashier the 15% off card I received in the mail. She scanned the top that had my ID number but didn't scan the discount. After she totaled it and my husband paid for it $29.39, I asked her if she took the 15% discount off. She didn't and she also had a problem getting the receipt out. ( It was out of paper). She began to get flustered. She asked me if I could check my bank and see if the transaction went through?? I said let me understand, you want me to check my bank balance to see if the transaction went through because you can't get me a receipt?? So, I checked it and showed it to her. Then I asked about the discount. She said could I come back tomorrow!! My husband was no longer interested in the purchases. He asked for his money back. Olivia the cashier completely FLIPPED OUT!!! She was screaming obscenities at my husband. She kept calling him your man, and I said Olivia he's not My Man he's my husband and you're being very disrespectful. She called for Mike the Manager (who was calm and professional). Meanwhile she's continuing her verbal assault and of course my husband is getting upset. Mike came and put a new roll of paper in the register and printed our receipt. I told her several times to calm down. Mike kept calling her name Olivia, Olivia. Meanwhile a couple of people who were in line left the store. Also a tall caucasian man came up to us trying to insert himself into the situation. Olivia was OUT OF CONTROL. My husband even told them to call the police. She lunged at him like she wanted to fight. I was in the middle as a barrier. Olivia looked like a raging mad person! Her lips were quivering! I'm 59 years old and I have never experienced anything like this in a retail store or anywhere. Also because we were the only people of color in the store it appeared that some of the other's in line were taking her side. She was clearly in the wrong. All she had to do was refund our money and that would've settled the matter. Even when Mike gave us the receipt she was still going off like a powder keg. Needless to say we will not be returning there. I shared this experience with my friends and family. If there are cameras in the store please take a look. You'll be shocked I know I was! Very good prices and not a long checkout. If you want to pay less for Coffee pods go here! They also had Women's hair dye at a very low price and brand names. I was surprised to see an Ollie's up in the Eagleville area, before I had to go to the Quakertown one off Route 309 which is closer than this location but this location is much nicer. It has good parking and it is a large and clean store with wide aisles and anything you could want at great prices!!
