I love this bigger location. It is very convenient. I can enter near the theatre entrance, get what I need and leave. They tend to get long lines during sales but also tend to have quite the collection. The scents we used to love are still there seasonally. They have very colorful displays. The scents can easily become overpowering. I have several family members who refuse to go in because of the strong mixed smells. This Bath & Body Works location is near H&M and the Food Court. There used to be 2 separate Bath & Body Works locations, and the other smaller one used to be the one for online order pick-up but I think that has since changed. This is quite a large Bath and Body Works location, and it was a bit of an interesting set-up. It took us a bit of time to find the items that we needed but we were able to find them in the end. There was only one cashier and so it took a bit of time to checkout. There was no issue to use a mail coupon that we received with our customer log-in. Like other locations, there are sinks located, along the wall, throughout the store so one can wash their hands and try their soaps. The only thing I wish was for their travel-sized lotions and items to be in one place instead of scattered throughout the store. Great location! They've moved to a bigger space in Ontario Mills right next to H&M by the food court. It's so open and bright inside, it looks like a happy store! (If that's even a thing) I've gone here twice in the past 6 months. Once during the holidays for a Christmas gift. I purchased 5 bottles of lotion this time (with their buy 3 get 2 free deal), and ended up paying $29 for all 5, while each bottle is priced at $12.50! Many of you may be thinking.. "well, you didn't save $35, you ended up spending $29." NOPE, that's not the case, because I am consistently purchasing their lotion and products annually. So I am saving $35. This time around was such a steal! They've also upgraded their product with 24 hours of continuous moisture that really does melt into your skin. I went for a curbside pick up today and the young lady on the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes before they would come out to bring my stuff.
