Today I must've allowed time to get past me and I go to this location to try and pick up some car fragrances and I don't think anything of it because the doors are open and I have some associate shout from the middle of the sales floor " sorry we're closed!" The tone was incredibly condescending, quite embarrassing to be honest because there were still customers inside of the store and you would think that if you still have people shopping in the store and you don't want additional customers coming in, you would ensure that the doors are locked to begin with. Instead, you decided it be appropriate to embarrass your Incoming customers in front of your pre-existing customers. Next time, learn how to help mitigate from being any type of misconstrued misunderstanding pertaining to your store hours by either having somebody designated to the front of the store to kindly direct people out of the store by letting them know you're closed as opposed to shouting from the middle of the sales floor that you're closed. Professional courtesy goes a long way.

Most stores can easily look up transactions using your phone number or rewards account. It's 2025, not 1990--time to update your system, Bath & Body Works. For what these products cost, the customer service should be more accommodating. An even exchange for the same product shouldn't be this difficult.
