I would never ever pay their ridiculous full prices for items. The only time I shop here is during their sales. Example: Original price for all toil. $10.50 sale price $3.75.... yeah I made my point. Do during their sales I stock up for the whole year lol they have a great semi anual sale with a $10 off of $40 coupon including sale/clearance items (it used to be $10 off $30 but this year it changed). they do have great customer service and the ladies working there are always nice and helpful. Today I stopped in to do some shopping, I've been wanting to get some home fragrances and all that good stuff for our little home but have not had the time . I am 9 months pregnant and have a 4 and 2 year old as well but still decided to stop in to shop ( this can get hectic as most moms know). We were pleasantly greeted by maria one of the sales associates who may have been one of the kindest people you could ever meet . She was so helpful and even asked if my little ones would like to sit and color with her while I got my shopping done . My boys were on their best behavior, but still having someone go out of their way to make my shopping experience a positive one meant a lot . Her random act of kindness made my day . I was very very humiliated by two employees at this location, I walked in got greeted by the young lady in the front super nice, NEVER did I see a sign that says you can smell any of their fragrance NO ONE told me anything, I looked around there's people opening lotions to smell them they're also opening perfumes to smell them, I go ahead & do the same thing why? because everyone else was doing so, my mom decides to open a lotion to smell it the girl at the register SCREAMS AT HER " YOU CAN'T DO THAT, IF YOU NEED TO SMELL ANYTHING LET US KNOW WE'll GET SOMEONE TO HELP YOU" so I get in for my mom & tell them if I can please have someone help us, well a very rude rude lady comes to us already with a candle in her hand & says to smell that, I tell her I'd like to smell a lotion or perfume because personally I feel like candles don't always have the same scent as their lotion or perfume do, well she tells us IT SMELLS THE SAME SO HERE, I tell her can you bring us a lotion to smell it please she said NO IT'S THE SAME THING. so as she is there handing over the candle there is people next to us opening up lotions & spraying their perfumes to smell them! I look at the two ladies that screamed at my poor mom for just trying to smell a simple lotion & do they tell them anything? NO. honestly it was the worse experience ever! My moms eyes filled up with tears because she felt the discrimination coming from them, me & my mom are Mexican the rest of the people in the store opening up lotions were WHITE so they obviously have more privilege than us Mexicans. Sad to say I used to love shopping here & this past experience just wasn't it. read more

I was very disappointed going in today after I was misinformed by two different employees about using a 20% off coupon. I made it a point to ask two different employees about purchasing items and then coming back later because I had forgotten my 20% off coupon. I intentionally asked two different employees so that I had the right information before making a large purchase and being told otherwise. So, with both employees telling I could come back later to repurchase my merchandise and use my coupon, I went ahead and made my purchase. I went back today with my coupon and made arrangements for childcare so I could go in and out of the store quickly to do the transaction but lo and behold I was then denied using the coupon. I spoke with an associate and a manager and they both basically turned me away saying that because it states on the back if the coupon that you cannot apply it towards previous purchases even though I wad told by two different employees that it could be done. I explained to them that it was not my fault that I was misinformed and asked what they could do to fix this but I was basically turned down and given no solution. I was so disappointed and frankly I don't think I'll ever return to that Bath and Bodyworks ever again. Hopefully a district manager can go and train everybody to know & give the correct information so this mishap can be prevented in the future. Very unfortunate!! read more

This is a smaller location at the strip mall (the remodeled Esplanade). It's decent - your average BBW location, meaning it has lots of lotions, soaps, lipgloss, gift sets, shampoos, colognes and shower gels. I usually shop at the larger ones for the non-BBW brands and cosmetics, but at least this location carries the C.O. Bigelow line that I like (I'm a fan of their lemon products especially the lemon body cream). They always have some special deal going on and I never miss their semi-annual sales. Went this place to experience my yearly annual sale just to be ruined by this guy who works there! What a very unpleasant experience!! I don't know what's up with you but who do you think you are to treat customers not equal and please don't look down on people who you think is not worthy of your time!! I made a purchase of almost $600 2 weeks ago. When I went back with a receipt the next day to return 1 item, the employees were both clueless, staring at me like a deer in headlights. They did not honor my refund and gave me half the price back on a GIFT CARD!!! I was livid. I called customer service and spoke to who I thought was a supervisor. She advised me she would mail me a gift card for the inconvenience. The gift card never came. Also, I have been trying to add my points onto my app to get rewards. I was told o had to create another online account, there were glitches in the system, that the points would appear in 72 hours etc etc etc. However it's been 2 weeks and I've called customer care 2x to manually add my points and they STILL are not there. Today I got a phone call from another supervisor which I requested to speak to after having to add my points a second time. She seemed just as clueless and just apologized but didn't do anything about my inconveniences. This has been a huge headache. Maybe the company should put more money into training their staff on procedures and customer service. Very unsatisfied customer here. read more

Came to the chaos of the candle sale. Everyone super nice, easy going. The personnel was amazing and made a stressful environment less stressful until I paid... I realized to get the deal I miss counted and needed a candle. I saw next to me a door where the employees are coming in and out and asked if they had one of the fragrances I like and behind me came an employee name Berniece very rude said excuse me and in front of me told the other employees to shut the door so people don't bug them. I was upset since I felt that was inappropriate. I talked to Kristen (manager) & even though she was running around she was super nice, amazing sweet and I felt better. The person who rang us up was sweet girl who ease the situation since she saw what happen. This store is close to me but if you have employees like Bernice who can't handle the chaos maybe she shouldn't work in retail. read more

i love the store in the esplande. the sales girls are always so helpful. i bought 6 3 wick candles and the sales girls helped me save $83.00. i had a gift card for $40.00 and she rang my candles up so i only ended up paying $20.16. by the way the B & BW's candles are the best . Much better than Yankee Candles. When u burn their candles your room smell great for days. Love this store and the sales crew are the best. Thank you girls for making my shopping great.
