The only reason I am writing this review, is to talk about my amazing experience here that Monica made possible. I have been here before and I always get great deals a great customer service. But today was different. Monica provided me with some of the most outstanding customer service I have ever received. I never asked any questions and she came up to me and explained all of the products I was looking at. She also made sure to let me know about all the sales they had. Monica was very sweet and treated me like I was a special client. I even asked her if she worked on commission, because I wanted to spend more money due to her hospitality. I wish we had more people like Monica working in customer service. She made me feel special and was very patient. I will definitely come back to this store. read more

Do not shop here!! it's over priced and have terrible customer service. You're better off shopping at Ulta, they have better prices and can use coupons on top of sale price. Disappointed by the service. Young woman that clearly wish she was someplace else approached and asked if I need help. I said yes and showed her a photo. She said yes we have itC walked to the shelf, searched it quickly and the. Said we don't have it. No explanation. No alternatives. No can I show you something g else instead. Nothing. Just we don't have it. I found what I wanted on my own. Second. You barely get any internet connection inside the store. So if you want to send photos you need to walk out send a photo and then walk into take another one. Overall the store offer good prices and quality products. Just service should be better. I just recently learned of this beauty store and I am in love! Customer service is so nice, I was color matched by the employee, who was delightful. She was knowledgeable over all the product questions I had, and even went above and beyond by sharing knowledge I did not even think about, but found to be relevant and useful. I am so glad and excited to have found this place. I originally thought it was a shop comparative to Sephora, Ulta, or Sally's but this is definitely an upscale. I have been going to this Planet Beauty for the past 2-3 years. I love the sales and variety of products. Today I went specifically for bumble bumble oil but unfortunately they were out but that didn't stop me for getting other great beauty products. When I went to the store, I noticed the shop was pretty busy but the sales associate named "Monique" was very friendly and personable with every customer. She made it a point to greet every customer and ask if they needed anything. She maintained a small conversation with each customer. This place has a variety of different products to purchase from which is amazing but the two women working were so rude and snobby. They didn't bother to greet me when I walked in, they just gave me dirty looks. They saw me looking around kind of lost and didn't even offer to help me. I had to go to them all the way up to the register to ask them "can I please get some help" and the woman who helped me didn't even seem interested in helping me. I wish I would of got both their names but they weren't even wearing name tags. Its sad when you walk into a store filled with negative energy. Firsttt of all tell me why they already had all the Lime Crime Christmas bundles? Naw you don't understand I literally JUST opened my email this morning that they even existed and P.B already had them all on display like it was old news. Lol Thennn I walk to the back of the store and they had the entire Vlada line on sale 50% off!!! Omg my head exploded like at least 3 more times before I even got to the register to pay. I own a hospitality company so hospitality and good customer service is always noticed. Emily was an excellent representative to work the store, she was alone and managed to greet each customer and help each one of them individually with their needs. She was nothing but utmost respectful and honest to each one of us while very educational. She helped us all. It was a fluke we stopped in, as we only had Addidas on our minds. It happened to be the beginning of the Memorial Day Weekend sake. I'm not a big shopper anymore nor am I a makeup lover. My daughter talked me into going inside. We ended up having a wonderful experience. Amanda was our salesperson and she went above and beyond her duty. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, which helped a makeupphobe like myself. She applied a few products and showed me how to clean up my eyebrows with concealer. She's a bonafide magician!
