I don't know what it is about this location, but the employees here are some of the sweetest and most thoughtful I've encountered. They're always willing to help, and I really appreciate how welcoming and helpful everyone is. Whoever is responsible for hiring and managing the staff here is doing a great job, please keep creating a positive environment for them because it really shows. I've seen them gently correct a rude customer and believe me this person was very uncouth, YIKES! I also have to mention that this location always smells so good! I don't know if it's seasonal or just something about this particular store, but I notice it every time I visit. My only issue isn't really with the store itself. This location gets a lot of traffic, so items sell out very quickly. Sometimes I receive an email later letting me know that one of the items I ordered is no longer available by the time I go to pick everything up. That's understandably frustrating, but I know it's more of an inventory issue due to how popular the location is. read more

I'm so confused by Bath & Body Works which is attached to White Barn Candle Company. Sister companies that are pretty much intertwined. We bought stuff from Bath & Body Works but paid for it at White Barn Candle Company. And the staff work between both spaces. Confusing right? My daughter was collecting her birthday freebies items and Bath & Body Works gives you up to $9.95 value item for free with purchase. Basically, we can pick one item up to $9.95 value and can make a $1.95 hand sanitizer purchase and that will suffice for the birthday freebie. We also were able to use the $10 off $30 purchase and added the candle holder to get our total up to $30. Win-win. Jordan approached us at Bath & Body Works and assisted us throughout our shopping experience. He was absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Always checked in on us and asked if we had any questions, which we surely did regarding the birthday freebies and wanted to clarify on what was acceptable or not. My daughter and I also mentioned that Jordan reminds us of Bowen Yang from SNL!!! Uncanny. I will say this place has changed so much and honestly, there are way too many options. They have lotions, body washes, body sprays, candles, candle accessories, lip glosses, sanitizers, trial size products, room sprays, room wall plugs, room air fresheners and more!!! They have awesome holiday options too. Right now they have super cute Halloween stuff. We ended up getting several trial size sanitizers that were 6/$10 and her freebie item was a mint scented lip gloss for $8.95. Our total came out to $22 and we asked the nice young lady ringing us up at White Barn if they could stack the discounts and use the $10 off $30 coupon too. We added a White Barn candle holder and got our total up and double dipped on discounts. SCORE!!! Bath & Body Works is usually always clean and well organized. Am i obsessed with candles? Maybe. This was my second round of candle shopping and this time I visited this spot. Overall the employees were super nice and helpful. The store was crowded but you can always expect that during the holidays. Even with all the people the store was well stocked and organized. Stay away from that disgusting pizza and ranch candle unless you like the smell of vomit. Anywho I love this place. read more

I love this location, they always have everything in stock. There's a B&B and the candle shop next to it. The store was nicely stocked and they had good sales and coupons if you have their app. The staff was really nice, helped us find what we went in for and had a great experience at the register. read more

Wallflowers were finally on sale for $2.75 so of course we had to stock up. My daughter and Karen went a little crazy, but whenever this sale comes, my wife is like a kid anticipating opening their Christmas presents. You can get up to 24 wallflowers on each order. I'm not sure if Karen had been able to find all the scents that she had been hoping to find after browsing online, but Karen said that she plans on going back for more before the sale comes to an end. read more

Bath & Body Works in Pembroke Gardens is a great place to shop for scented candles, lotions and sprays . There is plenty of parking if you are willing to walk a little. The place is always so inviting. The staff have always been friendly and helpful too. One of the favorites in my family is the sweet pea hand sanitizer. The stress relief candles are popular too. Most of all, the Coconut Lime Breeze lotion is my go to item at this store. read more

I like bath and body works and I have no complaints about the workers or service, but I did have a problem with their displays. Yesterday I went in for their semi-annual sale on 3 wick candles. The signs were everywhere, making it seem like all candles under the sale sign were actually on sale. This was not the case, as only specific candles were on sale. The signs were definitely misleading. When I was in line, I noticed a lady on the register with over 10 candles, was not told about the specific candles that were on sale and had to leave most of the candles she had selected. The sales sign didn't stop with the candles, as I decided to get the 2 for $12 air fresheners. I literally picked one that was right next to the sale sign, and it turned out that those were not on sale. All I ask is for the signs to correspond to the items that are actually on sale. Having the signs on all shelves even on shelves that don't have a sale, makes it confusing, frustrating and pretty disappointing when knowing your favorite candles aren't on sale once you're already at the register. read more

I've only been here one other time besides today and of the two experiences, I'd give this location a 3. For my previous visit, customer service was nice and workers were attentive. Today, however, it seemed no one wanted to be bothered. Upon walking, someone did great me but from there I was passed around from associate to associate. The young lady who greeted me was assisting someone else so I couldn't get help from her. I asked someone and he told me to hold me and then tried to get someone else to take me. However she was busy. Next thing I knew someone was asked to help me. However another young lady must've seen all of the back and forth and came to the other young lady and told her she'd help me. From there, picking up my order was pretty smooth. I wish I would've gotten the young lady's name so that she could be recognized for her customer service today. read more

There are several products I love from Bath & Body Works and my mission this time of the year is to find the best deals. Today I came in to see if it was the day! In the past, I have been able to find their creme hand soap (my favorite) for as low as $1.75 with a coupon. Sadly, I missed it. It was marked down to $3.00 but I have my target. As is usually the case, I was greeted at the door. Most of these stores will have someone to greet you, offer the info on specials and assistance. I had my mission so I made my way back to the Wall O' Soap (as I like to call it). The stores are generally consistent in this layout. Gosh darn it Bath and Body Works. I've just spent the last hour and half sniffing lotions. This left me wondering just how many total hours I have I devoted to smelling your candles, hand soaps, shower gels and plug-ins. 20? 30? Maybe even 40 hours? Yeah, that's right, 40 hours, a whole work-week worth of hours, GONE from my life, forever, because everything you make smells so dang scrumptious! And you just HAVE to offer hundreds of options, just to make it that much harder on us indecisive folks, don't you? Oh, and let's not even mention the amount of dollars that have been spent in your stores. Forget time, you've sucked money right out of my wallet with your delicious line-up of seasonal fragrances. If you were to walk by me right now, you would know I smell like a pecan-waffle-frosted-pumpkin-cupcake, with a cinnamon sprinkle. I just sampled a population of strangers and friends alike, asking them to take a whiff of my perfumed epidermis, and it's been confirmed: I'm a walking advertisement for the scents of autumn and diabetes. And just when I think I have enough, you send me a coupon that makes it practically irresistible not to buy a $3 lotion, the complimentary shower get, and an anti-bacterial hand gel to keep in every single handbag, clutch and wristlet I own! And end of season $1 tea light candle close out... forget about it. Get it together, Bath and Body Works, this girl is on a budget! Stop being so tempting. read more

Very poor customer service today. I came by around 11 hoping they'd have different room sprays from where I usually go to.. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I keep getting coupons in the mail so I decided to get a free small candle and perhaps even a couple large ones depending on their selection. As soon as I showed the girl who greeted me the coupon her smile dropped and said they haven't had the small candles in over 2 weeks, nice to know this location doesn't stock up. The store was however clean but they light up too many candles that it made me feel dizzy/nauseous. I didn't get to look around enough but for sure they didn't have a good selection on the room sprays and the other girl working behind the register where the candles are gave me a snobby look for no reason. I've always wondered if the dirty clothing hampers of employees of Bath and Body Works smell reallllly good. If I spend ten minutes in there, I smell great for the rest of the afternoon. "What's that smell???" "Is it a magnolia field peppered with coconut trees, japanese cherry blossoms and sandalwood?"....nope, it's me. That said, the location at Pembroke Gardens in sultry, sweet Southwest Broward county, is one of the better ones I've encountered. The larger locations in the outlet malls are a little frightening. One wonders if the products are stale, and the stocking is usually a mess. This location is not large, but always well stocked and staffed. The sales are surely a chain-wide thing, but for some reason I feel like they are better presented in this location than in others. Perhaps one of the reasons I really like this Bath and Body Works more than others is that the customer volume isn't too overwhelming. You can shop in peace and are just steps away from a small, but good Starbucks and the delicious Lime Mexican Grill. Also, there are a few male employees here too. Sure, it's a store certainly geared to women who want to smell like an edible beach, but some boys like that too. Especially this one. Go and bring your body...go to your bath...and...work! read more
