Unfortunately, my experience today around 11:50 a.m. was very disappointing. My sister and I finished gathering the items we wanted to purchase and went to the register. We waited for at least 10 minutes with no assistance. An associate named Kylie was standing right next to us talking to another customer and looking through a drawer, but never once acknowledged us--not even a simple "Hi, I'll be right with you." She clearly saw us waiting and still made no effort to help. We eventually walked to the other side of the store to check out, and those associates kindly tried to help. They called over the microphone for someone to come to the register. Kylie responded, "I'm busy helping another customer, but I guess I'll help them," in a rude, dismissive tone. Her attitude and lack of professionalism are exactly what ruin the customer experience and damage the store's reputation. I reported the situation to the manager, who seemed surprised and only offered a quick apology. I left the store feeling shocked, hurt, and extremely disappointed. Bath & Body Works--please hire and train staff who actually value your customers. I will not be returning to this location again.

However, my recent visit was really disappointing. I was standing at the register waiting to check out while one of the employees, Kylie, was just a few feet away helping another customer. Instead of acknowledging me or saying she'd be with me shortly, she completely ignored that I was standing there. After waiting a bit, I walked to the registers on the other side of the store, but they told me I needed to go back to the other side. I explained that no one was available to help, so they called Kylie on the microphone. She responded that she was helping a customer but didn't mention that she had seen me waiting the entire time. When she finally came over to check me out, she seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. She didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. For a store in such a nice area like Daytona Beach, I expected better customer service -- especially from a brand like Bath & Body Works. Hopefully, my next visit will be a better experience because this is not how paying customers should be treated.

I began getting e-receipts and notices of changes on my account from Ulta. I opened up my Ulta account to find my name changed to a man's name, my DOB changed to a completely different DOB, and my west coast address changed to an Orlando address! ALL WITHOUT CHECKING ID! In-store purchase history of 2 different transactions in this store for over $100 using Ulta points! I live on the complete opposite side of the country, so how did someone in this store even find my account? I don't even know anyone in Florida! I immediately called this store and spoke with a manager who gave me the 800 number to Ulta customer service. I called 5 times and nobody could help me! I then had to drive to my local Ulta and have them change my personal info back on my account and add check ID to my account name. I had to continue emailing Ulta customer service and calling multiple times before my points got returned. This location could not help me at all, yet it was this location that allowed someone to take over my account and spent my points! I have since spent all the points on my account and will no longer be shopping at Ulta!

First time I had come in…read morewas a 2/6/23 at 7:34 PM and then for my return I came in on 2/12/23 at 3:40 PM if that helps the general manager know who is rude in the store, and who it may be, they should talk to, and give lessons too!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! when I had to come get products the store clerk followed me around like I was going to steal (I spent well over $100). I was told "to keep control of my children". one of my kids is autistic and only a few years old and the other one is not far behind him in age (a year apart). I had no help in the store. I kept asking her for help so I could be on my way and she ignored me the whole time. The ONLY time she helped me was when I was made a fuss at her and told her "the faster you help me the faster my kids and I leave". so I guess that was enough insensitive for her to finally help after being in there for about 45 minutes trying to shop and juggle my kids. so I came back for a return and a big girl there who is a store clerk was following me around I was going to buy to some shampoo and conditioner (but screw that). so she was being a smart ars towards me at check out ( with the manager standing right there) . I asked her "What is your problem "? she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and looked right the lady at the next register (the manager, and the manager did not say a word, just smirked) . I asked for the GMs InforMarion and they didn't want to give it to me. she finally told me she was the manager and I told her what had happened the time before and asked why her store clerk standing in front of me (who had the most horrible makeup on BTW) had "a nasty attitude nasty and poor customer service"? The only thing she said me "sorry you feel that way". I work in REAL customer service & the GM would have fired myself & the manager for that behavior & not apologizing & fixing the issue. If one of my employees would have done that to me and rolled their eyes infront of a customer and sucked their teeth like they're better then anyone else I would have written them up! Do yourself a favor and find another Sally's to go too. You would think with the poor selection of product ( they have nothing & it is a very small store, a lot out of stock) , they would have great customer service ‍ NOPE they do not, go somewhere reputable & if you're in hair school use your school ID somewhere else OR order straight from the company. Some places you do not need a school ID Or license & Some places you can order straight from the source as well.

Instead she could have recommended products for me to use to help my hair. This was on november 19th at 12:20pm :))) also if you look closely to the picture of my hair in this photo taken 2 days ago you can tell it's not as damaged as she made it sound :)
