Quality/Quantity - My wife is a customer and I am only here because she makes me come with her, lol. She buys her lotions here and according to her, this place makes great gifts; think stocking stuffers, but year round. She got a bunch of lotions. Atmosphere - A well kept, clean, organized, and fully stocked business. Fairly consistent to all the ones I visit. I also think it is cool that they have a men's section, even though I have never bought anything from here. I also like the sinks to wash up after trying all your products, etc. See pictures. Makes total sense that many of your locations are next to a Victoria's Secret as your parent company owns both brands. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm; and on Sundays from 11am to 6pm. Service - Good. Price - Expensive, but that is the cost for service and a speciality store. I visited this Bath & Body Works location for the very first time during the annual candle day sale. Other stores are a complete madhouse when candle day rolls around, but somehow this location managed to make it a pleasant experience. The candles were all well-stocked, the employees were all very nice and knew where each candle scent was located, and the checkout line moved quickly. I've visited many Bath & Body Works during candle day sales, but I've never left feeling so impressed with a store's operations. Popped in to get a few more car scents... I love having my car smell fresh and fun! What's great is the smell lasts a long time for the 4Runner, which is rarely driven.. This is my new favorite BBW location! Usually getting to a BBW location is quite a trek. Having broken my foot/leg a while back I avoided going to malls as it was just too difficult to get all the way into the bowels of the building for a couple of soaps and lotions. This location is in a beautiful shopping center with easy parking and nice store associates. It happened to be the semi annual sale when I dropped in here with my mom. What a treat! I introduced my mom to all my favorite scents and the two of us left with nice smelling bath supplies! Apparently Nevada doesn't currently participate in the BBW rewards program, so that is something to note if you're trying to redeem a reward on the app. I think it will work in a pickup order, though, so that is one workaround. read more

So I love Bath and Body works products but this location always has excellent customer service. I live across town in Northwest Reno and many times I'll just order online, but when I want to visit a store to smell new products I always choose this location. My favorite time of year is fast approaching and so glad Fall scents have arrived with a candle sale! read more

***on a Personal note*** I don't entirely feel the need to write up places like this. In my mind, most every adult with a pulse has been to Bath and Body Works, Target, Bed, Bath and beyond; etc. The only reason I post a review is because yelp sends me notes telling me to. One of my wife's favourites is Bath & Body works! They have a huge variety of products & scents at amazing prices. The service at this store was great! She bought her very first shower jelly from here and is in love with it. The smell is mesmerizing and I can smell it for hours after she showers. The perfumes and lotions seem to also last all day long, which is very surprising to me because I was told those items didn't linger for long. Evidently, the new fall scents are outstanding. I believe Mrs. E. bought all of them! She did get great deals on all the products purchased. We ended up getting twelve things for a little over $50 dollars. This place is a sad example of corporate greed. These people are paid a low wage to sell expense soaps etc and they have to interact with the customer to the point that one can feel like you have a new friend by the time you leave, but waiting for all the register questions for the 4 customers in front of you and then the only cashier has to answer the phone too and the wait to pay is way too long for soap!!! Fix the problems however you want, but, I will not be shopping at bbw for a while after this recent experience. Just not fun and pleasant with their ridiculous to-do list with each customer. Drove over to bath and body works near Victorias Secret but there was a sign on the door saying they had moved to next to Dillard's. We found it on the north side. Found out this is just a temporary store while the other one is remodeled. We were greeted immediately by Cory. Friendly and offered any help we needed. Honestly I don't need help I just come in here to smell the smells. And to buy soaps when we are out. We got the $6 for $26 deal which isn't their best deal but still good enough to stock up. I inquired about hand sanitizer as I usually pick some up when I come in as well and it appeared they were out, which proves the hysteria over the coronavirus has reached Reno. Cory said indeed they were out as he heard all the other major chain stores and pharmacies were. He said they'd get more tomorrow, Sunday March 8th in case anyone needs hand sanitizer. We were checked out easily and efficiently and the young lady working the counter explained our new purchase to us, a wallflower, and how it worked and what to do if it malfunctioned (return right away!). Appreciate the info. Hope we like the new smell for our new house, trying to make it smell like the south but nothing replaces the real thing. And of course always Love the soaps, so many to choose from you'll find something you like. read more

So I may be a little spoiled with the larger stores hence the 4 star review. Don't get me wrong there was nothing wrong with my shopping experience here. However, I have been 3 times now for different sales and while the store is always clean and organized the selections of products are VERY limited compared to the other bath and body works in Meadowood mall. The staff is very accommodating and always willing to call another store to search for items and request they hold it for you. I am a one stop shop kinda girl and would prefer to have the same products available at each store I go to. This store is the closest to my home but after 3 trips and just settling on whatever is available instead of what I came looking for I will probably opt to shop online or drive the extra 10 minutes to the other store. I absolutely love Bath & Body Works !!! However, I can no longer shop in the brick and morter stores due to the incredibly loud music. It is disorienting. I am still shell-shocked when I leave. I am not the only one, as this has been a topic of conversation on more than one occasion. I honestly believe customers would spend more time and money in store. I love this BBW. My visit was 04.03.2022 and I had a lot of questions and how to best use my coupons. Chelsea was so very helpful and patient! She assured I was getting the best deal with my coupons and even did a price adjustment since the type of lotions I wanted was out. This store is always clean and every is in its perfect place. The new added store front is beautifully decorated like the CEO of the companies house, light and fresh light wood styled floor and dark wood displays with charming hung light fixtures. Natalie greeted me walking in and she knew every sent and flavor. She asked me what I preferred scent wise. I am not a huge fan of super fruity nor flowery, she got the vibe and showed me several of their new lines of candles. I found the black pepper bergamot to have a rich deep warm and fuzzy sent that had peppery under tones and a masculine under notes. Perfect for a hot soak in the tub chill time. She also let me know the candles were 10 dollars off today so I got a score deal, 16 bucks for a huge candle that will last a very long time. They also had really cool air fresheners that used waxed and many unique scents the reminded me of my trip to panama with the verities of coconut candles. Upon leaving I was checked out quickly and no Apple Pay. But they do pack the candle in a pretty butchers paper and their signature bags. The line was only one person and they are quick and efficient! Over all the new store front is awesome! And so is Natalie, who felt more like and owner/manager with her enthusiasm about the store and its products, to the knowledge about the all the products and her sheer pride to be representing them! read more

Everyone knows their products smell great and work well. If I were just reviewing their products, I'd give them a generous four stars. As for a pleasant shopping experience, I'm giving them one star. Why? I don't like being badgered when I'm shopping. I walk in, three people literally rush me to greet me. Jeez, not had any customers lately or what? I smile politely and try to progress forward. I take literally four steps before I'm assaulted with, "Find what you needed?". I venture another five steps, haven't even made it halfway down the store, when another one shoves a bag at me in case I can't handle carrying a 10 oz. bottle of citrus mango lotion. I decline, but I am starting to reach what Cesar Milan, the Dog Whisperer, calls the Red Zone. My goal is to make it halfway gown to the aisle, where the display sink is, without yet another person attacking me.... I'm almost there.... when DANG IT.. I get a bottle of some spray shoved at me and told that it's their latest seasonal product. Because I am not allowed by law to bite humans who assault me, I instead make the smart decision to quietly exit the store before I do any damage. read more

Customer service is always great here...sometimes I think they may be a little overstaffed for a place that solely consists of a single isle in a drug store. Love their products mostly as well. No reason for me to not come back here. Prices are a little steep for what is basically going down the drain, but hey I likes what I likes. read more

Such pushy salespeople! I came in to buy two products that I use on a regular basis. The salesperson told me they had a buy three get three free promo. It's not a promo. They always have that deal. She was so incredibly pushy repeating "You are already buying to you might as well buy the third one!" I probably would have done that, but I just wanted to get a way from her so I kept saying no and walked away. As I was walking away she said, "oh you can also buy two and get one free". Funny that wasn't mentioned when she was pushing her offer to buy three. Looks like I'll be buying my product online now so I don't have to go through that again. Ordered 4 "candle gift boxes", which one would assume contain a candle or at least a scented tea light. What came was four terrible quality foldable boxes, a brand ribbon for each, and a couple sheets of tissue paper. For 5$. I can get a similar sized actually good quality box and a full sized candle for 8$ at my local dollar store. One would think a store that specializes in candles and other scented products could manage something similar for 5. Also ordered some travel size shower gels, lip balms, lotions, and sanitizers to find that one bottle had leaked during shipping all over all the others. read more

I love Bath and Body Works, but this store probably has the friendliest staff ever! I was looking for a scent, Wild Madagascar Vanilla, which they said they no longer carry. The sales lady went to check the back just to see if they still had leftover items (and found them!). I knew it was a hassle finding and selling a customer an item that's no longer "for sale" in the system, and it took a while at the register too, but the cashier was very patient and did all the system overwrite just to sell me my item.
