A month after purchase one bush is now totally dead. I called the store to see if they guarantee their plants and was told a flat out no. The bush didn't even last a month! I will never go to that store again. Bad customer service and bad plants. If you cannot treat customers with respect and guarantee your product then you do not deserve my business. Instead she snapped at us and scolded us during the rest of the appointment over any changes we wanted made. The final products were so-so. For all of the stress working with her brought, it was definitely not worth it. I wish we would have either spent a little more money to go somewhere else with someone not so rude to her clients, or just made them ourselves and printed them at FedEx. Update: Per Kasey's comment below, a full refund was offered. Unfortunately that was not the case, otherwise we gladly would have taken it.
