I love this shop. It is my go-to for gifts, especially my last minute Christmas shopping. Completely agree with a previous reviewer (Sari Marissa G.). I was there last night, 4 days before Christmas. Crowded with people shopping, and multiple sales people on hand who asked me if they could assist, all cheerful. One young sales girl suggested Alex & Ani bracelets and I bought 3 for gifts. (THANK YOU!) My only complaint is she would not sell me the ones that she was wearing on her wrist. (Ha!) She was very helpful in spite of not having her own shopping done because she was working every day. One of the ladies at the counter who explained to me what each pendant on the bracelet meant looked incredibly sad. I wanted to give her a hug and tell her whatever it is, this too shall pass, but she was putting on a very stoic front to be professional, and I did not want to embarrass her. We don't know everyone's struggles so I will pray that she will work through this difficult time with what she is dealing with, and will ultimately find peace. Although I have never used the florist services, based on my total experience in the rest of the store, I am surprised at some of the bad reviews. I can only say I have not been disappointed here, but I also understand that sometimes a person can have a bad day, and one time does not make a trend; I would not give a bad a review as a result. Just want to end my review that the highlight of this store is the awesome wrapping. From serving and hostess wares, seasonal decor, garden goods, clothing ranging from casual tanks and tunics for cheap, to shirts with sayings, to beaded evening gowns for a bit more! Tons of purses and stationary options. Quirky gifts for him, her or new baby! Jewelry, dishes, a wall of just teas and flavored sugars! Yum! They have well known brands such as Brighton, Vera Bradley, Life Is Good, Lilly Pulitzer, Michael Aram, and more! I could go on and on but you must see for yourself! If I lived nearby this would be my go-to for special gifts! Definitely something unique for anyone of any age on your list! Every price range too! And they wrap beautifully and complimentary! I can see why Cromson Ridge upstairs location is closing! I've been there several times since the announcement. At 40%, then 50% off prices still too high. They have tons of merchandise left which should tell them something! Poor quality, high prices don't make a bargain. Outdated food and soaps that no longer smell. I ordered an arrangement today for my sister who will have major surgery tomorrow, on her birthday. Kip could not have been nicer or more helpful. Since I was calling from CA, he had suggestions for the arrangement, and helped me determine when would be the best time for delivery. As the hospital could not guarantee flowers could be accepted, we decided to deliver today and less than three hours later, she had a beautiful, fragrant arrangement that did much to lift her spirits. Recently my husband had two strokes and his company sent him a large red box with plants in it . They were not planted properly, the soil was moldy . Yeah... another year of disappointment from Crimson Ridge. Each year I purchase flowers for my mother and mother-n-law via Crimson Ridge's website. I always select the "premium" flower option and what they actually receive has less flowers than their cheapest option offered. It makes me nervous that if I selected the cheapest option that only 1 flower would arrive in a cheap plastic vase. Oh yeah, it might say "arrives in a glass vase" but don't worry... you'll receive a cheap plastic POS. Kip has always had a shady reputation. Avoid this place at all costs and go to a flower shop that still takes pride in what they do. read more

Called to inquire about ordering flowers for Mother's Day. The lady that answered said they only has blooming flowers and not full bloom. Really tried to push the blooming. Asked if the ones they showed on their website were unavailable, to which she said yes and again tried to push blooming. When I said I'd try somewhere else, the woman, with the most amount of sass I've ever heard from a customer service person, said "Good luck on that." and immediately hung up on me. If that's their idea of customer service, you can bet I'm never shopping here. read more

One of my favorite stores! Staff is attentive and knowledgable. Kip, the owner, regularly engages with the customers. He recognizes frequent customers and rewards customer loyalty. I ordered s prom corsage and boutonnière and at pick up when color or arrangement wasn't correct they fixed it immediately. Have never been disappointed with a purchase or the shopping experience in general. Great for unique gift ideas. One the best places around to get flower arrangmenst made. Prom, for the home, or funerals... they have it all. I love how you can pick an angel or something else in store and they will work that around a arrangement, makes it much more personalized. I always do this when someone passes so a loved one will have someting to keep after the flowers have been thrown out. The owner has always been very kind and welcoming whenever I see him. They have a great Brighton and Pandora jewelry selection, Plus purses, chocolates, socks, apparel, home decor etc. At Christmas time they have their annual snowflake earrings, necklace, and braclets that are always beautiful. For Mother's Day they always have special sets or baskets set up in different price arranges. They will gift wrap anything and everything! I received an arrangement today From their florist and was not only impressed by the smiling, friendly deliverer but the arrangement itself, which is absolutely gorgeous and fragrant. Every flower was in perfect condition and strategically placed. Whoever arranged it obviously takes pride in their work and it shows. They may be priced a bit higher than some other florists, but you get what you pay for. The sender of the arrangement was very impressed and said it was worth every penny, and also noted that because of the time frame it was ordered, the delivery was free. Been a long time customer of this store from everything from flowers to clothes and gifts. However my last visit in was awful. Ignoring the fact the store is over crowded and disorganized (impossible to keep 6 feet from other people if you are concerned about Covid-19) the staff was rude; and I was told wrapping my gift was a hassle by the owner Kip. I had purchased 3 masks (along with several other items) for my mom (my mom is a physician who goes through masks like crazy and CR carries a specific brand she likes), and asked if the three could be wrapped together (there was no one in line behind me; and 2 other cashiers working) and the cashier (who was very kind) said she had to ask Kip because they couldn't gift wrap non-refundable items (even though the lady next to me had chocolate candy suckers being wrapped) Kip replied something along the lines of I guess so but it's a hassle (I can't remember exact words but hassle really stood out), I was so embarrassed, if I hadn't paid already I probably would have walked out. I asked the cashier to just give me my items to go but she insisted on wrapping them for me. read more

I ordered flowers for my grandmothers funeral over the phone on 2-19-2016, was told by the rep that the cost was 360.00 instead of the price of 180.00 that was displayed on the website. I informed that rep that the selection for 360.00 was not being displayed on the website, she explained to me that the Crimson Ridge florist selections on the website was in partnership with one of the big brand florist websites online. At any rate I ordered the standing heart for 360.00 which was supposed to be " 21" inches. I asked for my receipt to be e-mailed to me, the rep informed me that she could fax the receipt, which immediately sent red flags, its 2016 who sends fax receipts? I informed the rep that I did not have access to a fax machine and asked for my receipt to be emailed, she agreed. Fast forward the next day to the day of the funeral, I was not happy one bit when I saw the arrangement. The flowers looked horrible and most certainly looked like a 18 inch standing heart spray instead of the 21 that I paid for. The flowers looked like someone had just smashed them in the arrangement and also the flowers did not look fresh. Being that this was " Crimson Ridge" I expected more. Fast forward to the following Monday, I checked my bank account and see that I was charged 380.00 instead of 360.00, then I check my email and notice that my receipt had not been received yet. I immediately called Crimson Ridge, the rep informed me that they do not email receipts, I informed her that the rep that I spoke with previously said my receipt would be emailed to me, in addition I brought up the 20 extra dollars I was charged, the rep mentioned taxes. I informed rep that when I placed the order the rep said 360.00 total, when someone says " total" you automatically assume that taxes have been totaled in, if that was not the case the rep should have said 360.00 plus tax. So I requested a refund and was told that I would have to speak to accounting. I accounted gave me the same run around about taxes and I gave him my spill about what the word "total" means to me. Then I went back to my receipt , he informed me about faxing again, I Informed him about being promised an email receipt, so he tried to compromise by asking if he could text me the receipt. Who wants a receipt via text unless there is a link for a pdf file containing the receipt ? Not me. So he promised to mail it. Well as of the 9th th of March my receipt was still not in the mail, I called again, the rep asked "do I know how long mail takes to be delivered" I informed her "the receipt was being mailed to Rockford, IL not someplace like Atlanta, GA it shouldn't take a week". So I ended up having to go out to the store to get my receipt, when I get my receipt I notice my email address is on the receipt but not my address , so I say to myself I guess they never mailed the receipt, in addition as of yesterday I still have not received my receipt in the mail. On a side not the store looked really nice, however I had to contain myself from spending money in there because I did not like my experience with Crimson Ridge one bit. read more

Will not buy flowers here again. Twice I have ordered flowers from here and was disappointed. This last time was for a shower and they had been pre-ordered. We sent my daughter's boyfriend to pick them up,he didn't look at them, just paid and left. They were wilted and couldn't even stand up in the vase. I couldn't believe they actually gave them to a customer. We didn't have time to go back and they were so bad no one was interested in taking them so they went into the garbage 4 hours after being bought. Not cheap either. $28 for 8 flowers. Sent an email to Crimson Ridge and the response was for me to call and speak to Kip. Really! How about if you call the unhappy customer back?!! I have always found something wonderful here, and I shop there quite often for gifts and for myself for jewelry. The staff is not pushy, and is willing to just show you the merchandise, even when you say you are just looking. The owner is friendly and goes out of his way to do something special for your purchase, even if it is a small one. They wrap every purchase beautifully, regardless of the cost. I have never tried to return something, but when I bought some pictures downstairs in the floral department, I was told two times that if they did not work, I could always bring them back. As for returning a gift without a receipt, who does that? I certainly wouldn't expect a place to take things back without a receipt. read more

I went here to get a gift and was urged to look at sale items. I found a sale item, waited 10 min in line while the sales clerk painstakingly did a beautiful wrapping job for another customer. After I paid for my item, I asked to have it wrapped and was told they have a policy of not wrapping sale items. I offered to pay for them to wrap it (there was no line behind me) and they refused. Despite this being in the fine print near the sale items, it left a bad taste in my mouth. This is simply poor business. read more
