The customer service is always top notch the staff is always available to help and whenever I was lookin for a particular lotion that may not be on the shelf 9 times out of 10 they will have it in the back. I love how they are well stocked. The store is a really nice size for being in a mall it's definitely much bigger than the Citrus Heights location which is a stand alone store at that. Even though it was busy in the store, Lexi and Cameron provided exceptional service. Lexi helped my partner and I pick out soaps that reflected our personal preferences. Shopped the sale today at bath and body works. I've been a customer of this company for years. This location has been my favorite for many of those years (I moved to the area in 1996) because the people who work here seem to enjoy life. It is unusual to find a non smiling face and eager to help staff at this place. It helps that my friends and a I enjoy their products and I come back when they have their sales for the product types I use. They carefully wrap breakable items and check to see if you'll be using your rewards. Had fun shopping for candles today. Left with candles, body creams, soap and hand sanitizer too. Used 3 of the 4 deal options I had in the app and saved a bunch for me and two friends for whom I was getting things. read more

I love that I found a Bath and Bodyworks store that I really enjoy shopping at! This is not my usual go to store, but this was such a great experience that it's an easy stop for me! The store is located in Roseville in the Barnes & Noble/Nordstrom shopping center. So it's pretty easy to find, and there's plenty of free parking. I was immediately greeted by a very cheerful woman who offered her help if I needed it. She graciously pointed out some sales and specials that they have going on which I really appreciated. I love the fact that she showed me a couple of new items that I wasn't familiar with, and when I asked if she had any favorites, she immediately responded, which showed me that she was being honest. This location seems to always be busy from what I gathered from some of the other people shopping in the store. But nonetheless, it's nice shopping with a bunch of happy shoppers! Some of the new holiday 2025 items are just spectacular. This is the best I've seen in several years! Great Customer Service! Items that are on special/sale, and great fragrances! I was told there would be a message in the 3 wick candle. I burned this 5 nights in a row since I purchased this Mulan 3 wick since Feb. 18. I'm so disappointed . Where is the message??? A little over a month ago, I specifically went to this location in search of a candle that is my favorite - Watermelon Lemonade. Before I asked anyone, I went in search for it around the store, with no luck. I figured I was a little early in the game for a spring/summer scent. I did ask a female employee if they had and I maybe missed it, since I did see other watermelon lemonade products in the store, such as the concentrated spray and a mini hand sanitizer. She said they do not currently have and did not know when they would be getting in that scent in the candles. She said check back in a month or so when we start getting in spring scents. Flash forward to today, about 5 weeks later. I was in that area of Roseville today and figured I would check to see if that scent of candles may have come in yet. If I recall, last year at this time my husband purchased some candles in the watermelon lemonade for Valentine's Day. Anyway, I walked into the store and was not greeted (not usually the norm at this store) they were kinda busy so I did a search around the store. The entire time I was in the store, no one asked me if I needed help. I searched through all the candles, no luck. I did find a concentrated spray and mini hand sanitizer in the scent and while I was checking out at the register, I asked the cashier about the candles and when they may be getting in. She did not know? She said maybe when they get in the spring/summer scents...which is what I saw NOW on shelves! So you mean to tell me no one knows the answer to my question? This is my favorite BBW location. I get all of my amazing smellies here. Over the holidays, I was able to stock up on a bunch of great things and have a pretty intense collection going. I'm a huge fan of the wall flowers, room sprays and of course, the candles! I've got enough body mists, soaps and lotions to last a century. This is a great location is you're wanting to beat the traffic at the mall. Easy parking. Staff is super friendly. The manager Sheena is super knowledgeable and so very friendly. I asked a young girl working the front who looked at me, sighed and said ' oh no honey we haven't had that candle in a month' and rolled her eyes at me. A lady with long curly black hair helped me on 07/07. She seemed to be looking at me weirdly but I just moved on because everyone has off days at work. I wanted to buy two wallflowers and three car scents. On 07/08 I went in because I noticed that not only had she given me a wallflower scent that I didn't want, she had charged me for that one and the one that I DID want. But I never received the one I actually wanted. I was able to do an exchange and got the scent I wanted but I was told that since it had been more than 24 hours they couldn't offer me a refund for the double charged one, and I had to call customer service. I spent an hour on the line with customer service just to get a $4 refund. They need better customer service because it's absolutely ridiculous the hoops I had to jump through, and how does someone even mess up like that?? I declined verbally and also opted to skip the option when I was prompted on the credit card reader. She again she asked if I wanted the future $10 off. I again said no thanks. When I walked away after paying, the gal next to her LOUDLY went on to say: ' if she doesn't want the $10 discount, then that's her choice'. A customer shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable to the point of being harassed once they are walking out of the store if they choose not to set up an account. I love B&BW! I love them because every woman loves their lotions, soaps, candles, and perfumes. Uhh, sorry gents, you guys love them too! They have some really good skincare products for the guys too. I love coming here during Xmas and Teacher Appreciation or any other times when I have to buy a bulk of random gifts to give. I love their 2-1 sales and their soaps are a HIT amongst co workers. Lotions are always well received as well. This store can be quite busy but the associates are always helpful and friendIy, which makes the time go quickly. I am on the mailing list to receive coupons and on my last visit, I forgot my coupon for 20% off my purchase. I pulled up a RetailMeNot coupon and they told me I need to have the physical coupon. Ugh! So I purchased my items and I had to come back with the coupon just so I can get my discount. Would've been nice if they could've honored my word like Kohl's but not the case here. okay guys so this store is the reason i should not be allowed to be left unsupervised. like first off you walk in and bam they ask you "hey how are you doing? what brings you in today? are you looking for anything?" and like, i always forget when people ask me that, so that's why your associates probably feel weird when i say "no thanks not today." the displays here are really good and organized like you can tell people work really hard on them and don't get distracted to go smell the candles or eat a big mac or something. like clearly they know what they're doing. everything is sorted by smell or series or whatever they're called, too...so thats really cool. dude. dude there are so many smells here. and like they're all so good. the christmas smells were holiday-y and festive-y. so that was cool. the best part of the smelling experience is the trier outer thingies they have for each smell. dude. i am greased with lotion by the time im done. one time i accidentally snorted the aromatherapy relax body wash. so it wasnt relaxing...BUT...that was my bad for squeezing the bottle like mayo. i think my favorite smell there is the mad at you, but dude pretty peach and sweat pee smell so good -- i get them for my mom. the bourbon one smells like my cousin ivan in a weird kinda uncanny way like they powerwashed him out back and used his water to make it. would definitely recommend it for the dude in your life or really anyone who wants to smell like bourbon. like how can you say no to that? this store rocks my socks. the staff is always super friendly and like i'll ask them where the sink is. even the sink is great. i always end up putting like twenty lotion try ons on my hands and one time, they got so slippery i accidentally dropped one of those plug in scent juice thingies. it didn't break but since i tried to catch it i accidentally wiped out the display. so thats why i always use the sink which is cool cuz i get to use the squirty soap. you guys are like thomas edison inventing all this cool way to wash yourselves. i walk out smelling like a stew of everything and its awesome because i have the power to make people around me sneeze. cool place. definitely going to try to go here more often. sorry for running in the store so often. i get excited for the new sniffs. read more

I wanted to check out the Beach line that I my friend purchased that I liked. Came in this morning around 10:30 and was greeted by a lovely young lady named Dominique. She told me about their sales, promotions and new products while also helping other customers. She was so great. She even came over to check on me to answer any questions I had. True customer service is such a rarity these days especially from the younger generation and she had it in spades. I can't get enough of the wallflowers scents and 3 wick candles especially the sweet scents they carry during Fall/Winter seasons. My favorites to name a couple are the wallflower scent, pumpkin pecan waffles and the pumpkin peanut brittle 3 wick candle scent which fills our home with the delicious smells of a sweet bakery, such a warm welcoming smell for us and guests who enter our home. These scents usually go out on the shelves or online around early to mid Fall. They also have other wonderful wallflowers scents but those are the two that come to mind. I don't usually buy their lotions or hand soaps here but they do offer those as well. Customer service at this location has always been great. They are friendly, super helpful and efficient with providing enough staff. I haven't seen the semi annual sale on the wallflowers this year but in the past it's always occurred around July and Winter. Translation: That means the wallflowers go down to about half their original price! $2.95 each! Now that's a steal and a great bargain. Also, you can also sign up for their mailing coupons that can usually be added to their existing sale! What?? That's right, you heard it from me. I am a loyal fan of Bath and Body Works and will continue to shop at this specific location. read more

Had to stop in and get my weekly dose of fragrances tonight. I am always greeted here with amazing customer service and friendly faces. One Manager that sticks out to me the most is Marshall ! He is so kind and caring. Always goes above and beyond for customers including myself. During holiday season he helped me hunt down a candle holder and waited an extremely long wait time on hold with the main reps. The fact he did all that and I was being a brat that day (had a long day at work) and he didn't have to help me, but he did and always does! Always very knowledgeable about new scents and helps me find exactly what I'm looking for as well as making sure he pays attention to each and every person that walks through that door. It was the semi annual sale and this is a new Roseville visit. I really look for anywhere to go besides the Natomas locations which is a Mad Hatter of a parking lot anxiety trap. I go for the wallflowers. You would think that the fall and winter fragrances would be on the discount. But I found that the discount was on the summer fragrances. I'm still in the winter Apple Pumpkin Marshmallow Fireside mode and not ready for Tiki Sand Beach. I was very disappointed at the limited house spray that they had all tailored for men smell. Every Bath & Body Works I go to has a different inventory. I find it quite interesting. read more

Came here for candle day and you can guess how crazy it is. However, they were very organized. There was a line to get in and I honestly didn't mind it. They had someone letting in people in at a few times whenever someone leaves the store. All cashiers were being utilized which was awesome. It made the lines go by very fast which made the line outside go by fast as well. All the staffs were very friendly. Busy buzzing around and helping customers with a positive attitude. I liked how they were constantly stocking the baskets by the door for incoming customers. They had enough candles to last the days I think. I got all the candles I wanted when I thought for sure I wouldn't because I went at a later time. Parking was crowded which is to be expected at this time of year with this weather and with candle day. I didn't mind parking a little far away even though weather was rainy and windy. All in all, this beats the crowd you'd have to deal with at the mall if you had to choose between this one and the mall (right across the street). read more

I have been a customer since 1990 and have never had such a bad experience. My mother in law received gifts from her sister that was apparently purchased during the semi annual sale, well by the time we returned to the store to swap out the ones she didn't like the sale was over and the store says they no longer exchange item for item. She wasn't asking for money back at all just to swap a body spray for spray but they refused. It's ridiculous they absolutely could have because I myself made an exchange item for item not even two week prior. The male assistant manager completely avoided us , instead of speaking with us and explaining he literally stormed off with attitude and went in the back room abandoning his associate who was struggling to explain. The sign behind the register still says " anytime for any reason no matter" so I truly believe it's just this store. I believe the associates in this store are to fast to dismiss and want to say NO. Instead of just getting the customer in and out happy as fast as possible. It's not your personal property, everyone knows it's built into the prices anyway. I will be calling corporate for sure. During this time with Covid going on it makes my heart full to see happy employees who are just enjoying doing what they do! I got to go to BBW this week and this was the first week they were open since the stay at home order. The line was long but moved quickly. They were efficient with handing out bags at the door. The shopping experience was a breeze. Everything was organized and clean. (Great job!) and then when I got to check out I decided to use my VS card to purchase. I recently had done a name change so they had to call to get authorization for my card. David, helped me at the register and called. While they were giving him the run around on the phone, David was so polite and talking with me. Even though we had to wait awhile for authorization, David kept such a positive attitude and was literally amazing. I have never had such great customer service. Rushed, short, impatient, and so rude. I have never had a poor experience here and my mom goes here regularly. There is something about this store. The smell permeates out the doors and juat draws you in. I always get my scents here as i know they will be the right ones. I have boughten the one at the stores and then when i need refills forget what brand and pick the wrong one and they smell chemically. I enjoy the staff as they are inviting and willing to help.
