There are so knowledgeable in the product and so forth I picked up my sleep, vanilla and lavender spray it is wonderful. I just sprayed it on my pillow at night before I go to sleep and it's just a wonderful fragrance and of course, all their products are wonderful. I love their soaps their lotions which I use all the time which is Japanese cherry blossom? I have used that for years so if you haven't been to Bath and Bodyworks, I suggest you go.
