I'm not a huge fan of perfumes, body sprays, lotions, etc., but there is something about Bath & Body Works that sucks me in every time - especially when they play into the holidays! My mom and I stopped in last week to check out their Halloween and Villains items. While they were loaded with Fall and Halloween items, they did not have the Villains collection out yet - the friendly employee at the check out register told us that it will be available the beginning of September in store! They now offer hand sanitizer with moisturizer in it so I stocked up on their 6 for $10 deal with cold and flu season on the way! I also picked up 2 single wick candles - Sweater Weather and Football Season. They both smelled clean and got me super excited for Fall! They offer Immortal now which I believe is the male version of the seasonal Vampire Blood as well as new deodorants - they were $13, but I bought a Fresh Coconut and Cotton scent that I am currently wearing and loving! They also offered Lavender, and Cucumber Melon plus a few other scents. I think that Bath & Body Works is a great place for gift ideas and there is always something new to smell and try out. We use nothing, but their soaps and there is always a candle burning in our home! Staff is always friendly and helpful at this Arden Fair Mall location. Check them out! read more

I didn't catch their name, but on Saturday, June 13 around mid-afternoon there was an employee with glasses, dark red dyed hair above their shoulders, and tattoos on their forearm. They seemed in their 20s (MAYBE early 30s if they're blessed with looking young forever). They approached me and asked what I was looking for as usual and then proceeded to show me all the perfumes they like and think would go with my vibe. They taught me all about how the perfumes show different scents prominently depending on your PH level. they were so happy to show me everything and they made my whole day. I was talking about it the rest of the time we were at Arden Faire. I had an awful week and have been dealing with depression so this experience made my whole week. I placed an online order this morning to pick up at the store, I kept waiting for an email or text with an order number but it never came. I checked my bank account and the payment was pending so I assumed they got my order. this evening I called the store to get the status of my order and the gal said they never got my order, she said they had a glitch in their website/app today and orders weren't going through or going to a wrong place. The gal gave me the number to customer service which I called, the guy I talked to barely spoke English, I could barely understand what he was saying but he was able to check for an order which of course he couldn't find since it was still in my cart. I figured out he told me since they have no record of me placing an order they couldn't refund me the amount that was taken from my card, even though I have a screen shot of my bank transaction. I was informed if the bank couldn't refund the amount then I was out of luck they couldn't do nothing and I would be out the money with no products to show for the money. I can't call until morning. It would seem like if I could prove they took the money, which I do have proof, and they have no record of an order they could do something but oh no it's all on me to get my money back from my bank and if I can't oh well too bad nothing they can do I'm just out the money. This will be my last time I order and will never step foot inside another Bath and Body Works as long as I live. It's horrible there is no customer service. read more

We've stopped into this location many times. The latest was during their semi annual sale. With the sale going on the store was pretty busy and they had different pricing listed everywhere. The experience we've had at this location is pretty consistent and our favorite time of the year is summer when they tend to have more of their fruity scents. They always have deals going on and especially during the semi annual sale you can find some deals. We found that some of the items were a bit mixed up from the sale price and regular price areas, but the cashiers were happy to check as we were finalizing our purchase. I took the time to download this app and create an account just to leave a review because I am that impressed with the service I received from Jay today. Because I did an online order and was uncertain about some of the candle scents I selected I came in before my order had been fulfilled to confirm my choices. Jay asked if I had questions or needed help with anything while I wandered. After telling him that I was hanging out for my online order to become ready, he insisted that he would check on the order and prepare it if it hadn't been fulfilled yet. After assuring me it wouldn't take long he got my order ready in just a few minutes as promised. Before leaving I did a double check to make sure everything was correct and that I liked all the scents I chose. I ended up changing two of the candles for something different and purchased an additional candle. Throughout the entire experience, Jay was extremely patient and kind with me while still servicing other customers. He is a true gem! Another fantastic experience at this bath & body works! My sister and I were in last night for their annual candle sale and we were so surprised to see the line moving quickly and the variety of scents they still had available. We were in the store after waiting less than 10 mins in line. I was shocked, considering I know someone that stood in line at Delta shores for 4 hours!! Any who, the associates were very nice and accommodating. I couldn't find specific scents and a sweet gal helped me and even grabbed them for me as I waited. I didn't get her name, but honestly all the associates were cheerful! The checkout process was quick and easy too! We walked right up and we're scanning candles on the spot. They didn't give us problems about separating transactions either. The store is limiting the amount of people in due to Covid-19 restrictions, which is safe and also reasonable for the line out the door. They also have candles spread through out the store and markers for standing in line. They are following restrictions to the best of their ability! We were in and out of the store with 24 candles in less than 40 mins (tbh, most of the time was debating what scents we wanted hahahahaa)! Can't beat that when other stores had people waiting just to get into the store for over 40 mins! read more

Pretty good deals if you're signed up via email notifications I just didn't like some of the scents of hand soap I wanted weren't in stock or available in the store closest to me. Staff were helpful they even let me swap out ones that didn't smell good to me which thankfully I did because at least two of the ten I purchased didn't smell appealing to my nose. Though random thought why do stores take out seasonal products and bring them back at random times like if a customer is requesting an item that's in the back from a different season why not just go search for it and if it can't be found that's that. I came in today again. I had to exchange the Eucalyptus hand washes because my mother couldnt handle it. To me though, it smelled really good. But since I share the sinks with my Mom, we need to be in harmony with certain things. We both agreed that the Twisted Peppermint hand washes is a favorite. I went in to exchange my three Eucalyptus hand washes. Mind you that the Twisted Peppermint handwashes are 50 cents more each. I thought I was going to pay something. Which was not a problem. I love love love the peppermint handwashes. The cashier made the exchange transaction and told me that there was an even exchange and that I didnt have to pay the over price. I was like COOL! I didnt know that! They were cool about it. I couldnt find my receipt from home and she was a trooper making the exchange. I went home happy with my twisted peppermint handwashes. By the way....they are running out of that. Three weeks ago, there was TONS (rows and rows and rows) of the Twisted Peppermint Hand Washes. Today...I saw only 9 on the shelves. Geesh!!!!!!! I needed to purchase a gift for a friend who really enjoyed the Bath & Body Works "Vanilla" scents and I also had a gift certificate. They were having their buy 3 get 3 promo which wasn't a bad deal. I purchased four vanilla items for my friend and 2 Japanese Cherry Blossom items for me. I am a big fan of this fragrance because it doesn't smell extremely overwhelming and their products are decent. They also have a large assortment of home fragrances such as candles, oils and plug-in scents. The customer service here is pretty good and customers are usually greeted by a sales associate the moment you walk in. I am also a huge fan of their antibacterial gels. My mom and I enjoy shopping here for our favorite scents. I usually enjoy their candles and seasonal scents. I love the Vanilla Bean Noel at Christmas time! It is similar to Warm Vanilla Sugar but is slightly sweeter. The staff here is very friendly but sometimes they can be TOO friendly. I enjoy just browsing and shopping by myself but this is sometimes hard to do here because the staff is all up in your grill telling you what their favorite scents are or trying to hand you a shopping bag or telling you about the sales going on. I only want to hear about the sales! This is my fave BandBW location because it's large and have everything you're looking for. Their candle section is my favorite! read more

First customer of the day and the three associates in the store couldn't be more hostile and aggressive in asserting their "Managerial Duties"--despite not all of them being managers-- by reinforcing expiration dates on coupons(which haven't expired yet btw), and price points on items that DO NOT qualify under the free item. Wow! I would THINK with having sales goals, ADRs, and conversion numbers to meet you'd be a LITTLE MORE pleasant with your first customer--and on a Monday morning no less. I have an idea. If you DON'T WANT TO WORK, then stay home because there are hundreds of people who would appreciate having a job, and would be pleasant and thankful for it. And if you think I didn't pick up on your more-than-obvious "loss prevention tactics", you're sorely mistaken. Monitoring someone without customer servicing them, simply because of the size of their bag, is a big NO NO. Perhaps if you did your jobs correctly, and were more customer friendly, you wouldn't have to follow me around the store to see if I would "sneak something in my bag." Was passing by the store when I spotted they were having a sell going on. When I walked in, I was greeted by Bryson. He was energetic and uplifting. Was very attentive and enhanced my shopping experience. The only down side to this visit was the store sink was not working and I just had to walk to the front of the store just to get a paper towel to wipe the soap off my hand from a leaky soap bottle. I love Bath and Body works but on this trip I wasn't really feeling it. They separated the store into two different sections. One side of the store had the lotions and shower gels. The other side of the store was candles and wallflower fragrances. Usually I don't mind, but since bath and body has a lot of new fragrances out they should at least have some of the testers in the store. When I went in there on Friday they only had two or three of the new scents. Whereas online they have over ten. I'm glad to see that they have the new scents in smaller sizes. Sizes that wont take up too much space inside of my purse. I believe that the it was a 3 fl.oz bottle. This is the only time that I have walked in and didn't buy anything. I am no stranger to Bath and Body and I found this location to be the sloppiest one yet. I was not impressed because there were a lot of misplaced items and they didn't have all their stock out on the floor. I had to keep bothering the staff for specific products I wanted. Another reason I was not impressed was there was a bit of a wait at the register with 1 cashier. Maybe this is an indication that this location is popular and they can't keep up with demand. Location is small and crowded. I was interrogated by the clerk with a lisp (didn't get her name) about my service dog, as she insinuated he was not real. Asking me why isn't he on the floor, saying she doesn't even allow service dogs on her floor, how much he weighs and telling my mother and I how she watches tv programs on service dogs and thinks it's so sad how people fake them. She asked invasive questions above and beyond what is legally allowed: is it a service dog? What duties does the dog perform? I understand it can be confusing for people at first glance but disabilities aren't always shown by a person in need of a service dog. Bath and Body Works should educate their staff of laws and discrimination against the disabled before she harasses another person about the same topic. read more

This place is amazing because they have wonderful scents. However, I was kind of irritated one day when I came in. I just discovered the scent "island margarita" from my friend who had the car fragrance. I came in with her and asked the lady at the front if they had anything with island margarita. She pointed to the candle wall and said they only have candles that have island margarita. Disappointed, I was about to leave the store because I wanted a car fragrance or hand sanitizer. Instead I decided to browse and see if there were any other scents I would like where they had the car fragrance scents...... And what do you know? BAM. My go to for my signature scent, Jasmine Vanilla. They always, invariably, have a sale that is great for the various types of the scent. I am always really happy when they get the lotion for $5 a pop YES MA'AM!! The Arden Arcade site is always crowded but the staff are so friendly that it makes the visit is a must when I got to the Coach store. I cannot not go this mall and to visit this site. Even tho it is crowded I love the customer service so much that I brave the lines and I am never upset that it takes such a while to get checked out. I went to their store to purchase candles and hand sanitizers. After grabbing about 75.00 worth of fragrances, I walked to the sanitizers and notice the one I liked wasn't anywhere. I walked to the counter where Diane was standing and asked her if the "Candy Apple" one was available. She proceeded to tell me she'll be with right me and shunned me off. Then the lady next to her said to me "That's seasonal only" both were rude with their responses. I almost put everything back. I walked away to the employee near the door to ring me up instead.
