Ordered online at 5 am to catch the last day of their sale before they ran out! Paid online and went to work waiting for the text to let me know my order was ready for pickup . After work I hadn't gotten a notice so tried to call to find out the status but was unable to. I had an appointment in town so figured I'd go by after to check. The store was busy as usual but I was directed to the front to check on my order. Courtney helped me and was extremely patient and apologizing for the delay. My order said "staged" but she was unable to find it. Another associate told her to just gather the items. I offered to help which Courtney appreciated so we both went to find my items which after some searching we finally found them all about 20 in all. Customer service pretty poor. I barely saw anyone on the sales floor when I walked in no voice greeting .... I was picking up a few hands soaps and came across one associate, but it was an awkward encounter with her. And then minutes later, while she was having another customer, she had asked me if I wanted a bag and I told her no politely and said thank you. And as I proceed to go purchase the hand soaps, there were two associate standing behind the Cashier counter and didn't acknowledge that I was ready. So when I walked up to the counter, that's when she then told me that she's waiting for a customer and that she will help me after. So I quietly walked away and put all of the hand soaps back where I had grabbed them and just walked out of the store. The vibe was definitely awkward in that store. Okay, my wife made me come with her. Too bad it is too early for me to go to IMBIB Brewery... Quality/Quantity - Good. Atmosphere - Place is very clean and organized. I like that most, if not all of their products, have a tester so you can try/smell them before purchasing. I also like the sinks for people to wash their hands in between trying each product. Fully stocked. Plenty of parking at the mall. Service - Great customer service. They have a lot of employees here, and a good customer service program. Heavy products (10 bottles of 8oz lotions and a soap bar) all in one bag and sales refused to separate them into two bags for me to easy to carry, the little framed sales lady told me that one purchase can only get one bag and told me to purchase a gift bag to separate it if I want. I can't believe how cheap they are. They refused to spare a paper bag to their customer or can simply charge 50 cents for a bag, I would purchase it. I wonder if the workers are saving all their bags to resell them or something. Terrible experience and I had to use my other hand to hold the bottom of the paper bag afraid it could break at the bottom due to all the weight. This is a stupid store that upsets their customers. I don't want all my lotions dropped on the floor and splashing everywhere. Luckily, this happened today, if it was yesterday where rain took place and of course the paper bag will break, it cannot hold with all the heavy weight and rain. This is how they treat their customer who bought from them. Beware and bring your own bag if you plan to buy a lot. read more

Another place we went too while at legends today. My youngest daughter and I went and used a couple of coupons that were going to expire soon my youngest grandbaby is so into hand sanitizer that he turned into an octopus, so as we would take some away from him and put them back in their respective bins, he'd have several more in his other hand. It was funny! We had a great day and got things that I was about to run out of. The selection isn't quite as good as at Meadowood, because they have a smaller space and have to have the candles and everything else in one place, but they make good use of the space that they have. It's not very often I go to Bath & Body Works but today I have to say as someone that has YEARS of retail experience they went above and beyond. I had a gift card that I have literally had for a few years. For some reason it was showing it had been redeemed. I personally had not used it but after the manager took the time to make a phone call she was able to get some information on it. While it still showed it had been redeemed (not sure by who because it wasn't me) she was not able to honor the gift card but did offer a 25% discount on my purchase. They did not have to do that but I totally appreciated it plus the time she took to get it figured out!! Kudos to see such great customer service!! read more

I am kind of obsessed with the candles. They had a smoking deal on the candles and my daughter had a coupon that also got us $10 off. So the big candles that are 14.5 oz came out to be about $9.00 each and that is with taxes. That's a great deal. We walked in the store and were greeted right away by a very sweet voice. She asked if she could help us. We smelled them all and then settled on the ones we wanted. I love the quality of the products here and super kind and friendly staff make me want to come back. I had never shopped the stores at Legends and when I saw a Bath and Body works I was so excited! They have a line out front to keep social distancing. They had nice displays and great deals. The staff was very helpful when I was looking for a specific scent and they helped me pick out items to get the best deal. I enjoy shopping at the outlets because they have the best deals. I had the chance to check this place out on the last day of our quarantine vacation. It's conveniently located in the outlets which was a walking distance from our place. I was so happy to see that they had a good selection of hand sanitizers which is pretty impossible to find near my place. They have all the social distancing measures in place, but I didn't see very many people observing the rules. I didn't care though. Lol. I was just happy I found my hand sanitizers even though they were regular price. When I paid I was trying to use a couple of my rewards but was told they don't use rewards at this location. I thought that was a little odd but gave them a pass anyways thinking maybe their rules are different since this is an "outlet" location. After I finish paying the cashier asks for my number. I said why? She says it's so they can give me my points and send me coupons. Wtf? I thought they don't participate in the rewards program? I swear! Make up your minds!!!! read more

I just want to start off stating that the staff at Bath & Body Works are extremely friendly and helpful! They were quick to ask us if we needed any help and they answered all of our questions. The store itself was pretty well stocked except for the clearance shelves. They still have quite a bit of holiday candles and scents in store and they're on sale for a pretty decent deal! I took advantage of their buy 3 get 3 free deal. At the time it seemed like a deal but then you realize they charge $15 for a body mist that is really probably only worth $5. The scents are decent enough but you're really paying for the pretty packaging, and it is pretty! If you don't mind paying a little extra for soap and body lotion then this place may be for you. It may be a while until I visit again, but they sure do have a lot of neat stuff! I've attached a photo of some of the items I purchased. read more

Five stars all around. 4 for the products and stepped up to a solid 5 because of the helpful, friendly and well spirited staff. I have only had top notch service with high spirits and enthusiasm explaining new scents and options - especially with multiple coupons and how to maximize our savings. The wifey and I were on a mission to buy some of the holiday scent hand soaps before they sold out. Every year they come out in early Nov and are sold out well before Christmas. The staff helped us immediately and continued to offer tips and additional scents as we shopped. The cashier used our reusable bag without complaint - some places have been surprised by the use of reusable bags / totes lately - and carefully wrapped our wallflower glass refills which, if broken, would have caused not only a mess but a strong smell to go along with the mess. The purchases are always rewarded with more coupons also! That's what I call a bonus! read more

This is my favorite Bath and Boy Works location in the area. Of course, I love the Legends shopping center and while this is not an outlet location like some of the other shops, it is a great shop and I prefer the layout and staff to that at the location in the mall, for example. It's always easy to spend time here and even easier to walk out having mad a purchase. The home fragrance products are my kryptonite and the kids love smelling all the different candle scents. read more

I am a huge bath and body works Fan. I love all of their products but I recently went in and the lady that was checking me out was really nice. There was another worker who was very rude. Her name was EMILY. I was trying to find a coupon in my emails and Emily was standing near me and she starts making smart remarks through her ear piece. She was just rude all around. Bath & Body Works has it figure out - the retail experience for lotions, aromatic body sprays, and all around good scents has never been better than what you can find here. Service is phenomenal and starts with someone greeting you right when you walk in the front door, and continues on as you walk through the shop from one station to the next, navigating amongst a large variety of topical scent solutions, including lotions, body wash gels, body sprays, and the like. The shop also carries a men's line of perfumes and lotions, so guys shouldn't be embarrassed to browse through the back right of the shop, where the men's line of products are carried. The scent labeled 'Ocean' is actually a pretty good-smelling cologne, and would rival some of the more expensive $70-80 bottles of brand-name cologne, at only $30 per item. Always clean, organized, and professionally-serviced, Bath and Body Works is always worth a visit in my book when I'm out with a female. I probably still wouldn't go in there on my own, but when I do go in, I'm never embarrassed to browse around myself. read more

I LOVE this location!! Everyone in here is super nice and NO HARD SELL of products! Some BBW stores, you have to beat them off with a bat, they are always trying to upsell you. The inside of the store is well laid out and prettily done up. Tons of products near the front are usually on special and you can try out most anything. I always score great deals here! read more

Last fall we purchased 10 soaps in the store and 20 online (I'm a Costco bulk buyer) so, I decided that I would need to purchase the soap holders. Little did I know that they would be changing the shape of them, so I asked an associate last time I was here 4 or 5 months ago if I could change them out. She said sure, but I do not live near this location so I had to wait a little while. I went to legends to the vans store today in the morning, and before I leave I decided to go to bath and body's . I am in love with this store . It's such an amazing little place . Not only are they always organized and clean but right when you walk in someone is there greeting you and telling you about the special sales and new items that they got in. Terrible customer service. The only reason I gave one star is because I like their products. I walked around the entire store and not one employee asked me if I needed assistance. This was after spending about 10 mins in he store looking and trying to decide what to buy. I ended up walking out of the store disappointed. The girl that was standing at the front of the store didn't even acknowledge me as I walked out. This was first and only bad experience that I had with BBW so i'm not sure if it's just this location but it was disappointing since it's the holidays.
