9.29.25: This review is about online ordering/in-store pick-up. I got the email on Sunday about the 1-day sale on the new Milk Bar Birthday Cake body cream for a steal of $4.95 and couldn't pass it up. Because I wanted to take it with me for my upcoming vacay this week, I opted to try the in-store pick-up. I also ordered the matching body mist and placed the order Sunday night. Monday afternoon I received the email my order was ready for pick-up. When I got to the store, I was greeted, and I proceeded to the purchase counter, gave them my ID and let them know I placed an online order. She quickly retrieved my items and I was all done in less than 5 minutes. Overall, my first experience with online ordering and in-store pick-up was a success and see myself doing it more often to save on shipping, especially if I need to go to town anyways. read more

I love that all the associates are exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable about products in the store: their location ( since their is so much packed in the shop, it can be easy to miss what you are specifically looking for,) and their personable attitudes make a huge difference. The managers are easy to spot, as they are flawless when it comes to knowing their customer's every need and knowing where to be and when. I feel treated with bespoke care when I shop here. Bethany Gall runs a remarked staff & store and the atmosphere is always that of a high energy, magical get-away! Went to Bath and Body works Spokane Valley Mall 12/29/2020. Arrived 10 minutes before the store opened and got in the line the store designated as the line to get in. (As the new Covid restrictions limit the number of people to come in). Numerous people ( 8-10 people) lined up in another area after us NOT designated for bath and body works. Instead of making those lined up in the wrong place go to the back of the designated line they let them in before those of us who had lined up earlier. We were then not allowed in and were told we would have to wait to get in. Tried to complain to the non responsive employee playing favorites. We were told we had to wait in the designated area until the store was vacated by the line cutters. (That's my best word I can use) PLAY BY YOUR OWN RULES! We shop at this store often. I support local stores but in this case shopping on line or other stores will be for us until management gets things under control. C19 rules I've been in place a long time now. There is no excuse for poor store/customer management at this time. I would love to hear from management. I Doubt I will. read more
