On Christmas Eve around 5:00 PM, my mom and I had a very unpleasant experience at this Five Below…read morelocation involving two employees, Zanaya and Amaya. While we were shopping, Zanaya pushed items directly in front of us while we were still shopping and yelled "excuse me" in a rude and aggressive manner instead of politely asking us to move or waiting until we finished looking at the items. Shortly after, Amaya approached us asking what happened, but instead of listening or addressing the situation, she brushed us off and told us "the store closes at 6, we are shutting down", even though it was only 5:12 PM at the time. After that, Amaya rolled her eyes and made negative comments toward me and my mom when we were walking out of the store, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. The entire interaction felt dismissive, hostile, and unnecessary. This was a very upsetting experience, especially on Christmas Eve, and it is not how customers should be treated holiday rush or not. I understand retail can be stressful, but basic respect and courtesy should still be expected. I hope management addresses this situation and provides additional customer service training so others don't have a similar experience

I was so pleased to see it was open, I knew it was set to open this summer. I love the bright interior. The store is well laid out with very friendly and helpful staff. They carry misses and petite sizes in the store but if you want women's sizes (1X - 4X), they can order it for you and you get free shipping. Today when I went in, I was helped by the store manager, Kismari. She is very knowledgeable and knows her products. She acted as my personal shopper as we wandered around the store picking out items. She really listened to what I wanted and was able to pick items that suit my tastes. I've shopped online with J Jill for many years and know the fabrics and love the clothes, but to have that extra touch of having someone walk the store with me was great. Kismari sat down and checked on size and color for all my items that needed to be ordered since women's sizes are all ordered and then delivered to your house. She also explained all the promotions to me so I could save as much as possible. She took the time to find out that I'm a teacher which means discount! Teachers receive an extra 15% off of all regularly priced items. She also told me about opening a credit card with J Jill. I really really didn't want to open a credit card, but as a frequent J Jill shopper, the perks just couldn't be ignored! I'm so excited about all my items coming in the mail. I'm also excited that I can return anything that doesn't work for me to the store. The store is so easy to get to. I parked within 10 feet of the entrance and walked right in. I love that it is located in the outdoor mall area because I don't have to go into the actual mall. I was informed that they do not carry tall length in store or other. The sales lady also informed me that sizing is generous for this brand and the size small may be a little roomy on me as well as short. I appreciated her giving me this truthful information rather than just trying to make a sale. The clothing I looked at was quality clothing and pricing was reasonable. The kind attitude and helpfulness of the sales lady as well as the store itself deserve an A-OK. I'd be willing to come back again and browse. It's possible they could start stocking tall lengths and adjust sizing in the future and I could find something.

Everything else requires price conversion. There are items that you may find have a better value at the Dollar Tree. It's pretty organized, but the stock may be unpredictable. I use to get the charcoal dehumidifiers but they no longer stock it. I really like their laundry bags and kitchen bowls, plates, and saucers, which they still carry. The laundry bags do vary in quality, they use to manufacture them at a better quality. I also love their silicone molds for baking ranging from Minnie Mouse, Pooh, etc. They are opened for decent hours. I do not like their self check out because it's very sensitive. You can easily and accidentally scan an item twice. The service is great, the associates always greet you upon arrival and they're pretty knowledgeable about their stock. They also have a cute little Daiso jingle, it's hilarious!

Many other places with Better Customer Service and Honest Opinions…read more Poshak got a few (minimal) things right.... location, layout of the store, cleanliness, and inventory. However, they don't have the most important element..... Customer Service. My mother and I shop the Hillcroft area frequently. We stopped by Poshak apx. 8 months back to get an idea for wedding saris and gifts. I asked the associate if she had a particular style/design of a wedding sari. She said no and continued roaming the empty store. We then requested to pull down some sari's from the back wall. She made it seem like she was so strained in pulling the various sari's out for our viewing. Then the owner came out and watched us like hawks as though we were going to grab the saris and run right out the door. I mean he just stood there and glared. No........"HI, is there something in particular you're looking for?" or "Hi, let me know if there's anything I can help with." NOTHING!!! After much probing the associate pulled down several saris and I really liked one of them, but was not quite ready to buy it due to the price. So I just kept it in my mind. Left the store liking one item and hating my experience. Few months later, that particular sari was still on my mind. And you know if you're still thinking about something you have to go back and buy it. Well, my mother and I went back to Poshak thinking we'll get this sari and maybe a couple of other things. Who would have thought the experience would be even worse! *No one else in the store *Associate acted as though we were bothering her and getting in the way. *Owner/Manager came and stood there again. Glared. No greetings, words, exchanged. On top of that I informed the associate that I didnt like a particular cut. And she kept saying why not it looks good on everyone. Let me show you some more. She was trying to sell me something that DOES NOT look good on everyone, especially short women (like me). And something I told her I wasn't looking for. Then, I went to the dressing room to try a couple of things on. Oh and the owner followed me! I came out with one of the outfits, informing her that the zipper was broken. She said...."Are you sure it was already like that?" My jaw dropped! She was accusing me of something I didn't do! I was helping them out by letting them know that there was a flaw in there garment. At this point, I dropped all the clothes and walked out. I left there for the second time feeling like they did not need my business or care to service a customer the proper way. And for any Poshak associate reading this..... ya'll truly missed out on a big Sale! Never, Ever, Ever go here. So many better choices.
