I've been called a Lush for various reasons at various times by various people, but here in the Sugar Land mall, you will actually find a Lush, and the lush life can finally become a reality. Lush has always been one of my favourite stores for all the different girly stuff they have -especially their famous bath bombs and cosmetics and whatnot. The girls here are adorable! They seem to employ the nicest people at any given Lush store. Even in a sugary-but-not-sweet land where not that many people are nice anymore, they seem to find the nice ones and employ them. So congratulations to them for that. A great location and a little expensive, but when there's a sale on it's well worth a visit. read more

I went in today in around 1:00pm as I walked in the associate was just on her phone. Did not greet me at all. I asked her for help with a gift I wanted to purchase. She rolled her eyes at me and still was on her phone. And to remind you I was in there for a while browsing around and she did not look up or say one word. She was the only one there. She was really rude and seemed like I was bothering her as I asked what was her favorite scents for body wash. I will never come back here again I ended up leaving not purchasing anything. Her customer service was horrible. I work in retail as well and I would never treat a customer the way she did. Don't go there just order online. read more

Ok so... I'm not exactly the crunchy type. I'm not all organic. I like GMOs. I don't recycle. I can't do yoga. But damn, do I love Lush. The store associates are always SO sweet and informative. If they're turning up the charm to get my money, it's definitely working. You know what else works? All the sh*t they persuaded me into buying. The Seanik shampoo bar is the bombdiggity for my oily thin-medium hair. After just one wash, my hair is super soft, bouncy, and shiny without being artificially slick. The bar is completely naked, so I'm saving the world from plastic or something. Basically, owning dry shampoo makes me a good person. As they bagged my shampoo, I wandered off carelessly to peruse the bath bombs. My daughter loves a good bath bomb, and Lush has got the goods. The associate helped me create a "cocktail": Intergalactic bath bomb + Sunnyside bubble bar. Step 1: crumble Sunnyside in the running tub and watch it turn into a magical, golden mess of glitter (don't worry. It washes away.) Step 2: put child or self in bath. Step 3: kill the water and drop Intergalactic in. Step 4: Watch the blue and pink water show as it fizzles into the golden glitter bath. My kid was ecstatic, and she smelled great afterwards. They hooked me up with a free conditioner sample to go with my shampoo and encouraged me to come back if I was unhappy with any of the products. Needless to say, I won't be going back to return shiet. In fact, I'll probably be going back to give them all my moneys. If you're looking to buy a gift, they have adorably wrapped options to fit any price range. If you're going to pamper yourself, buyer beware... You will spend loads of money. You will end up with all kinds of products you didn't know you needed. You will fall in love and become a Lush addict. read more

The product is amazing but difficult to justify the price. The Asian female was absurdly loud and followed me and my children the entire time and we couldn't talk to each other without her interrupting. She was rude to my children and told them to stop touching things bc it was getting on the other items. I was going to buy some items but quickly changed our mind to get away from this lady. This place is great I walked in today for the first time and the girl there helping was so nice and helpful. I enjoyed sniffing around and touching things. She helped me pick a shampoo bar yeah a bar of shampoo I thought it was weird but I wanted to try it. I ended up with the Jumping Juniper it's for oily hair. She also recommended a conditioner for my roots it's made with avocados it's called jungle. I didn't buy the conditioner bar but she gave me a sample to try. I just got out of the shower and my hair feels AMAZING I highly recommend the shampoo/conditioner bars and this location. I will be going back this weekend to get the conditioner bar and a sample of the face products she recommended. read more

I really like this store and their products, this was my first time buying something from here and I had such an ugly experience. I was at the first colony location and The African American sales lady with poofy hair was very rude and overall was such a negative vibe. I touched the display and she cane over and with a loud voice said "those are display you're not supposed to touch them". She could've been way nicer about it. This LUSH store recently opened up in First Colony mall next to Auntie Anne's Pretzels. It's a decently sized LUSH with a good amount of their products (if not all). I was pleased to not be bombarded by an employee upon walking in (which is usually my experience at LUSH stores - I wonder if they work on commission?) I liked that they pretty much had samples of everything out for people to try. It's extremely tempting to purchase something because the store just smells so so good. I went ahead and bought 3 things: -Lemony Flutter Cuticle butter - LOVE the lemon smell -Enchanted Eye Cream - it's so cooling/relaxing on my under eyes -It Started With A Kiss Lip Tint - Very natural pink tint if applied gently (it has build able coverage). I read somewhere about being able to use it as a blush and I've been loving that lately. The products are quite pricey, but they give you a good amount. Some of them have a promotion where if you return 6 tubs, you get a free fresh face mask. I'd recommend this store to those of you that are into natural skincare products. It seems like most of the products are made at the store. My Lemony Flutter has a sticker on the back telling me which employee made it and when they made it. Pretty cool. read more

So glad that they opened a store in Sugar Land. I mainly come here for their fresh face masks, but I have tried a couple other products as well. All their products are made from fresh, organic fruit and vegetables with little to no preservatives. I can't say for sure that using these products have drastically improved my skin, but they definitely have not caused any breakouts; plus, I feel better using them knowing that all the ingredients inside are good. My favorite fresh face mask is the Brazened Honey which has tiny almond shells added to exfoliate your skin. These fresh masks require refrigeration and I can usually get a good 10-12 uses out of each container. Service is always super friendly & helpful. They encourage you to test out the products in store and are great about recommending which products to use based on your personal skin type/problems. read more

I went in to Lush today because I wanted natural skin cleansing products. I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile even though the place was packed. Deandra helped me fine the perfect products for my skin. She took her time and checked the ingredients to make sure I didn't buy anything made from wheatgrass or wheat germ. She was an absolute pleasure. I never felt pressured to buy anything and she made sure I was comfortable with the product. She demo'd each item on my hands and gave me time to see if I had any reaction to them. I got to use the products tonight on my skin and they feel wonderful. So easy to use! Afterward, she introduced me to their makeup color associate who helped me pick out lip color and foundation. It's truly wonderful to see that quality customer service still exists. read more

Where do I begin, I absolutely adore this place. Everything that I have tried from Lush works wonders. I have my go to girl in here, Felecia, is what I think her name is, but she is the BEST. Its nothing but love when I see her, and she remembers my allergy to citrus, so that I always a plus. Whenever I go in to purchase something she says, "No girl, that has citrus" even when she isn't there I can always count on any associate to help me out and offer nothing but quality expertise. This is an excellent LUSH location! I am a big fan of LUSH, but had subpar experience at the Baybrook location. I was very happy to find out that a LUSH store was open closer to my home. During my first visit, the staff conducted a full skin care demo, where one of the associates sat me down and assessed my skin care needs. She showed me several products, but there was no hard sell. I was allowed to decide what would work best for my skin, I have continued to frequent this location over the last 3 months and i have been very happy with it. I always receive attentive service. If you ever have a problem, let the store manager know. LUSH is very service-oriented and the store manager will definitely take care of it. This also a small store, so be prepared for crowds during busy times like the holidays. The only downside of LUSH in general is that, since everything is fresh and handmade, they run out of product really quickly. Since a lot of people don't know about it yet, they tend to have more products in stock than the other locations. I would still recommend stocking up on your favorites when you can! read more

I came in looking for a specific cream, which they were unfortunately sold out of, but after explaining my situation she suggested another cream that was fitting and knew all about the product. The staff members are VERY helpful. They follow you around the store to offer assistance during your visit which may be annoying to some. Some of the products smell really nice but be aware that they are not cheap. It is nice to see a store with all natural products. I would only advise the brand to have the staff "back off" and allow the customer the opportunity to shop as most customers know how to seek out a staff member if necessary for questions about the products. read more

I remember thinking LUSH was super overrated when it first opened because all people did was talk about their bath bombs! I was so wrong. Although I've never tried a bath bomb, I have tried their skin care products like: Herbalism, Black Angel, Eu de Roma and Mask of Magnamity. Literally no drug store face wash products were perfect for me so I decided to go more natural and try LUSH. I was greeted by a worker who spent at least 20 minutes explaining everything to me and helped me pick out a face wash and mask that I needed. My skin has improved so much since then! The only annoying thing about this store (and any LUSH store actually) is that you can tell the workers get paid based on how much they sell because as soon as you enter they're all going to bombard you and try to help you. This afternoon my best friend and I visited Lush Sugar Land for the first time ever. Millie helped us and was absolutely wonderful! She approached us with a friendly demeanor, wasn't pushy or intrusive and after she began to educate us on the products she offered to test them out on us. I don't normally go for sales people but she was adorable, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the massage bar that she demonstrated on us and the pink fairy dust! We love it and will be back. I love this store & their products! They have the friendliest & most helpful staff. My daughter likes the fresh facials, the bath melts & the sugar scubs for lips.
