Now that we're in the -ber months of the year, I am leaning into the fall vibes. Autumn is my favorite season, so you know I love all things apple, cinnamon, and pumpkin! I recently came across their candle sale and decided to purchase these single-wick candles despite being a three-wick candle girlie. I would have loved to have been able to purchase the Cherry Almond Shortbread candle as a three-wick, but they only had the single-wick. Oh well. I also had gotten the Candy Apple Cauldron candle and the Caramel Pumpkin Swirl. It's a vibe of soft lighting in my living room, and I love it. Regardless, this Bath & Body Works is nice! It has large windows for natural lighting, two sinks to wash your hands and test their products, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I love this location! read more

Can't believe this location doesn't have at least four stars! The sales people here are exceptionally sweet, the products are always well stocked, and they're great on honoring coupons. Of course, they'll make you do separate transactions if you have two of the same coupon, but they're happy to stack different offers. If you're excited for Christmas, get yourself here ASAP. It's not even Halloween and they were already playing Christmas carols! Plus, all the pumpkin stuff is already on sale. This was my third or fourth time in the store and my second purchase. They always say whenever I have a coupon and go in they say it's already been used when I know in fact I haven't been in or brought anything in months. It's a scam for them to charge me more money. While looking at other reviews some had bad experiences, based on my visit I had a good experience. I walked in and was greeted right away. Asked if I need help finding something. I said no I just had coupons I want to use. The staff looked at my coupons and told me all about the things it can be used up. I visited this location for first time as I ordered online some candles and I was forced to come to pick them up here. I don't understand why this place has a 4 stars rating, The place is small, aisles are very narrow, Inside is a chaos , there's an entrance only and exit only doors, customers just doesn't care and employees doesn't care either. Also the store has big signs at the entrance about masks required, they are not required, I believe there's shoplifting usual here... I spotted some suspicious activity with people "coming back in" with bags pretending to check for more products. Maybe the store doesn't give enough benefits to their employees...or maybe they are just incompetent or part of the scheme. Who knows. The lady who took care of my order was really grumpy when I asked if I can have an extra bag for my candles, hey I just bought 16 (3 wick candles) for Teacher's appreciation day...I spent lot of money, the last she could do as employee is give me the extra bag to distribute the weight of the candles. She rejected and said one bag was enough and the bag will resist the weight without problem. Yeah she is an expert apparently...NOT I had to call my husband to move the car and pick me up as I really felt the bag could open up in any moment. Once I get home I checked if the bags had something like the cardboard boxes stating how much weight they can resist. But they don't. There's just a stamp on the bottom of the bag of being Made in USA.So there's not really way to back this lady affirmation about the bag weight resistance. Not coming back, I much prefer to pay shipping instead that to see her face again, and beg for a bag I deserved as costumer. Ha....later I thought to return my 16 candles and pay 1 by 1 in the store to piss her off and get 16 bags instead of the 1 I was asking....but I was already home. How often do you have such a great experience at bath and body works that you have to write a review?? I went in to purchase a body wash and a couple hand soaps and left with just that. Chelsea was super helpful and not in a sales-y way, I felt like she just genuinely enjoyed helping people. What a great experience with the staff at the store! I had the pleasure of speaking with Alli who was knowledgeable of the products helped compare some of the scents to real perfumes and when I smelled it she was spot on. Allie was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. The smile never left her face and she wasn't pushy or following me around she let me know about the current specials and what was available when I needed it. Once I had questions she helped me pick the items I needed and walked me through the customer journey. I asked her where the closest restroom was outside of the store and she offered the restroom inside so I didn't have to go far and walk in the heat! . Upon check out I met Matthew he perfectly wrapped my products was conversational and let me know they have gift bags which I never knew. It's so refreshing when the art of helping customers and being happy as well as enjoying your job is rare. When me and my family first walked in to this location we had great service and a worker was able to help us. Then I hear the manager Marisa arguing with a customer saying that "she had selected that scent of body gel" I don't know what the managers problem was the customer is always right, and I don't know any customer that would return a scent a moment after they had paid and walked out if they had selected it? The managers argumentative demeanor made me leave the store more than displeased with bath and body works please train your managers. I left the store. Check your bag before you leave the store. I purchased 6 lotions, 3 shaving creams and used a coupon to get a free bubble bath. When I got home I realized the bubble bath was not in the bag. I called the store intending to ask if I could stop back by next time I was nearby to pick the item up since it somehow did not get into my bag. When I explained what happened to the lady on the phone she said "well - nothing was left behind" and suggested I call their 800 customer service line. Really? I would lie about not getting my FREE bubble bath?? Last time I ever shop at Bath and Body Works. I find the suggestion that I would make this up very insulting. I will never go back here. I received a gift card from a friend for $25 and tried to use it on a purchase of $22.11 and the transaction charged the card but didn't process on their side. Therefor the card has only $2.89 left on it. They didn't do anything wouldn't get me a manager and just told me to pay for it with my debit card and deal with it on Monday. The older lady said oh sorry it's dicey on the weekends. Terrible customer service. I left wth no product because of something THEIR system messed up. Don't waste your time here. read more
