They had few sales and even at that I still found things to be too expensive. However the staff as usual-very pleasant and helpful.

It's now going on SIX days later with no return call from Toledo's Barnes & Noble, as promised. I just tried calling the store, and after about 15 rings someone finally picked up and couldn't find my order, so she said she would ask her manager to "try" to give me a call back today. (It's 11a and the store doesn't close until 9p.) Next time, I'll order the book for $2 less per copy through Amazon Prime AND have it delivered to my doorstep the next day. #FasterCheaperBetter

That might be true, except if it is a defective product and is no longer carried, the customer is out of luck. I bought $250 worth of yarn for my church prayer shawl group. 2 of the skeins I wanted to return because the product did not knit well. I used half of one and did not try to return it. The fibers came untwisted and stretched where another color was inserted to make the confetti effect. They refused to take them other two back, because it is no longer carried. My guess is it was discontinued due to this problem! So instead of refunding $7 or allowing me to get 2 different skeins, they made an unhappy customer. Not exactly good for a store that professes Christian values. Michael's is right across the street!

What medical supply store doesn't carry a larger vomit tub as they give you at a hospital that's a large emesis basin technical name.
