Yesterday, we had an old jacuzzi (so hard to clean) tub taken out and a sparkling, clean, new walk-in Bath Fitter shower put in. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the new shower, and the job Levi and Jason did with the installation. Those two guys were on time, professional, courteous, and worked all day to make sure everything was done exactly right. They hauled off all the old mess, and had the bathroom cleaned up and sparkling when they left. My husband and I were so impressed with the demeanor and workmanship of these two young men. I called this morning October 5 at 8:00a.m. because the valve for my shower stripped and I was told by the young lady it would be mid October before it could be serviced. Well, because my God is so good, they called back and said someone could come out this morning. Mr. Stephen Ray came in and replaced the valve in a matter of 10 minutes. He was extremely professional, efficient and very polite. He let me know that he had been vaccinated and if I want him to wear a mask that he would because I had on my mask. I explained to him that my daughter was recuperating from a stem cell transplant and put his mask on without hesitation. Stephen supplied A-1 service with a smile and the valve was replaced at no charge. Our install of a tub to shower conversion was May 17, 2021. Stephen was our installer. He arrived prompt. Reviewed our order with me. The day before the install my husband & I had decided we wanted shower doors rather than a shower curtain rod. Stephen took care of my request, spoke to his supervisor, had the doors ordered in a matter of a few minutes. He explained the doors will have to be built & it would take a couple of weeks to get them. At this point we are anxious to get them. We hope Stephen will be our installer again. He was the most up beat, polite young man I have seen in a while. Stephen was very knowledgeable of his product, worked diligently to complete our install in half a day, cleaned up very good after his work was complete. Our new shower is so pretty. We had Levi Hickson with Bath Fitter replace an existing tub/shower unit in our home. He removed the old, one piece unit that included a top. It was a difficult job that required cutting up the old unit and removing insulation that covered the top of the unit, which was a very nasty job. He did a great job installing the new unit and cleaning up after the installation. Levi was very pleasant, professional, and very enthusiastic about his job. He is extremely hard working and did not waste any time. I was amazed that he completed the job in one day. I recently chose Bath Fitter Huntsville to upgrade my bathtub and wall lining and I am in awe and love with the final outcome. The installation project was seamless. My installer's name was Levi Hickson and he was amazing. He arrived at my house at 8:30am and finished the job around 6:30pm. Have used bath fitters for years. Shower pan in back bath got a crack in it. Called and sent out Chris today to remove my old shower pan and install new one. When he got into removal of old pan, noticed I had received some water damage. Went and got parts made the repairs and installed my new pan in one day and most importantly this did not cost me a penny since they offer lifetime warranty on their products. Bath Fitter installed a shower almost ten years ago and this morning I called to ask if someone could look at the caulking around the inside base of the shower. Tristan arrived just a couple of hours later and removed/replaced the caulking on the bottom of the shower to ensure it is securely sealed. Tristan was friendly and explained everything that he was going to do and when finished, explained everything he did. I feel so happy that my shower is sealed and it was handled so quickly! Levi Hickson installed a walk in shower in our master bath on 4/7/21. Levi arrived at the time he said and worked very hard all day.
