My assumption was that the tub would be the same color that it was, but it was glazed in white. White doesn't match the color scheme of my 1950s bathroom that I love. The scheduler said that TubTastic would make it right, but she will no longer communicate with me. At the time the glazer was wraping up, my husband paid the glazer in good faith that the color would be redone, but since July 26th when the work was done there has been no progress and no responses with any updates with making this right.

On the day of service, the staff arrived and were very professional. They were polite and tried to time the noisy parts of the day with times when my baby was not napping. The gentleman who worked on our shower stall informed us that there was a problem with water seeping back up after it was dried, and that it was beyond his scope of knowledge. I appreciated this fact because if he hadn't mentioned it, I would never have known, and we discovered that we had to get our shower floor replaced due to the water problem. Some technicians only do what they are paid to do and do not put forth any additional effort. SRS is not just 'some technician'. I was pleased by their timeliness, attitude, helpfulness and suggestions. I highly recommend them, without reservation!

He called to suggest a stain color (walnut), which I went with -- by this point I could tell that any recommendation he had would probably be ideal, but appreciated having the choice. He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. I will never use this company again. This company glazed my tub. About 4 months later, it started…read morepeeling. Also, drip marks were in the tub from where the glaze dripped before it dried. Because they said they warranty their work, I contacted them. I sent them pictures of the peeling and the drip marks. They told me I would have to pay $175 for them to come out and repair it. What's the point in having a warranty if I'm going to have to pay for their shotty work. The only guarantee that they honor is you are guaranteed to be ripped off!
