Update: Duane called me to discuss the situation, and throughout the conversation he was incredibly patient, empathetic, and professional. We decided to have him stop by my home to see the bathroom in person and discuss the project in more detail. He provided great insight and helpful considerations, whether we chose to purchase and install our own shower door or hire Bath Pros NW to handle the entire job. I especially appreciated the accountability he took and the consistent communication he provided throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend Bath Pros NW. Duane earned my trust, and I have confidence that he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. I cannot recommend this company due to their disrespectful communication and lack of transparency. During my initial call to request a glass door estimate, the representative made a highly inappropriate comment regarding my spouse needing to be present, and asked if I was "able to write a check." I moved forward with the appointment anyway, hoping for better service in person. Instead, she arrived today, stating they only do full shower systems and after I showed her the bathroom and reiterated what I was wanting done (the glass door at the least, and maybe an updated shower if it was in the budget). When I questioned why she scheduled the appointment knowing my exact needs, she became condescending and falsely claimed she had already told me this. I ultimately told her that I knew I should have canceled the appointment due to her initial unprofessionalism and that I was very unimpressed with how everything was handled. Start to finish, our experience and satisfaction with Bath Pros Northwest could not be better. Touring the showroom with Hilda was a great opportunity learn what would work - and look good - to replace our 30-year-old fiberglass shower. Duane and Hilda next rearranged their schedule to visit at our convenience. With on-site measurements completed, Duane was confident that they could custom fit a good-looking upgrade more than an inch wider and nearly 8 inches deeper than our old 36"x36" fiberglass shell. We had questions, they had answers. Every single detail of our project was discussed with us and included in the written proposal. All materials arrived more than a week earlier than the expected 6-8 weeks (YMMV of course). Scheduling was quick and easy. Camry arrived exactly on time to begin the pullout and new installation. He kept us informed, step by step, of his progress and asked for our input about the height and location of each control and accessory. Our new shower installation was completed more than two hours earlier than projected (two workdays). Since Camry had contained debris and dust very well during the project, cleanup seemed quick and easy from our perspective. I was unfortunately not able to hire Luxury Bath to convert my tub to a shower (because I live in a building with over 4 floors), but cannot say enough about how helpful this entire team was in explaining to me the nuances of Oregon law and recommending a commercial contractor that can do the job. If I am ever in a position to use their services, I will hire them in a heartbeat. read more

I fell in the bathroom, hitting my head on the shower door knocking the door off the track. The shower was installed by Luxury Bath in November of 2021. Called the next day,explained what happened. This particular accident was not under warranty and there would be a charge for the fix, we were told that they would send someone out to look at it to see what they might need to fix it. They asked for more information and pictures, which we provided. At the end of the day, we received a phone call that the owner, Duane, said he would stop by on his way home to see if it was a quick fix. It was and he fixed it right there and then. Didn't even charge us for it! I believe he went over and above to get our problem solved. read more

I love my new walk in shower. Luxery Bath did a fantastic job! They were really fast and efficient. They helped us make the right decisions with placement of shelves, shower head, safety bar. Outstanding team of bathroom remodeling pros - highly professional, great folks to work with!

Hardworking staff. Had two showers replaced. First shower damaged the bedroom wall during demo somehow but the staff fixed it- Thankfully. Second bath was a lot more work. Had to pay extra for additional work on the plumbing structure having to go through the cement wall. Workers were very tired by the 4th day and were in a rush to finish. Calking on the second bathroom was not done thoroughly as the first shower. There were a couple of places were calking was not placed. We had to fill it in ourselves. Better prepping of the bathroom prior to demo could have been done better to prevent damages on other existing bathroom items such as toilet seat and mirrors. I had to replaced both toilet seat as the surfaces had cracks and pits after the remodel. There were also dents and pits on my mirrors. It might be helpful to prep the bathroom also in addition to the hallway floors, etc. I also did not realize the amount of dust during the demo. I covered most of the bedroom items since we are a household of asthmatics. There was a lot of dust. Lesson learned. Having to work on two showers back to back may not been a good idea. Like I said, by the 4th day, the workers were very tired. Overall, we had a good experience and are loving our new showers. Thank you ! read more

We have a fiberglass shower enclosure that we are considering to replace. Luxury Bath of Washington and Oregon was one of the companies we talked to. Our encounters with them were highly professional. Due to our many questions, Eran Moskovitz, the consultant who came to our house, spent a lot of time with us explaining everything we needed to know. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. When we visited the showroom, the owner, Duane Underwood, spent time with us and provided his expert, honest advice and opinion. He really cares. One rarely encounters such personalized service. None of the other companies we talked to came through the way Luxury Bath did. They made a great impression and we felt very comfortable with what they offered. Due to reasons that have nothing to do with what we learned or experienced, we had to postpone the actual implementation. But when we decide that we will be ready to have the work done, Luxury Bath will be the company we will go back to. It is not surprising that they got so many rewards and great reviews over the years. If you have any work to be done which they can do, you will be very lucky and happy that you found them. From the first contact to the end of the project, Luxury Bath of WA and OR was professional, helpful, and friendly. The quality of the work was par excellence. Allen worked on all three of our bathrooms and was at all times pleasant and professional. His work was outstanding and he asked us exactly where we wanted to place shelves, etc., rather than just deciding himself. Duane and his crew did a great job removing a huge jetted tub and installing a beautiful floor to ceiling double shower in only 2 days. His quote was not the least expensive but his product and design best met our needs. My husband needed a well equipped shower and Duane was able to put it together for us. FLAKEY! SCAM! Extremely extremely unprofessional. This company wasted an entire day of my time. I contacted this company on behalf of my grandparents. They set the appointment for 10 am because that is what would work for the company. I drive two and a half hours to their home because the owner says he would prefer it if I were there. At 10:30 I call him he says he was busy at a home show, and would come by later. I contact him again at 3 PM, he says he will be over soon and that he is almost done. I contact him again at 3 PM, he says he will be over soon and that he is almost done. I contact him again at 430 and he says he will be there soon, and sends me pricing, basically saying to not bother unless it was in my price range so he wouldn't waste his time. He says he will come out at 5. 5:15 rolls around and he says too much traffic, will have to pass on our job. Completely wasted an entire day of my time especially when they knew this was a time sensitive project. With so many good bathroom companies in this area, one with terrible customer service isn't worth it! Don't waste your time. read more
