The Bath Vanity Experts were able to send us a perfect matching backsplash, which I had looked everywhere for, with no luck before them. It looks beautiful- the stone matches perfectly. After I placed the order online, their team contacted me directly. I chose BVE when replacing an old vanity with a James Martin because Bryan answered the phone late one evening when I was shopping online. He was pleasant and helpful, even at 10pm. BVE was also running a great promo on the vanity I wanted, and he promised to ship it out right away with earlier estimated delivery than any other big box store. He was true to his word and sent the vanity to the shipping company within two days. Despite some frustration with the delivery company (they let the vanity sit there for several days; no one answered phone; didn't show up on day of scheduled delivery), Bryan was more than responsive: answering the phone really any hour of the day. His assistant Julie personally tracked down the vanity and made sure the vanity was loaded on the truck and on its way the very next day. She updated me several times that day personally, even staying late when the delivery company was late again to ensure the vanity got delivered as promised. They turned around an extremely frustrating situation by going out of their way to push the delivery team and exert influence to get the delivery through. To identify any damage incurred during the delivery, Julie spoke with me on the phone after hours to ensure the vanity arrived in good shape. On top of that she also sent a YouTube video that Bryan made highlighting what to look out for, and instructing how best to remove the vanity from its box without damaging it. I saw other reviews on Yelp disparaging the delivery process and it almost discouraged me from ordering with BVE. Bryan's professionalism and responsiveness helped overcome my concerns. But I do think their delivery company is their only "weak link." I imagine it's very hard for a small business to contract with the most efficient/expensive delivery companies. My own experience with the shipping company was poor: not delivering as soon as received; not showing up; finally arriving two hours late the next day. But luckily the BVE team was on the case. When my contractor had installation issues (due to the faucet drain I chose, not the vanity) Bryan personally helped troubleshoot: sending images, identifying the issue, and even getting the James Martin team involved. You just don't encounter this kind of customer service nowadays, and I'm grateful to have received it from BVE. They are an awesome team and truly provide outstanding customer service. This review is a long time in coming but is as well deserving today as it was January 7th, 2010. I purchased the Grail (single) 23-Inch Traditional Bathroom Pedestal Vanity with Baltic Brown granite top and ivory basin almost 15 years ago and I love it just as much today as I did then. Please check it out on their website. I have never seen a more beautiful and timeless bathroom pedestal. However, yesterday Nov 5th, 2024, I noticed a water leak and as I was waiting for the plumber, hoping it was a simple fix, I found the records of my purchase in 2010. I was delighted to discover that Bath Vanity Experts was still in business and that the pedestal is still available! I called and Bryan answered ... the same man whose name was written in my notes and who had helped me years before! I was hoping that I would be able to replace the pedestal if it had failed after all these years. Bryan correctly assessed that, although he'd like to sell me another pedestal ha-ha, he was quite sure it was not a failure of the pedestal but rather time to replace the braided silver hoses or maybe even the faucet with its working pieces. Being familiar with the pedestal, he was willing to talk with my plumber who later thanked him for the assistance. Today, I am once again enjoying my beautiful pedestal! It just needed new hoses. I live in Kentucky, and I ordered vanities from Bath Vanity Experts (BVE) in September, 2024. We decided to remodel our bathroom this spring, and began assembling the components last fall. The vanities were our first purchase. We selected two James Martin vanities and went shopping for a vendor. I liked what I saw on BVE's website and had a question about something or other, so I called them. Mr. Bryan Dailey answered the phone personally, answered my questions and even offered an additional percentage off the sale price. We purchased them and had them shipped to our contractor. Fast forward to June 2025. When we installed the vanities we realized that the automatic closing rails for one of the drawers was damaged, and that one of the countertops was the wrong color. So I called BVE--nine months after the purchase. Once again Bryan answered the call personally and within two days a new countertop and replacement rails were on the way. I recommend BVE highly and without reservation. Give them a call, pretty sure Bryan will answered the phone. read more

Pre-delivery inspection info was provided prior to delivery (which took less than a week) and they were helpful on the phone when the driver arrived to coordinate delivery inspection (which is important for furniture and other large and heavy items due to possibility of shipping damage). They used a reputable shipping company and there was no shipping damage. Overall, great experience and would order from them again if I'm purchasing a bath vanity. read more

Found this company out of a random Google search for a vanity needed for a bathroom remodel. Website looked like a smaller business or a suspicious US Store/Dominican Republic Import store. Sorry for the judgement. I was concerned that I would order my vanity and wouldn't see my order for 6 months to never. Again, I ignored the red flag of only 3 product reviews with simply, "Nice" or "Can't buy this at Lowe's" as the only comments. I imagined a cheap product at a fairly decent expense. I ordered and prepared myself for poor quality or broken parts upon arrival, all while keeping relatively optimistic. I was notified by a shipping company named Estes and was informed regularly when my vanity would arrive. The vanity, sink, and countertop (Silestone) arrived wrapped, strapped and reinforced with wood support framing and resting on a wooden pallet. You'll be packing your trash cans with styrofoam boards and corner protectors for weeks, haha. This vanity is built solid with no stress cracks, a nice thick paint finish, sink was intact as well as the quartz countertop. Instructions provided, but there are a few good YouTube examples if you search, "James Martin Installation." I took a huge chance on this company and I'm glad I purchased from this business. The price may seem expensive to some, but if you factor buying a sink and countertop separately along with a vanity, you'll soon realize how much of a bargain you get from using BVE. Buy with confidence. If you are doing a new build or a remodel, ordering from BVE will be the one thing you won't have to worry about during that process. read more

We are so glad we picked Bath Vanity because this company helped us so much more than we thought possible. I called to add to my order and I wasn't sure if that was possible since I already placed it. Bryan assisted us weigh our options and was super helpful with ordering. I ordered a James Martin vanity. The manufacturer was at a sales floor showing. I was contacted and was told that it would be delayed. We we're in the process of remodeling. I did not cancel as I liked what I saw online. After contacting them several times I was told it is shipping , shipper will contact me. About 10 days later ki was contacted and the vanity delivered. My contractor took photos and inspected the box. We sent them in. At this point in time an emergency incurred. We had to leave and I reached out to the company telling them what had just happened . They told me they would get back to me. We could not immediately open the shipped box. Three days later we arrived to open the box and the vanity top was cracked. We immediately reached out to the company and was told James Martin the manufacturer was at another floor show and it would be some time before they would get back to me. One week later I was informed via email that they would not replace the top because I had not reported this within 24 hours. I did everything within the realm to reach out. I cannot help but wonder if the vanity sent to me was one that was damaged from the start seeing that it took so long to reach the vendor and I had made numerous calls asking how far along we were in the process of receiving it. I would not recommend this distributor or the manufacturer. There were a lot of snags in this delivery and the process was not smooth. The item the. was damaged and the wait time for a response was more than one week. Then to be told nothing they can do accept offer me a discounted price from 1500 to 1300. I would be hesitant to do business with this company again. I am glad I found out because this was and is the start of an entire home remodel. If it was this difficult of a process on the first project I would not want to install anything more from this as I couldn't imagine spending that much money and have other products which are defective.
