I live nearby and decided to come in here to order some items for my remodeled bathroom. Came here with one other person for a faucet during a weekday when they weren't busy. There were a few employees but we weren't greeted by anyone. After walking around without being greeted by anyone and choosing a faucet of my choice on my own we decided to ask for help to order. The weird lady working there wouldn't make eye contact with me at all or even acknowledge I was there while the person I came with spoke to her. We had to order our item and it came in a few days. I'll start by saying that picking out house appliances can be SO stressful, but I am extremely grateful for the employees at this location Pacific Sales who guided us every step up the way. We were in the market for new kitchen appliances and Matt was extremely helpful and patient with us. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to help us weigh out the pros and cons for everything. He had a lot of knowledge and didn't come off like a sales pitch. I think we visited the store four times in a month and he was there every time with a smile on his face. Wendall was also great to work with in the plumbing department as we were picking out toilets and other appliances in the bathroom. My refrigerator of over 27 years finally gave up the ghost although the freezer was still sort of working. I went to this place fortuitously timed on an extended cyber week sale and got a solid deal on a GE refrigerator. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Came here because the Frigidaire I ordered direct from the manufacture in January came dented in February and thẹn 3 weeks later, was reported out of stock We were supposed to get another Frigidaire from here delivered yesterday and scheduled the delivery date. We made plans to take off work to be home on Friday, March 7 and then one day before they say delivery is getting pushed back 2 weeks, to march 21. Fun fact: we explained this debacle to the sales guy before buying and he said they got 2 warehouses so inventory is in house and would be available. That closed the deal. We had an awful experience buying a new microwave. The price point is high but the standards are shockingly low, and customer service feels like an afterthought. We worked with Kevin and Martha, both of whom did little to help when we reached out about our botched install. When things went wrong, accountability was nowhere to be found. Instead, they pointed us to Best Buy customer service. Speaking to anyone there felt less like support and more like we had accidentally wandered into an episode of Nathan for You, where the plan makes no sense and somehow still keeps getting worse. Lesson learned, we won't be back. After multiple attempts to resolve this, I finally got someone to come out, and unbelievably (and against my wishes), they sent the same contractors back. The same team that caused the original issues. As expected, the result was more poor workmanship and additional damage. At this point, this is no longer just a bad install, it's a complete failure in accountability and quality control. I reached out again for support, and Martha was once again unhelpful. At one point, she actually said "stuff happens," which is unacceptable given the repeated mistakes and damage caused by their service provider. To make matters worse, they are now effectively holding my money hostage by offering me two options: accept a measly $50 credit, or allow a third attempt with the same incompetent contractors who caused the problem in the first place. Neither option is a real solution. What should have been a simple installation has turned into an exhausting, frustrating experience with no meaningful effort to make it right. read more

* 1 update at the bottum I expected better from a premium brand. I experienced three separate delivery failures connected to my Wolf oven order: 1. First delivery: a bottle of urine was left in front of my house. 2. Second delivery: the box was contaminated with spilled food, and the oven was clearly not new. 3. Third delivery: the passenger exited the truck and waited outside while the driver remained inside. Immediately afterward, the driver dumped liquid from the truck window onto my property, then argued with me and denied it, claiming it was a drink. A frothy monster energy drink. Even setting aside what the liquid was, disposing of any waste from a vehicle onto a customer's property is unacceptable and illegal. When I contacted Pacific Sales Manager I was told to call the third-party shipping company and that it was not their problem. There was no ownership, no concern, and no resolution offered. This reflects a serious failure in vendor oversight and customer experience. For Wolf high-end appliance brand, this level of delivery conduct and customer support is shocking. Marisol is taking this issue as seriously as it should be taken in a professional and courteous manner. She is picking up the ball from where the store manager dropped it. Store manager should have been the one to handle it but she is lucky to have Marisol watching her back. Potentially saving a customer and acting the way someone that values customers should. read more

We had purchased multiple faucets/bathroom fixtures from Pacific Sales 4 years ago and were completely happy with their support in redoing 3 bathrooms and a kitchen with 3 faucets. We were surprised when one of the bathroom parts flew apart at a fitting, and went back to Pacific Sales (PS) to check how to get replacement parts. Wendal was extremely helpful and assisted us to research the part numbers and ordering the replacement. But he also suggested checking the manufacturer warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the part was still under warranty, saving us $75.00. Thank you Wendal, and Pacific Sales! BTW, I had already recommended PS to a neighbor who is redoing her kitchen prior to this interaction based on the great support we had during our redesigns. read more
