I can't say enough about MAESTRO BATH in Laguna Hlls, CA!!!! I don't write too many reviews, as they are quite time-consuming; however, i just had to take the time to do this because i am so impressed. If you're looking for an UPSCALE, CLASSY, ELEGANT bathroom, look no further. I have wanted to remodel my Guest Bathroom for years!! Last year, I googled Maestro Bath, as well as several other kitchen and bath showrooms. Maestro Bath had RAVING REVIEWS!!! First, i went to the other showrooms, and they had more kitchen displays, which is not what i wanted. I finally made it to Maestro's showroom, and WOW!!!!!!! To say i was BEYOND IMPRESSED, is the understatement of the century!!! Let's just say i wanted EVERYTHING in their elegant showroom! Their displays and layouts are beyond imaginable. I knew right away Maestro is where i wanted to purchase everything for my guest bathroom. This year i was finally ready for the remodel, and went straight to Maestro Bath. Ramin and the STUNNING and SUPER SWEET Cristina were so helpful in helping me with my remodel - from START to FINISH!!! Their customer service is amazing!!! Cristina and Ramin both gave me their cell phone numbers, as well, and this was AFTER my purchases!! Because i was alone in making all my decisions, quite frequently i would text Cristina for her advice on the decision-making process - from sending her pictures of my shower wall tile - which, sadly i purchased from Floor and Decor - big mistake on my part. I should've gone with Maestro's gorgeous slabs. Oh well, even though i didn't purchase my tile from them, both Cristina and Ramin would look through my many selections that i took photos of, and then text them, and they were kind enough to give me their input. Thus, i would have to say that not only their displays are outstanding, but their customer service is outstanding and exceptional, as well. This is what i purchased from them, having seen it on display in their showroom: VESSEL ALL SOLID CRYSTAL SINK -- FROM ITALY THE GORGEOUS VANITY, WHICH HAS A DRAWER THE MATCHING MIRROR with FRAME that matches the front of the vanity ALL GORGEOUS POLISHED SILVER FAUCET - WITH SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS (it looks amazing). They have the gorgeous gold on display, but i needed the polished silver to match my floors Then, I went on to buy the matching silver toilet paper holder, the towel rack, the small towel holder - ALL with the same GORGEOUS MATCHING SWAROVSKI crystals. I then proceeded to buy the polished silver hand wand, rain shower head, hot and cold things (with matching Swarovski crystals inlayed). All are from Italy - (Don't ya just love everything italian???) !! OY - I'm sooo in love with my bathroom. i wish i could sleep with it!!! LOL Ok - here are the before/after photos - get ready to drool!!!!

Maestro bath has the highest quality designer bathroom vanities, Mirrors and fixtures. You will not find anything like these luxurious items for your bathrooms. Maestro's prices and customer service is fantastic. Our new bathrooms just stunning!

24" Danya Vanity + Pert Rho Lux Gold Leaf Sink + Skip Diamond Swarovski High Faucet + Black and Gold Murano Mirror

By choosing these products, I transformed my small guest bathroom into a space of splendor and luxury. Every time a guest steps in for the first time and I hear them say 'Wow,' I know I made the right choice. It's a moment of pride that reflects my decision to purchase from MaestroBath, where quality truly stands out.

We got Maestro's vanity, vessel sink, the faucet and the toilet paper dispenser. I love the products and have received several compliments. The Service we received was amazing! They were very quick to respond and accommodating. I certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get a beautiful looking bathroom.

First class design and quality in their products . One of a kind pieces... love the final outcome. Matt was amazing, and make the experience very Rewarding..he was very knowledgeable about the products, and always kept me informed on the shipment.. will use again without question.

I bought a modern hand-crafted vessel sink, beautiful lighted mirror and a vanity for my project. Extremely happy with the quality, look and customer service. The staff are great, helpful and very polite.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Maestro Bath. From start to finish we had such a smooth and enjoyable time picking out our desired bathroom vanities and hardware. The entire process was very seamless thanks to an outstanding employee who guided us all the way through. A big thank you to Ramin Nikpour, he was very patient and helpful while assisting us during our home renovation. We were able to custom design both our bathrooms with stunning Italian pieces and we are so in love with the end results! So happy that we came across such a unique and luxurious company during our home renovation process. I can't imagine our bathrooms looking any better than they do if we had gone with another company. The vanities are highly crafted and each item has such a one of a kind look to it that you definitely will not find anywhere else! I for sure recommend Maestro Bath if you want a touch of luxury and elegance in your bath! Worth every penny. Thank you Ramin for your amazing customer service and help! 10/10. In the pictures below you can see both mirrors, vanities, sinks, and faucets all from MAESTRO BATH!

Eric and Antonio provided great recommendations every step of the way, and their crew was always nice and considerate. The project took a little longer than expected due to a missing cabinet issue, but overall it was a great experience with quality workmanship, fair pricing, and a professional team. I especially love my master bathroom and will definitely use them again for future projects.

You would be better off going to tile mile in Anaheim and contracting people yourself. That's where I found my counter people for the first remodel and they were fantastic and counters lasted almost 20 years. My counters now are barely over a year and all the seams look horrible. They pick cheap labor for all the work and that's exactly what you get, however, that's not what you are paying. They definitely overcharge for what you get.

ROK then required someone from their shop come out and measure to ensure the design would fit and some changes were made. We then proceeded to place an order for the cabinets. Up to this point everything was fine. We had been given the impression that the cabinets would come as modular components that our contractor then would install. We were quite surprised then to receive unassembled cabinets in flat boxes (think ikea). This despite the website (see photo) advertising free delivery and assembly. When we asked the customer service representative Courtney she informed us assembly was not standard but that it was available for an additional fee. Additionally, when our contractor went to pick up the order it was brought out on a pallet and dropped at his truck and when he asked for loading assistance he was refused. We have been trying to reach someone at the business for the last 5 days to try and reach an accommodation . We have left messages for Courtney and Sean but they will not return our calls. Overall a bad experience and I can' even review the cabinets yet.

We added on a 200 sq foot master closet room and originally went to G & A to look at carpeting for the new closet. Not only did Brandon spend a lot of time with us on the carpet (which was a small job), he inquired if there was anything else they could assist with. We quickly learned that G & A does not just specialize in flooring, they provide a wide variety of services. In addition to carpeting, we needed painting, stone for countertops and expanded our project to replacing the tile in our laundry room (a long want on my wish list). I got 5 bids for painting and when combining all the above services, Brandon came in with the most competitive pricing. We went with G & A and are so happy that we did. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us and we felt their prices were very fair. In fact, Brandon offered us options with the stone that were more economical than other brands. Brandon was with us every step of the way! When the tile I picked out for the laundry room was discontinued, he found one very similar which I ended up liking better anyways. When they started the laundry room project, while removing the old baseboards, there was an issue with some of the drywall. Brandon quickly stepped in and had one of his guys perform drywall repair right away so as to not stall the project. They removed and reinstalled the washer/dryer as well. They also updated the 20 year old baseboards to match the rest of the house. All of G & A's laborers that worked in our home were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Brandon kept us advised every step of the way. I STRONGLY recommend G & A for any home improvement needs you may have and don't forget, they do way more than flooring! I am attaching some photos of the closet where they laid carpeting and installed quartz, the tile & painting in the laundry room and the painting of the living room/foyer where the new closet was built above.

He gave me a reasonable price with no pressure. The job involved removing the old tub/shower, replacing the plumbing, building a bench, wet-mopping, adding cement-backing, installing porcelain tile, replacing the flooring, adding drywall (including re-stucco-ing, and repainting). Each team - demolition, plumber, framing, wet-mop, tiler, dry-wall/painter - was professional, competent, hardworking, and clean-minded. Keep in mind that this is not a one day job --- mine took 1 1/2 weeks. Joe was always responsive to my calls and kept the job moving. Also, his quote does not include the glass enclosure. Joe sent me a good glass enclosure contractor and he added an additional week - 1 day for estimate, 5 days to cut/temper the glass, and one day to install. I enjoyed watching them work. To get the job done right, there is a lot of expertise involved. My wife was so grateful that she always provided snacks and water for the crews.

I strongly dislike giving reviews lower than three stars. Unfortunately, I cannot give more than…read moretwo stars here, and I should only give 1 star-. My experience with Joe, the manager who handled most of the communication, was terrible. In my opinion, he did not have enough hands-on construction knowledge to properly manage a remodel. He seemed to rely almost entirely on what his employees or subcontractors told him, even when they were wrong. When I pointed out mistakes, he often pushed back, blamed me, or tried to make me pay to fix issues caused by his own crew. A few examples: -We specified grout colors, and they used them on the wrong tiles and areas. -The wrong sinks were ordered. -The wrong faucets were ordered. -The wrong tiles were ordered. -The wrong counter top was delivered. -Kitchen cabinets were faulty and installed improperly. -They promised one type of flooring, then delivered something completely different, including a different color, and installed it incorrectly. -They tried to conceal faulty piping inside my walls. Had I not walked in unexpectedly, I would never have seen it. -They poured a foundation for a small extension without making it deep enough or installing a moisture barrier. We now have tiles showing signs of moisture damage. -They did not repaint several rooms. They cleaned the walls and then claimed the rooms had been painted. -The electrician made serious mistakes, including issues that almost caused a fire in my house. The overall pattern was simple: -They made mistakes. -I had to catch the mistakes. -Joe often tried to shift blame. -They tried to charge me to fix problems they caused. I also felt like Joe tried to take advantage of me financially. He handwrote the quote and invoice, and I trusted that the items we discussed would be handled as agreed. Later, he tried to back away from what had been discussed and claimed certain items were not included. Only after I involved the owner did Joe back down and admit he had made a mistake. There were also major management and communication problems: -Joe is not the contractor who owns the business. -From what I saw, there was no professional contractor consistently supervising the crew. -Joe would come by occasionally, look around, speak with the crew, and leave. -The crew often seemed confused about what needed to be done. -Communication between Joe and the crew appeared poor, which caused constant errors. The crew was also a revolving door. Different people came on different days. One person would start the flooring, and others would come later to finish it. The same thing happened with tile, plumbing, electrical work, and other parts of the project. Each time someone new showed up, they seemed to have little or no idea what had been agreed to. Joe also asked personal questions that made us uncomfortable, including: -Where are you from? -What do you do? -Can I see your cars? -"Wow, you went to that restaurant? It's very expensive." -"This was an expensive house. You must be very rich." That felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. Overall, this was a nightmare experience. Never again. The only reason I am giving two stars is that they finished quickly, and by the end, I was simply relieved to have them gone.
