The Batista's did an excellent job with my deed transfer! Jorge and Alicia are both so helpful and patient. Will definitely be back!!

SCAM ALERT! This company is a SCAM. Don't file any evictions with them. They take your $600 and do…read morenothing. It's been weeks and their website will keep saying it's under review. When you call, someone named MELISSA sends you to voicemail, for days. I went to their listed address 142 Broad Street in Elizabeth NJ. When you press the bell, they tell you there isn't any company called TURBO EVICT at the address. Beware, don't deal with them. The 3 positive reviews are their own people.

I am so happy that I found TurboEvict.com. They have…read moreresolved tenancy issues for me 3 times in the last three years. Even though they are an internet based business, there are humans that take care of business behind the scenes and are there for you when you need to talk to a lawyer or paralegal. I have been a landlord for over 30 off and on, sometimes by choice, and sometimes not! I have been a licensed real estate broker for 30 years. Even though you can file a tenant dispute or eviction directly to the New Jersey courts, I would never do so. Let's face it, the law is heavily weighted on the tenant's side, and if you, the landlord does not follow the letter of the law, from start to finish, then you have to start all over. This company does it right, does it economically, and sends the attorney to court, where you meet,(if the eviction gets that far),and they do everything with poise, professionalism and experience to help you to resolve the issues, or if necessary, takes it to the end if you have to lock out the tenant. I really want to thank my Attorney Nick, and my paralegal Melissa for providing me with the best possible experience for such a horrible problem.
