The owner was right there on the line working hard with his employees and the ingredients were real and fresh. It took me such a long time to visit this restaurant because the concepts are not something you see often, after the eating the food it's like a spin on cajun, american comfort soul food with a modern day finish. I don't even speak like this, but after this fantastic meal I couldn't help but to let yall know it's worth a try. The first item I tried was the blackened fish jambalaya & it was really good & looked like it came straight out the pan! however i'm used to bland food so the kick from the seasoning took me back some. I then tried their punch and it was so good words can't even explain. Again packed with flavor , sweet and has a tang from what seems to be lemon. Fresh pineapples and strawberries were in the drink as well, I can honestly say it's one of the best 3 drinks i've ever had. If they sold them by the gallon i'd purchase it just to keep in the house. I even added some water to it when it was almost gone and it still tasted good! It mellowed out some of the sweetness, but not the flavor. I also got the Da Justo Sampler and at first it seemed like a lot and kind of overwhelming, but let me tell you it was so amazing. First of all the grilled cheese was exceptional, the best grilled cheese i've ever had. The wings were sweet and spicy and I didn't even need ranch for them, I thought it would ruin the flavor! & I'm a person who eats ranch with everythingg. The mac & cheese is the perfect example of what mac and cheese should be, the fries were okay though, I wish they were crispier but even with that it didn't stop nothing! Everything is still a 10/10. I went back and tried the Jambalaya a little later & again another 10/10, i've never had Jambalaya before so the flavors were so crazy , but I still found myself not able to put the fork down! The portions are very big from those two meals I got i was able to share with 3 other people and we all had nice portions ( i was not sharing that punch tho!). if your sick of your typical generic food options and want something out the box and worth the price or just want a cheat meal that's worth it, Krack Kitchen is your spot!

Happened to be the area and thought this Cajun places sounded good when I was browsing through Yelp…read moreand it was SO GOOD! It's inside a gas station which wasn't too busy for a Friday night. You order at grill, but when they give you the receipt you have to pay the gas station attendant. Make sure you go back to the grill to show you paid for your meal. Now I will say it took 25 minutes to get our food but it was HOT and FRESH. We got the jambalaya and 10 chicken wings. The wings were crispy and juicy with a lot of seasoning. Everything inside the Jambayla was delicious from the shrimp, to the fish, to the sausages, etc etc. just all super flavorful in general. There are 4 small tables each with 2 seats which I appreciated cause I usually prefer to eat the food fresh rather than eating it in the car/bringing it home. Would definitely come back to try other dishes; but keep in mind that the location of the gas station is kinda not ideal. You'll know what I mean when you drive there. It's hard getting there/getting out. And again food takes a long time, so if you're looking for quick fast food this place is not it, but it is delicious

This restaurant opened a few weeks ago and are awaiting a liquor license. According to the lady at…read morethe bar they plan on having a full bar. At the moment they allow BYOB. I tried the fried shrimp w/ fries. The fried shrimp only comes with 1 seasoning. I passed on the shrimp and fish because I am not a fan of catfish. FYI, this is the only type of fish they offer. My shrimp came out pretty fast but with only 1 shrimp, not 8 per the menu. I informed the bartender and she people in the back. The shrimp were hot and tasty, the fries were also hot. The presentation lacked personality. The small red plastic basket left me no place to place my shells. I was not provided any napkins to my surprise and I had to ask. I was not offered water until I had finished 4 shrimp. I ordered the kids popcorn shrimp and fries to try the chicken. I realize they just opened but they are missing basic customer service etiquette. I know I mentioned this earlier, but it's really a big pet peeve not having a place to discard the shrimp shells. I find quite annoying. If the owner or manager reads my review, I hope they take my feedback in consideration. I believe the restaurant could do well provided some basics addressed. They deserve 3.5 stars but so don't wish to downgrade them so I will give them 4 stars. I recommend this restaurant GN3

First, the servers were great. I appreciate them. The restaurant is small but nice…read more Now to the food. It was a total disappointment from beginning to end. The crawfish was frozen so I didn't order any and decided to just order a cluster snow crab legs a pound of turkey neck and a virgin piña colada. Let's start with a piña colada. It was not a piña colada. It was just the flavored mix with no cream. So it was literally a slushy with a bitter after taste because there was no cream to balance the mix. I took two sips and then I gave up on it. It was just one of those things that if you force yourself to consume it you'd end up feeling sick afterwards and regretting it. The snow crab legs were very hollow and extremely thin strings of meat. Now, they don't control what's inside the legs, but they obviously don't have a good supplier for their snow crab. The meat was literally the width of a shoe string. Not even enough to chew more than twice. The pound of turkey neck was one large piece. It tasted very freezer burnt, the texture was tough and chewy. Also, the meat was extremely dark. Not fresh. For the seasoning on the snow crab and a turkey neck, I got the mix which is a combination of all the flavors. I got it mild. I did get both the seafood and the turkey neck in separate bags, but the seasoning on both of them was extremely salty to the point I had a slight headache from the amount of salt. I did eat the snow crab legs, and the order of potatoes but I did not consume the piña colada or the turkey neck. The server came to my table and asked me how was everything going and I gave her my very honest opinion on the food, including a drink . The piña colada was removed from the bill, which I appreciated, but it wasn't expecting it so for that, I'm thankful. Considering that I live on the energy corridor and it was about a 40 minute drive due to traffic I won't give it a second try. Also, because it's a new restaurant they're gonna have to make some serious changes if they want to make it. The restaurant industry is already competitive and even more extremely competitive for a seafood restaurant. I was too disappointed to even take photos to add to this review and I don't usually leave negative reviews because I know how those can impact the business especially a new one, but this one is definitely deserved. They're going to have to get better.

I apreciated Honore's having a few games for the kids to keep them busy while the adults eat and chat. Maybe a little corner of the patio should be dedicated for them so theyre not in the middle of other patrons. Just a thought. Come early and order. Happy Hour before it ended literally had the line to order out to patio! There is a drive up pick up location on the east side of the building but how you order ahead? Didn't see anything on the website... I ordered the poboy with catfish and fries. When I picked up the to go plate, I just knew somebody's order had been combined with mine because the bag was heavy! Turns out they give Humongous portions at Honore's. Only thing: Although, I didnt ask for tartar sauce, no ketchup or cocktail sauce with my to go order. Still the poboy wad fresh and filled from end to end with catfish. Fries were hot and fresh in the take out box and not too salty, so I had to enjoy a few before leaving. Most definetly you have to order the coveted boudin balls. I got a small pack of both the original and pepper jack since they were on sale for Happy Hour. They didn't disapppoint. They were slightly bigger than a golf ball and the gooey pepper jack cheese was a great compliment to the crunchy exterior. Topped with Remoulade or Ranch and I got pretty full just off Boudin balls. The miss for me is the frozen drinks- especially the frozen Hurricane slushy. Tasted like medicine, but about an hour later I did feel a little kick from the drink. My friend agreed but tried the blue flavor and stated it was better than the hurricane. We enjoyed our little meet up at Honore's so much, we lost track of time. Four hours of girl chat and good food happens that way. Thanks Honore's for making our evening!
