    Jambalaya Pizza
    Dee D.

I've been here three times now and every time I've tried something different and everything was fire. The pasta was bomb, the fried fish was on point, and those Krack Wings? So good! The mac and cheese with that secret sauce... yeah, that's the one. The first time I came, I got the sampler. This worked so perfectly for me because I was totally undecided on what I wanted to order. So if you just want to just taste a little bit of everything, order the sampler. My last visit I tried the Jambalaya Pizza. The idea is fire and the toppings were good, but the crust and sauce just needed a lil more flavor. For everything else to be seasoned so good, I expected that crust to have some garlic butter or something on it. Still, it wasn't bad at all, just not my fave. I think I had higher expectations of this concept. Service has always been great every single time. They're all super friendly and quick. Next time I want to get those lamb chops! Don't sleep on this gas station spot, this place is it.

You order at the counter and pay on the gas station side. The staff on both sides were very friendly. It's in a gas station but it is very quiet. Of course it was busy so we did have to wait but the food is made fresh. I had the grilled cheese and hubby had the krack dog and we shared some krack fries. Very very good. We will be back and order something else off the menu.

I read all the great reviews and had to try it for myself. Located inside the gas station, this place is a hidden gem, I walked up to the counter and my order was taken immediately. They were friendly and served the food with a smile. I got the blackened fish jambalaya. Very delicious!! There is not much room to sit if any, since it's inside a gas station, but I got it to go and it was still good! I'll be back and try something else!

This is an unassuming place located in a busy gas station. If you're looking for some hearty creole fast food this is the place. The food is delicious! I personally would have liked more spicy so I drizzled some hot sauce on top. The servings were generous and that was appreciated.

I found this place on a whim after endlessly searching TikTok for all the hottest places in the area. I literally hopped off my flight and came straight here and I was not disappointed. I got the sweet and spicy salmon bites w the shrimp fried rice and chefs kiss! Everything was packed with so much flavor, It was so good. It's in a gas station, so it could easily be missed but don't be deterred by this! Definitely worth the stop!

I've been seeing this spot on tik tok for a minute. I usually don't do gas station meals but I had to see what the hype was about. When we walked in, I won't lie, I almost turned around. The food that was sitting out did not look appealing. Looked like it had been sitting for a while. Then I think the guy was the owner, he came out and greeted us and gave us a run down of the menu and showed us some pics online. So we went ahead and ordered. We saw them pull out fresh ingredients and start cooking fresh food. I got salmon, sis got Mardi gras pasta, mom got blackened fish. Everything was soooo good. It was flavorful and plentiful for sure. I would go back for sure!

Food came out pretty fast, and they had a lot of customers. I was expecting to wait a LOT longer, than I did. Food was fresh and piping hot!!! We ordered the jambalaya pizza and a shrimp po-boy. Both were excellent! Only one, slight complaint. Wish there had been more shrimp on the po-boy, but they used jumbo shrimp on it, so I kind of understand why there weren't more on it. ‍ But they were seasoned so well, just wanted more of them. lol The pizza was........I don't even really know how to describe it justly, so I won't try. Just try it!!!! I'll definitely be back, to try other things!!!

The pizza is great! A lot of nice toppings extra cheesy. The only thing that could make it even better is if the dough was seasoned a bit more.

I was randomly browsing Yelp for a place to eat at and came across this Cajun place inside a gas station. I got the blackened fish with jambalaya and my friend got the shrimp and crawfish grilled cheese. The food came out in about 30 minutes and smelled so good. My friend loved his shrimp and crawfish grilled cheese. The jambalaya was so good and very seasoned. There were plump pieces of shrimp as well as some crawfish and sausage too. The fish was a little overcooked for me but I liked everything else about my dish. Especially with the seafood cream sauce. It was very flavorful but also a little on the salty side.

Lamb Chop Rasta Pasta with Chicken and Shrimp
    Darshell V.

I got the lamb chop Rasta pasta and while the flavor of the pasta sauce is good there are a few things I feel could be better. For starters the pasta is overcooked and the chicken doesn't taste fresh. Secondly The lamb chops are tender and full of flavor. The shrimp are large which is nice, I don't feel like they were seasoned but it's okay lol swiping them with the sauce is good enough. I give a 3.5/5 if I could give half points.

Lamb Chops Lamb Chop Rasta Pasta with Shrimp and Chicken...

Absolutely Amazing! I had the lamb chops Rasta pasta with shrimp and chicken, and it was nothing short of phenomenal! The lamb chops were cooked to perfection--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The Rasta pasta was creamy, spicy, and perfectly seasoned, with just the right kick to wake up your taste buds. The shrimp and chicken were fresh, juicy, and added the perfect balance of protein to the dish. Every bite was a burst of flavor that felt like a celebration. The portion size was generous, and the presentation was beautiful. You can taste the love and skill that went into preparing this meal. I will definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommended if you want something bold, flavorful, and unforgettable!!!!

    Mardi Gras pasta with catfish.
    Cesar Z.

I got the Mardi Gras pasta with catfish, the pasta was tasty. The issues I had was that the sausage was dried out as if it had been sitting under heat lamp for a prolonged period of time. They scooped up my catfish from the cafeteria tray and placed it on my plate. For $30 I would've preferred freshly cooked sausages and catfish. Staff was alright. I would try something else off the menu though.

This place was terrible. The seafood pasta was loaded with sodium and there is no atmosphere. It is in a gas station so what do you expect?

I pulled up on a Sunday afternoon and there were 9 cars ahead of me…read more I did a rough estimate of the timing and they seemed to spend about 2-3 minutes per car so in all my visit took about 20-25 min. Not too bad. When I pulled up a woman wearing a banana clip in her hair and a red Atchafalaya T-shirt greeted me and took my order. She was the sole person taking everyone's orders. You tell her what you want, she hollers it back to the folks inside and rings you up on a wireless credit card reader using the clover app. 3 lbs of Crawfish, a mixed bag with 1 corn cob, 3 red potatoes + a tip came to $28.49. $6.99/lb crawfish, $3.50 mixed bag + tip. The crawfish came in a double plastic grocery bag inside of a brown paper bag. The mixed bag was fixed atop the double bagged 3 lbs of crawfish. It was all well packaged and made for a super easy clean up when I was finished eating. The crawfish were a decent enough size. I noticed the big boys were more on top of my pile and the smaller ones were at the bottom. Nonetheless, I was able to get a decent sized bite out of all the crawfish. I liked the seasoning and greatly appreciated that it wasn't too spicy. I don't like my crawfish so spicy that it burns my lips. This crawfish had a very tiny bearable burn that left once I was well-through my crawfish and was quite flavorful. I'm glad I finally tried out Atchafalaya after driving by it all the time and before the end of crawfish season's peak. The line moves quickly so don't let it intimidate you from enjoying this yummy drive thru crawfish spot and getting your season fix.

I apreciated Honore's having a few games for the kids to keep them busy while the adults eat and chat. Maybe a little corner of the patio should be dedicated for them so theyre not in the middle of other patrons. Just a thought. Come early and order. Happy Hour before it ended literally had the line to order out to patio! There is a drive up pick up location on the east side of the building but how you order ahead? Didn't see anything on the website... I ordered the poboy with catfish and fries. When I picked up the to go plate, I just knew somebody's order had been combined with mine because the bag was heavy! Turns out they give Humongous portions at Honore's. Only thing: Although, I didnt ask for tartar sauce, no ketchup or cocktail sauce with my to go order. Still the poboy wad fresh and filled from end to end with catfish. Fries were hot and fresh in the take out box and not too salty, so I had to enjoy a few before leaving. Most definetly you have to order the coveted boudin balls. I got a small pack of both the original and pepper jack since they were on sale for Happy Hour. They didn't disapppoint. They were slightly bigger than a golf ball and the gooey pepper jack cheese was a great compliment to the crunchy exterior. Topped with Remoulade or Ranch and I got pretty full just off Boudin balls. The miss for me is the frozen drinks- especially the frozen Hurricane slushy. Tasted like medicine, but about an hour later I did feel a little kick from the drink. My friend agreed but tried the blue flavor and stated it was better than the hurricane. We enjoyed our little meet up at Honore's so much, we lost track of time. Four hours of girl chat and good food happens that way. Thanks Honore's for making our evening!

Located in the middle of Pearland, parking won't be a problem in the shopping center they share with several businesses. I've stopped by three times: once for dinner, once for lunch, and once for happy hour. Ambiance (3.5/5): A comfortable, neighborhood restaurant. It's a pretty spacious one, too. They even have a private room for large groups. I've sat both at the bar and at a table. No complaints. Service (4.5/5): Service has been consistently good for me throughout my three visits. Forrest does a great job behind the bar. He's efficient, friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond. The type of service where you get a refill on your drink before you even have to ask. Drinks (4.5/5): One of the things I like about HT Seafood Company is that they have a great happy hour with specials on both drinks and food. The drink specials are fantastic. And they even do all day happy hour on Saturday! Something you rarely see from a bar or restaurant. Awesome! Food (4/5): A good number of dishes (10 or so) are on the happy hour menu. I've had their fondue fries and shrimp scampi. A little oily and heavy, but flavorful. The lobster grilled cheese with lobster bisque is also delicious. It's not cheap, but a very, very solid lunch option. They also have some lunch specials where you can get some good bang for your buck.
