I don't blame the individual that installed my battery. I blame the management for training. The young man came out with a tool cart and tools but used a vice grip to loose and tight the nuts on the terminal cables. While watching him I knew it was a little intimidated with the install. I ordered a lawn tractor battery online. Their website said it was in stock and available at this store. I made the purchase and drove to the store. When I got to the store, of course they didn't have one. I needed a battery right then, not that afternoon, or in a couple days. My lawn tractor was crippled in the yard, rain was on the way. I told them to cancel the order, which they said they would do. I left, went next door to Lowe's and bought a battery. Later that evening I check my email and I have a confirmation that my battery was at the store and ready for pickup. I had to call the store and have them do a refund over the phone (for something I never had possession of). My advise, don't use this store, especially online. read more

Long wait time for simple iphone screen repair even with appointment scheduled a day ahead. Screen stopped functioning less than 24hrs later, tech refused refund offered old screen back which entailed me waiting another hour. No thanks. read more

My husband and I love this place. I haven't read the other reviews but they were super friendly and helpful. They replaced the battery in my sons iPad, and they offered to take it back if it turned out to be a malfunction port instead. They fixed it in a day and cleaned it up free of charge. ALSO, they have the best price on LED bulbs and recycle batteries, small ones for free, I think. We both highly recommend. read more

This is the worst place with whom I have done business. I called them to ask what the recycling cost would be for 4 ft. tubular florescent bulbs. I was quoted $0.60 per bulb. When I got to the location with 20bulbs from my wood working shop, I was told it was $2.00 per bulb. When I objected, I was told the $0.60 per bulb was for the little curly bulbs. This in spite of the fact that I told them I was clear on the phone that these were 4 ft. long. 1) They don't generally make 4 ft. long curly florescent bulbs. So, the quote I was given was bogus. 2) Lowe's recycles the curly florescent bulbs for free. So, $0.60 per bulb by Batteries + Bulbs is a rip off. This place should not be in business. They should at least be investigated for bate and switch. read more

Waited a few minutes before they acknowledged me. Not very friendly. Would not honor warrantied battery with a receipt and less than 30 days old. Better off ordering a battery from the internet and take your chances. This place SUX and shouldn't be in existence. read more

Please, if you have to order anything, do it somewhere else! They promised me an order in a week, and after 2 weeks, nothing. They couldn't even track it. If you seem at all irritated, they are rude, condescending and one employee hung up on me. Had a problem with an IPhone 6 on a Sunday. Called this location and they said that they could look at the unit. Took the phone to this location and the clerk Jason was very professional and corrected the problem in about an hour. Can not get this type of service from the Apple Store. read more

This is a very unorganized store and the manager Rich seems to have no idea what training is and his store shows it. A screen 40 minute repair turned into a 1.5 hour with add ons.....home screen button and my wife came home (after she argued down what should have never been a charge) with a bill $25 higher than it should've been. I called the store and got no resolution to my issue. If a total charge is given regardless of new employee or not, you honor that commitment period. So here I am after talking to Rich leaving a negative review. I asked him to be sure of his final decision. He was sure. He was very cordial, but made an error in judgement. We will no longer use batteries plus for anything. It's not the new guys fault either. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but sometimes it's necessary. My wife said our 7 year old could run store more efficiently......they won't last long. read more

I was having trouble with my Garmin GPS and took it to Batteries Plus. I found the staff that I interacted with to be courteous and knowledgeable. Daniel and Vaugh did everything they could and more to get my Garmin to work, and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I would definitely go back to them for future items or repairs. read more

This past weekend, I carried my son's i-phone into this location to have the screen replaced. The guy that was working that day was nice but the new screen he installed was defective and so he asked us to come back 2 days later and he would have another screen for us (at this point I had already paid for the new screen.) When we returned 2 days later, the new screen was still not available as they had promised. The guy working in the store that morning was clueless on the screens and made a couple of calls. He then told us they were on their way and should be there soon. We came back an hour later and they were still not there. So we left the phone with them and came back 2 1/2 hours later and picked the phone up on the way to the airport. On the way down to the airport, my son noticed that the screen was not overly sensitive and was even loose/not installed properly. I called the location to let them know and they were unapologetic. When my son arrived in Colorado, he took it to another Batteries Plus location and they fixed the phone for him. They also told him that whoever installed the screen did not do it correctly. So....after 4 visits to Batteries Plus the screen was fixed. Moral of the story....don't trust this location with your phone. They do not know what they are doing and will waste a lot of your time. read more

One of the staff members on his phone texting while there were 2 or 3 customers waiting for assistance. How is this place even in business?? First of all, they play really loud music through a cheap blue tooth speaker that loses signal regularly. They advertise they repair cell phones. When I gave them my phone the guy looked up a YouTube video to see how to restart the phone. When that didn't work he handed me the phone and said we don't have any screens for this phone anyway. There's nothing wrong with the screen. The phone wouldn't start up. The guys were all nice but advertising cell phone repair is a bit overreaching. read more

Please be cautious whoever is reading this in getting your screen repaired here!! I just went to replace my hairline cracked iPhone 6s screen today and walked out with a glitchy phone! As soon as I got in my car my phone started glitching and going into apps without me even touching it. I took it back and told them the problem, and they looked it over and took out the screen and put it back in to see if that would fix it. I then got in my car and it started glitching again, so I had to go back another time. This time I told them I would just like my old screen put back on and a refund. Very disappointed as I thought I could trust this place to fix my screen since Apple seemed to be booked with appointments, and I wanted it done as soon as possible. Even as I was there waiting for them to put my screen back on, another customer came in complaining that the screen they repaired for her was having problems! Now my screen has weird waves on it and a yellow tint at the bottom. TAKE YOUR IPHONE TO THE APPLE STORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO WAIT! It's almost the same exact price to get a screen repair at Apple so please don't take your chances here! I will be going to the Apple Store to get this resolved and will never be coming here again. read more
