He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I'm really glad I called iTC Repairs. An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go!

A couple of months ago, I was on stage putting my Blue Baby Bottle microphone into the shock mount. I accidentally ended up twisting the outer case of the mic and sheared off the low cut and high decibel switches. This is a great microphone and getting in touch with the manufacturer customer service was futile since they were bought out by Samson last year. Dennis was my last resort. Because of the backlog due to Covid, Dennis told me there was a 24 week wait, but that it was a simple repair and he would try to fit it in between other projects. He even offered to save me money by showing me how to take it apart so I could get the part numbers for the switches, but I decided to let him do it since I'm just a musician. A week later, my microphone was done. I was so happy to have it done quickly and it sounds just as good as before. Electromania and Dennis get my highest recommendation.
