I strongly advise against using this business. I brought in a fully functional phone for a simple battery replacement (an insurance claim). Without my permission or knowledge, they replaced my original Apple display with a cheap, aftermarket fake. When I confronted them, they admitted they broke my screen during the repair and claimed it is their 'policy' to replace broken components with non-genuine parts. Great customer service. Took my IPhone 14 in because charging lightning port wasn't working. They took it to the back and literally two minutes later came back and said it was just dirty so they cleaned it. He plugged it in and it charged. I asked how much for the fix and he said no charge. I'll be back for any future repair needs. read more

Great folks. I had a problem with the charging port on my Galaxy 23+ and instead of replacing the whole thing, they just cleaned it while I waited saving me a ton of money. I have also had a screen replaced by them they did great work. I will definitely be back and will refer all of my area friends. read more

I am someone who never writes reviews but this place is the biggest scam ever! they are the biggest scumbags who will purposely break things on your device so that you will pay more money. I brought them my ipad and they broke the screen and left it a absolute mess with finger prints on the inside of the glass and spots where you can see they did shit that caused it to break more. they are huge scumbags like how some mechanics can be with your car. Bob did a fantastic job fixing my iPhone and it's worked great since. Saved me a ton of money over buying another phone.

We stopped in to address a few issues with our iPhones and left beyond impressed! My sons phone had a worn battery, a shattered screen, and the haptic motor was loose. My phone needed a new battery and I thought it needed new speakers. The battery was replaced and after a thorough cleaning by CPR, my speakers worked just fine. My wife's phone suffers from update-itis and someday when Apple opens back up, we will get it repaired. In the mean time, we were able to purchase a refurbished phone of the same model. After all was said and done, we had two phones repaired and purchased a replacement phone for less than half the cost of a new phone. All phones now work like new, lots of money was saved, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service we received! The staff welcomed us with a smile, showed us the diagnostic process, gave us up front book pricing, and had us out the door in under an hour. They had the opportunity to sell me something I didn't need but were honest enough not to, so add integrity to my list of pros to using these guys for your repair needs! I called to see if they could help me with a phone that fell in a toilet. I had it in a bag of rice and was hoping to get it to go back to normal even though when I tried to get it working all I got were scary lines. Bob answered and encouraged me to come and let them try to fix it mentioning it might just be the screen. He offered excellent directions and landmarks to make it easy for me to find. Once there we tried the screen after I felt frustrated because he kept giving me warnings of the possibilities that this may not be reliable long term and I wanted him to be selling it to me and not deterring me from it. Well they put the screen on, I paid and within minutes the phone went blank. He immediately refunded my money. As we were waiting for the screen to be put on he also told me about the phones he had for sale even though I didn't think I would go that route there because I saw used phones listed other places for less but after the screen didn't work I went to check on those other lower priced phones and they all had very expensive contracts with them and I have been using a great very low priced phone service and had no interest in paying such high amounts per month. So, because of all the time he had taken to help me I decided to go and purchase one of the phones I saw there. They helped get the phone set up and working and even helped me with things I didn't understand even with my old phone! Bob also supplied me with accessories to use with the new phone for free and gave me a huge discount on a good case for it. I would never have this nice of a case from anywhere else. I have my eye on an ipad that is there. Great store, great location. Even though I am not happy about my old phone and having to replace it with money that I was hoping to save... this was the best place for me to do it at! I will be back! Bob and his team are amazing! Get out of your expensive cell phone insurance plans with high deductibles and take your device here. I took 2 phones here and both were fixed during a free diagnostic session just by cleaning the connections etc... Bob was also willing to try putting on a new screen on my daughters phone just to test it. This store has honest prices and they stand behind their work. If you are anywhere near Mequon, I highly recommend this store! They also sell refurbished phones so look here instead of the web. read more
