If you've read the other reviews here, this will sound familiar, but I just want to add my voice to the chorus. An Ipad fell onto a hard floor and the screen was badly smashed. iTC fixed it in just a few hours, for about half the price that Apple would have charged. It's as good as new now! It's rare to get fast, quality work at a reasonable price, but believe it or not, that's what they do here. I hope we never break anything else, but if we do, iTC will be our place to go! read more

I would recommend iTC Repairs to anyone who needs a quick, affordable fix to any of their tech problems (in fact, I have already recommended that my co-worker check this place out for her cracked iPhone screen). Anyways, Paolo (the owner) is incredible to work with. Not only was he able to turn on my water damaged iPhone and restore/back-up all of my data (like photos, apps, messages, etc), but he sat with me to explain the process as I downloaded all of this onto my MacBook and then onto my new phone. Talk about spectacular customer service! I had actually gone to the Apple store and they told me that since my phone had water damage there was nothing they could do about getting it back on. I was a little skeptical because they only had one other review but figured I would give it a shot. Very pleasant, patient and knowlegeable technicians. My cell phone had water damage but the technician said they would still do a diagnosis for no charge. He told me exactly what it would cost if the phone was repairable. The repair charge was very reasonable. But the bad news was that my phone was not repairable. Cracked the screen on my iPad (3rd gen). Searched for and called a number of places to ask about screen replacement. All were extremely expensive or inconvenient. Was referred by a friend to iTC Repairs. Was a bit skeptical given the price to replace the screen was very reasonable, plus they advertised a quick turnaround. Brought the iPad in and dropped off, very convenient to do so. Pleasant staff. I didn't bring it in until they were nearly closed for the day, so they kept it overnight but had it ready for me (as promised) by noon the next day. Am extremely satisfied. Screen looks great, price was exceptionally reasonable, turnaround was as promised and staff was nice. I have already recommended them to co-workers and friends. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with the the apple store, I finally gave up on them and decided to try a place that my dh found on google called ITC. I drove down to their store and was immediately greeted by Paolo. He diagnosed and fixed my daughter's iPhone (by replacing the battery), and he also replaced the broken back on her phone...all for $40, and all in 20 minutes!!
