The batteries are good, but customer service is shoddy at best. The staff are distracted and unhelpful. I called and ordered a battery and was told to come get it tomorrow and that it would be charged and ready for pick up. I asked if they needed my name and information and was told no. When I arrived I was told the battery was not ready because they did not have my name and information. So another wasted trip here. and unfortunately not my first. So annoying in t he midst of an already busy day.. read more

Terrible, go to a different location. Explained my problem, they advise me on a product so I purchased it. It didn't work. I took videos of the product not working, when I tried to return the product I was told that it isn't meant for what I was using it for and I can't return it because it has been 17 days. The "store manager" was rude. Never going back to this location. read more

I came in to get the screen replaced on my cell phone, and I had received a quote over the phone previously. The sales associate was somewhat awkward and didn't want to give me a lot of information. I was told they would call or text me (on a different phone) when the phone repair was complete because it would take a few hours. I never received any call. The screen looks okay, except they left a piece of dust under the screen at the top by the front facing camera, you can't see it in the camera screen luckily, but it is still annoying. The screen works just fine, but when you press on the bottom middle of the screen it clicks down. It was the cheapest option, but idk if I would choose to come back again. read more

went into this store today to replace a battery that was under warranty. the store associate ask if i wan8 to see if they battery still had a charger. i said yes whe. he went to check the battery with the charger he couldn't get it to stay o. the post and became upset o er it. he asked for my telephone number, which was given to him he told me that the battery was dead he ask if i had charged the battery i said no it is for a lawn mower and gets used every week. and since i didn't charge the battery i had ois the warranty. when the battery was purchased nothing was said about charing it or the warranty was voided.. he rang up the battery 82.oo and kept popping off aboutthe battery not being charged. while i was paying for the new battery. agiain he popped.off a out it not being charged . i to him to gice me the damn battery so i could leave. the associate popped off well i hope yiur day goes they way this did. i got the battery turned toeave and stated.that i.was not theough with this . at this point i was called.a fucking dick....... i left.the to i will be fileing a.formal complaint with the corporate office . and will never use the business again. the associate has no business dealing with the public . read more

I have always received excellent and polite customer service here. It's great to have this store in Pea Ridge. They were able to fix my cell phone once at no charge & could have easily charged me $100 for a needless repair. read more

Beware of online ordering from this company. I have had good success with cell phone batteries and with a boat battery when dealing at another local store, but last week I placed an online order for a hard to find lamp to fit an old projection screen TV. I reviewed their return policy and had no concerns, so I placed the order. Two days after ordering, I discovered the lamp was not the TV's problem so I went back online to cancel the order. I was directed to the local store where the part was being shipped to. They said I could not cancel online and that I would have to physically come to the store (50 mile round trip by car), just to get my credit card refunded. AND I would have to pay a restocking fee. A restocking fee for a part they don't even have in stock for!!! No thank you! I will not be ordering anything online form this company ever again!! read more

Went by your store today checking on a cell phone battery for older LG phone. I had already checked price on-line for exact replacement. Could order 2 batteries from Walmart for $17.46. Price I was quoted in your store was $40.00 for 1 battery. Now I don't mind paying a little extra for convenience but this is out of line. Not only did you loose a sale, but you lost a customer and probably more when I tell my friends about your excessive prices. read more
