The battery is clearly from Battery Source and was clearly within the two year free replacement warranty. I took it to the store on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola. The manager there informed me he would not replace it; that the best he could do was give me a discount on another battery because I could not show him proof of purchase. I asked to see that policy in writing and he could/would not provide. He was very matter-of-fact about the issue and dismissed me by saying he had other customers to attend to. He advised that if I could show him something from Frontier that verified the purchase, he could assist me. I went to Frontier Motors to see if they could dig up such documentation and do you know what they did? On their own volition, they replaced the battery. So in the course of one hour I got to experience the low (Battery Source) and the high (Frontier Motors) of customer service. Two thumbs up to Frontier and three thumbs down to Battery Source.

As of a month ago my auxiliary battery quit and my main battery stopped this weekend. I called several times to tell them the issue. They kept saying warranty only covers 2 years which is fine. The batterys have a 60 month prorated warranty in which they didn't uphold...they wouldn't even try and figure out what my issue was so I finally gave up.
