Always friendly and accommodating. Once again I had need to resolve an issue. Having failed earlier to receive satisfaction online or by phone, Marvin at this store readily understood the issue and provided the fix. Manager Christopher added further explanation and advice. This was great customer service devoid of any financial benefit to the store. These guys were totally professional and a great asset to AT&T.

Other one of those companies where you are at their mercy. If you want they're product, you must…read morepay the price. The guys here are meant to sell you a product and while they can do some customer support functions, don't be surprised if they give you a number to call for more detailed help. (IE. insurance issues.) While AT&T is one of the higher end mobile carriers, others are catching up and offer similar services at a better price.

The only negative is that their access on RT 30, if you are coming from York, is you must double back on RT 30 to get in their parking lot. A small price to pay for the best service around.

The store is located in the back of the York Town Center and is easy to find. The lady at the front of the store was more than helpful in guiding me to where the TVs were, and to get someone when I needed a product brought down from the storage racks. The selection of TV's was excellent. Where I will lightly criticize, is they needed more of the smaller models on display, and more of them stored closer to the ground, as I did need employee assistance to retrieve one. Checkout was easy and fast. Overall solid experience.

if I could give zero stars I would. We took our son's car there to have a radio and reverse camera…read moreinstalled . They told us it would be a three hour install and it ended up being seven hours and they still did not have it done when we arrived. The radio was protruding from the dash and not flush, and the technician was slamming his trunk shut, which then bent the bracket and broke off the trunk's trim piece. The trunk then would latch shut. The manager told us there was nothing he could do about the trunk, but that a technician could look at it and the radio the next day. So now they have our car for two days to install a radio a rear camera. When we returned the second day, the latch to the trunk was still broken and we were told that they couldn't do anything for us, but now the radio was flush in the dash. They returned our install fee wow (insert sarcasm). Because we had to take our car to a shop to have the trunk that they broke fixed we come to find out that the technician also installed our reverse camera in a spot that was meant for our trim piece to be attached. So the technician breaks our trim off the trunk's then proceeds to improperly install the camera through said trim piece hole. This cost us an additional $96 to fix the camera that they improperly installed. Overall, we were out an additional $325 to correct their incompetence. I called the store and was told the manager if geek squad forninstalls would follow up in 48hrs and have yet to receive a phone call. I've sent emails which have also gone without any response. I would never recommend anyone bring their vehicle here to have anything done by their technicians.
